Yes, they have one of the best economic news section among all propaganda channels like CNN, CNBC, Fox, BBC etc.

Well from an economic perspective, Russia, despite their land mass vastness... Their economic impact in the world they have, does not give them too much trouble to be taken in consideration. Russia is mostly avoided from any of their news... its like a state from another planet. So they are allowed to talk smack about all the other countries in the world.

I would have thought there'd have been more in the media about how much dirty coal money is taking flight from China this way, or how environmentally unsustainable the whole thing seems to be. I assume more or less equal parts corruption by the Chinese authorities and complicity by Western media.

Where is the media hype? I don't watch TV so I legitimately don't know and would appreciate examples.

I did saw a brief mention of it last Monday on the propaganda channel named "RT" in the economic news show called Boom Bust. But it was mentioned and talked about for a brief 30 seconds! And no mention of China in their short presentation.

Bitstamp has some kind of auditable system for their coins.

I believe that Coinbase is the only fully regulated exchange, but they're not really an exchange. They only do about 8,000BTC of volume per day, have a 5% spread, steep commissions, low limits, and take days to deliver your bitcoins.

Well I do hope at least that the individual countries have their version of Consumer Protection that verifies them if they have some kind of authenticity in their product. I like to increase my portfolio and it would sadden me to ask for my physical demand.
2424  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: June 04, 2016, 07:29:00 AM
Nothing is regulated here. It's the wild wild west. You are paying a risk premium for all of this volatility.

Bitstamp recently got some kind of regulation but strangely since then nobody uses it anymore...

By regulation I mean full transparency of the exchanges and their employees! ... I want to see even if they make a backdoor deal even when they are on a toilet.

I have a very strong feeling that some exchanges don't have the coin necessary to back their transactions. Meaning I think that "The Club" can be pulling a fast one on us by creating fake and not backed supply.
2425  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: June 04, 2016, 07:18:44 AM
Who is regulating the exchanges? ... The question being :  How does one know the exchange is not pumping fake coins backed by excess fiat? Can we have some kind of surveillance on them? Big brother style... or more than that if possible!

This entire forum is utterly and thoroughly unreadable third world nonsense broken english gibberish

They spam their bullshit broken english to make a dollar a week from their sig campaign, and couldn't give a flying fuck about Bitcoin.

This is the only semi-readable thread on this entire forum.

And reddit, is well reddit.  A gigantic shithole.  When will there be a decent forum for bitcoiners?

Do you own any btc or meths?
I place my bet on meths

Why would you bother with his toxicity?  Cheesy
Don't you see he is a nutcase craving for attention and not adding positive value to society?  Grin
2427  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: June 04, 2016, 04:06:58 AM
at some point they will run out of idiots to borrow coins from and then the market can find the monetary premium instead of bouncing along on the cost-of-production floor (which is ever-increasing and soon to be doubling anyway)

in fact I find strange the many thousands of coins lent out on BFX at a rate always <0.00X%.
Don't these lenders think if they are sabotaging themselves lending at so low rates to shorters against their coins value?

I stopped lending when rates on Polo went below 0.04%/day.

Dude .. I made like 2.8% - 3.5% just in a week of trading! And the exchange trading bot holds the prices from both sides always on longs and with a diminishing return scale applied! So when people get scared and panic, that bot makes huge profits! Considering they don't pay fees for any of their transactions!

My chart just went bonkers ... wtf does it say that it will go to $650 in the next 24 hours?
2430  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: June 03, 2016, 04:11:27 PM
I hope that one day bears will understand if Bitcoin is $1000+ ... they will have 10$ swings every 5 minutes... just let the F'ing price flow to Heaven and then do u'r pointless 10$ trades ....
2431  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: June 03, 2016, 02:44:15 PM
This is so F'ing mental... it looks like a rocket... it smells like a rocket... it must be a rocket!  Shocked
2432  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: June 03, 2016, 01:40:57 PM

666$ / BTC

555$ ... close enough! ... illuminati confirmed!
2433  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: June 03, 2016, 04:43:21 AM
The market has built in the expectation that these spikes will always collapse. It will come as a shock when one does not...

The emotional trend is that the price of Bitcoin is not satisfying enough to be sold for a cheap price of $500-600$. For me personally a reasonable price would be 50.000$ - 80.0000$ per coin ( yeah 50k - 80k ... not a typo!) ... but till then I will want to see the markets bleed supply!
2434  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: June 02, 2016, 03:33:23 PM
So, we have 38 days until the halving. Price is at ~$530. KNC just went Bankrupt, There is no scaling solution. Is it realistic to expect moon? I think maybe we'll have moon like October, but I don't see really anything hugely positive unless all the demand comes from China due to ongoing currency devaluations. I'd like to see another leg up this weekend but I'm not sure anymore.

Think this with logic... If China miners control most of the coin production. The exchanges will have supply problems! Meaning they will need to pour dollars/euro's towards China! And I don't think the commies know how valuable is bitcoin... so they will gladly accept dollar/euro "illusion money" to boost their yuan "illusion money". But assuming extracting coins from China exchanges won't be challenged by bureaucratic interventions... it will boost price in China as well and also it will boost the price in the West because they still have to do traditional banking that needs 2-3 days for international transfers to take place. Or the second option is that they need to buy directly from miners on the down low, hush.. hush... or from actual citizens... that will have the same effect mostly ... like 1-5 days delay and exchanges all over the world will have supply issues. Or there might be a 3rd option where the China miners already are involved in the West trading markets and will bring the coins directly to the West but for the same price or a better price than their own exchanges! So all scenarios point to higher prices for Bitcoin purchase!

Shalom, Rabbi! Cheesy

Rubbing your rat claws together fantasizing about the clanging of shekels I see.

P.S. in case you're genuinely retarded, I'm sorry. I'm not a mean person. Ask an adult to explain to you why "the 8th year" in a 7-year cycle is called THE FIRST YEAR.

Ok.. Troll... Ignore! ... and you are probably a jew as well... damn you got to take it easy with that religious sh!t.

You don't like global crisis warnings... fine by me! Enjoy your sheepleness jew!

So this year is Shmita?
"The last Shmita year began on Rosh Hashanah in September 2014, corresponding to the Hebrew calendar year 5775"-Wikifuckingpedia.
Tell me, my intellectual friend, what year is this?
Now what is 2014 + 7?
You're not crazy, brah, you just need to learn to count Smiley

No ... last year was the last of the 7th Shemitah cycle of the 7th cycle ... so basically the legend goes like this ... after 7 years of growth there is an year of pain and suffering or something like that.
So basically the 8th year is the bad year .. but that is not counted because the next cycle is counted from the last ending cycle and the bad year is just there taken in to account as growth, even if it may not be.

I see.
Not only do you not know how to count, you're also willing to lie your way out of what you perceive as difficult situations, correct?
Don;t do it, Friendo. I'm certain that you are good at many things ('coz God don't make no junk, amirite?), but counting and lying are not amongst those Sad

So... the first year after the 7th year started in SEPTEMBER 2015!!! .. it does not respect the normal Gregorian calendar or Muslim calendar... Hidu or wtf is out there! Its like the Chinease New Year... in Febrary/January ... this one was in September!

So dunno wtf u keep arguing about? Are you a troll???

Oh boy... I'l do this once! .. and I think I will be needing to do it again!  Grin

If [companies] see a dying currency they will abandon that ship without a flinch!
You mean like fiat, the currency they have to pay their taxes in?
Quote
And this year is the currency crisis year!
Isn't every year?
Quote
It will probably start in Turkey since EU has a bone to pick with Turkey about their integration, and they can't accept them from a strong position, they need to be bankrupt first and then accepted! Cause you can't control with money something that does not need money! But little that they know that Turkey will pull some other western banks in their grave with them!
You've clearly done some serious study and research here, I'd say at least a couple of sixpacks' worth.
Quote
Only the countries with rich gold deposits in their ground and in their storage will get untouched after this sh!t storm that is coming!
Because they'll eat gold? Or? Do you, at least, understand that if you had all the gold in the world, you wouldn't be the world's richest, but the world's deadest man?

< Well if the fiat depreciates and bitcoin appreciates ... is it not relevant and profit from that opportunity? I know some that will skin a pig for $10 bucks! And bitcoin grows with time.. making those $10 bucks devalue in to abyss and lose their buying power! If you can't buy you can't control!

< Second one .... NO! ... not every year is a crisis year! They have an almost 7 year cycle! Shemitah stuff rings a bell? and this is the 49 year cycle! Making it a 7 cycle of 7 years! Also there is the 4 Blood Moons we had last year! The Jew banksters will be on their knees and in tears for centuries till they will get their confidence back! Check that stuff out.. don't die a fool! The worst sh!t happens in humanity history in those years!

< Well Russia isolated Turkey ... They have the kurds and their future Kurdistan state in the South East ... the armenians hate them... Azerbaijan is too small ... Georgia is too small ... Syria and the Middle East is in retard war mode! ( That includes Egypt / Libya and all those Africa 3rd world countries ) ... Ukraine is surrounded with very little access to the Black Sea ... Now they have no where to go! But in Europe... And from what I see there is very little progress regarding some laws to integrate Turkey! They need to cave to EU demands! Have I made myself clear?

< Well ... Look at Venezuela, and you can google this :  "Venezuela has no money to print money" !!! ... A currency that is being smashed in to abyss is a dead currency! You can't have 20 kilograms of money to buy 2 kilograms of rice... WTF? ... So NO! .. Gold will be the fast solution for many countries.. But physical demand will rise and something will break inside the system! Then by that time the majority will already have Bitcoin... and people will have business accepting Bitcoin and employees paid in Bitcoin! Buy food with Bitcoin! ... So?

or maybe the manipulators are pretending we are halving pumping . when the next president is in wh in six months i think obama manipulators should be weeded out . replace them. thats going to be one of the first things i will be thinking about .

You will already a be a millionaire in a few years just with a few bitcoins ... I have no idea what you are worried about!

well.. its been two years. i think been that long . i do have a stash of bitcoins in cold storage .. i'm not as optimistic as you guys . they could have fixed the scaling thing and yet, after a year, they still haven't .

The world needs to be in an "end game" situation to cave and give in to bitcoin. Corporations will be first to come and buy to diversify their portfolio! If they see a dying currency they will abandon that ship without a flinch! And this year is the currency crisis year! It will probably start in Turkey since EU has a bone to pick with Turkey about their integration, and they can't accept them from a strong position, they need to be bankrupt first and then accepted!
