and like many of the cool things in life sometimes it's hard to tell the difference between passion and addiction (ask your favorite artist...)
the main difference between the vaccine and the poison could be the dose if gambling is not making your life worse and if you can control yourself and use good risk management to not blow your account, why not?
Lucasgabd has a point! It's a thin line between passion and addiction, but that's the case when we enjoy doing something! And if we don't know how to control our passions they can eat us, literally! Gambling faster than something else, that's for sure! And I agree that the difference between vaccine and poison could be in dose, and that's a good lesson about why it's important to have some kind of control over things we do! Risk management is actually an awareness of all pros and cons when doing something! What to watch for and when to be extra careful! In my case gambling is worth as long as we treat it as entertainment! Even if we lose that can be an affordable loss, we pay for every fun anyway, I am from those people who enjoy spending money on gambling more than on some other stuff! propension for addiction and hability to control for sure has some relationship with genetics and brain chemistry too, it's interesting I've been playing a lot of chess and I noticed how it affects my mood, I have to take care to to become grumpy if I lose a lot. tricky... on gambling, if you know yourself enough that in some situations you have the propensity to spend more than you expected, limiting total bankroll available for the game is probably one of the best strategies.

should i be worried with kyc ? i live in a restricted country will my winning be denied ?
You can discuss with the support team to know more about how if you live in a restricted country. But my suggestion to you is if you live in a restricted country that prohibited gambling, you do not have to try to play gambling because that can make you in a trouble. If your country is on the grey side for gambling, I think you can still play gambling but with caution. yes, and if you want it really badly you can always use a VPN and choose a website that has no KYC but going the KYC route if your country forbids it is probably not a good idea since your winnings on the games could be denied and the casinos would be right in the law, not fun at all. The Casino will surely denied his request in case he self admit that he ks violatin the ToS by playing using VPN just to dodge country restriction. Contacting the support is the noob thing to do if you are already committed the violation. The best thing to do is to withdraw immediately the funds and pray that it will not be caught but in case the withdrawal freeze. The support will just ask for KYC and probably give a condition for you to withdraw your funds safely. yes, that's why I mentioned that they should use a website that doesn't require KYC if they want to gamble so badly... would make no sense to risk winning and losing it all because of regulations.

PROS AND CONS OF CRRYPTOGAMBLING. I know that one of the greatest questions that crosses our mind is “is gambling worth it?” .
It is like the question for trading or investing, depending on who you are. If you are a professional gambler or gambler with certain skills and abilities, moreover with also high luck, gambling is worthy neough. But if you are only an addicted gamblers without good ability and skills, only laying on luck, well, this may be a way to spend your money and rash your life. We have seen the pros and cons of gambling so far in society. Many criminals emerged because the negative eimpact of gambling activities and addics, moroever in some countries that gambling is actually banned but they stillplay gambling everyday as daily activity, being addicted and having much loans. and like many of the cool things in life sometimes it's hard to tell the difference between passion and addiction (ask your favorite artist...) the main difference between the vaccine and the poison could be the dose if gambling is not making your life worse and if you can control yourself and use good risk management to not blow your account, why not?

Why Axie Infinity’s co-founder thinks play-to-earn games will drive NFT adoption
They have bad concept. Who will provide money source for gamers to play and earn? Sky Marvis, the game, Ventures capitals, exchanges. I hope you see the point. Even if Axie Infinity did not have the $600M hack, their game economy was in trouble already. The rescue from ventures won't save them. The market is against them. I wish best for Axie Infinity and Sky Marvis to survive after the hack and hope them will recover in couple of years. I am realistic here because they will not be able to recover in a few months especially in this bear market and people are all fearful to invest or to play games. I think they already recovered from the hack because just their tresury is bigger than what was stolen and they received 150 million from binance, animoca and other partners.
Origin is now available for mobile if you want to download and test the game go here: https://welcome.skymavis.com/download/more information on their official twitter https://twitter.com/AxieInfinity/status/1524660182885670913?s=20&t=pTM-XDD7Dx6xpVlJ8e5kOQ

some people in marketing say that it's cheaper to have a bigger revenue with someone who's already an user than to attract a new user, but since profitability of online casinos is probably quite high better for them to keep focusing on both
With some good marketing, it can be easy to attract a lot of new users to a site, but the hardest part is always to make them coming back to your site. You can see this on the statistics on a lot of sites; with some luck you will have a rate of active members of around 10% (and 10% is already very optimistic). Noting how various advertisement channel exists, it's easy to gain a reach for a new user. The problem is how many of them are gettings converted according to the campaign goals. There is a thing called a marketing funnel, contrary to what you said, converting users who already have awareness about the casinos is way more approachable since the position of the users is already deep down within the funnel. yes, that's true have you heard of AIDA? attention > intention > desire > action marketing funnels are fun reach is quite cheap nowadays but attention spans are also quite low just to put it in perspective you can reach thousands of people for 1 usd on facebook ads. (it'll vary from country to country, style and objective of campaign, positioning, etc...) but usually conversion is just a small % of total reach some business can be quite profitable converting only 1% of total leads (leads are users who subscribed or took an action, usually registering on an email list).

But if you do really mind of think realistically as a business owner who do really become big and known then its impossible that they would really become scam in the end.Yes, they could scam out funds but that would really be on one time unlike if they would really be still continuing to give service then they could make out revenue for long term which is more profitable for them. So its really a bit rare or not really that too often on seeing known platforms or sites to become scam specially if they do make themselves big. So its up to someones risk taking factor. Yes, it just takes a bit of longterm vision to know that it's better to profit a bit less but for a long time, than to scam once and go out of business, ruining your reputation and of course there's ethics which should be a main thing to consider but unfortunately a lot of people ignore it.

Mas toda historia dele e skin in the game, adorei.

this Tik-tok'fication of the culture where attention spans are getting smaller is both a negative point for chess (people can't focus) and a positive one (people who want to run away from it will find it cozy and nice exercise to play chess)
I bet that with computer chess we see way more blitz and fast-chess games than in the past but this is not bad per se
The main reason why we see the total dominance of blitz in online chess is cheaters. Given the fact that now the simplest program is capable of giving hints stronger than the best human players, it is very easy to cheat. But when you have a minute or two per game, then you obviously won't have time to cheat. Well, and to be honest, blitz is adrenaline, I like to have fun like that sometimes do you know lichess (and probably chess.com too) has an anti-cheat mechanism? as far as I remember it's coded in python, you can find more information about it on their database. I agree that blitz is adrenaline, I stopped playing late at night otherwise I can't sleep well too much dopamine but I think long games are also possible without cheaters.

One of the biggest advantages is that you can of course gamble relatively anonymously. However, that is becoming less, more and more sites are asking for a KYC, whether mandatory or not. Another big advantage is that the payments are processed fairly quickly after 1 or 2 confirmations on the network and that you normally do not have to deal with limits when you want to deposit money into your account.
maybe, anonymity is getting compromised each day as casinos are implementing kyc to their players. however, there are still several reputable casinos here that don't strictly require kyc. but on the other hand, we can get good list of advantages of using an online casino. for me, you can access this anywhere you want, unlike physical casinos where you need to visit the site just to play. the list can go on and on but at the end of the day, every gambler has their own preferences. so it is up to them what is their priority at a given time period. I think we'll always have options with KYC and without it with regulations becoming more strict worldwide we'll probably see websites that didn't have KYC before implement it but this will just make others who want to be out of the radar start and get this part of the market that don't want to KYC.

Chess or board games is good to enhance our skills and thinking cause you need to depend your king all the time and attack your opponent as well. You must secure every move you made to prevent loss.
Second Demotion change the title and make it general for those chess lovers or chess player cause it's better we have a topic like this to being updated in boards game as well. Cause nowadays physical activities such us ball games and boxing is very known and focus.
Board games are great for making relationships stronger too and have conflict situations in a controlled envinronment it can teach you a lot about how others think and see the world as well as help you understand yourself better. it's truly amazing.
regarding changing the title, we'd just need @Boristhecat to agree with it, I think it's probably possible to change it by editing the OP.
