it only depends on the popularity of bitcoin and how many people are buying and selling if a lot of them like millions try to buy some btc then $5000 is still considered as low, more people get involved  with bitcoin and crypto in total more rising in prices I hope.

that fiat money is just a piece of paper while governments say it has value and most of the banks actually have no paper money but the promise of money and others trusting them, but bitcoin is not just promises but actually gives you the promise as codes which others then accept and with acceptance comes trust.

it's mostly because before the halving people were holding so this past month we had rise not just because of halving but no one was selling and after the halving you can see that people started to panic sell in fear of a sudden crash this is exactly what is happening now people are panic selling thinking recent drops in value of some alts would reach bitcoin as well.
