2441  Other / Meta / Re: High ranks that don't use avatars on: September 11, 2018, 11:59:22 PM
Question to full member and up that don't use avatars. Why not use an avatar to make yourself more recognizable?
I get your point dude but you'v3 got a wrong perception somehow. The chance of getting popular doesn't mainly depend on your avatar. Even how cool or intriguing the avatar you have, it will be worthless if you will not possess good traits as a member. According to your examples, Jet Cash, Vod and The Pharmacist, they became popular here because of being active, being a good quality poster and because of their contribution here in the forum and not mainly because of their avatars. Probably your mind just trick you to think that those avatars are the key for popularity where in the first place they're not. It is just a coincidence that their avatars also become significant due as their popularity increases.

My reason why I don't wear the avatar I wanted is because of the signature campaigns I'm joining in. And besides this matter is not a big deal for me Grin.
2442  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Eth is done on: September 11, 2018, 09:10:07 PM
Eth revolution is done. Whales are questioning themself what is next?

Price ETH too beautiful at this time. No one can expect the price of ETH to fall sharply this year. I believe a lot of people are buying into ETH

I agree

On which side really are you, on the opposition or affirmation? I ask because I'm a little bit confused, there is no consistency in your answers (look the example above).

Anyway, for me, I'll buy even more eth while its price drop lasts. I'll do so because I believe that investing on it is still profitable. Yeah! We're having a bad time recently but as soon as btc rises, for sure that alts will also rise including of course the Rank 2 coin — Ethereum.
2443  Economy / Marketplace / Re: I can I predict the Dump and Pump of the price? on: September 11, 2018, 09:56:01 AM
Hi I want to ask how can I predict the Dump and Pump of the price of the market
Dude, actually it's easy to predict the market. Just guess the price outcome based on your logic or intuition then Viola! A prediction. The main problem you should concern is how accurate is your prediction. That matter is unanswerable since the market changes from time to time and there are no significant patterns at all.
How can I earn with the Pump of the price aside from hodling, trading, joining some bounty
Through MINING and SELLING of goods or services, seems that you did not yet mentioned.
how can I also earn with the Dump price in the market?
You cannot earn during bearish days but you can at least take this opportunity to earn even more when the bearish days finally come. Hoard coins as much as you can then hodl 'til the price skyrockets, that's it Smiley. Good luck Smiley.
2444  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Downsides to crypto on: September 11, 2018, 01:30:37 AM
The fact that blockchain technology requires internet access first in order to work, that's the strongest point and weakest point at the same time. This is favorable for crypto in a sense that it makes every transaction much faster and free from paperworks — simply convenient. But on the other hand, this will be a catastrophe if ever internet suddenly shut down. Imagine every business transaction in the whole world Is on pending, what a huge misery, right? This will not only result to a waste of time but also a big loss for economic growth of every country. Time is gold literally and figuratively Smiley that's why we can't afford to lose that.
2445  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: If an exchange gets hacked on: September 10, 2018, 11:59:19 PM
I was just wondering about something. From time to time we see exchanges get hacked.
How do you say "from time to time"? So do you think that the frequency of exchanges getting robbed is so often? I don't think so.

Anyway, I haven't heard any news saying that a particular exchange was hacked and all of its coins lost. What I heard every rime there are cases like this is that only few coins (1-2) were stolen like this news: https://www.japantimes.co.jp/news/2018/03/13/business/corporate-business/hacked-japanese-cryptocurrency-exchange-coincheck-refunds-customers/#.W5cCq4gRUwg
with a big loss of Bitcoins for the customers as a result. However, I was wondering if the other coins and tokens you are invested in disappears as well? Let's say Ripple, Zcash, Monero etc.
No, if for example btc lost then other coins will not be affected — they will remain intact. But you should be prepared because there's a tendency that exchange will be foreclosed.
2446  Local / Pilipinas / Re: Ang bitcoin ay ilegal!? on: September 10, 2018, 07:24:54 PM
Where's our country, I can't see it. This world map is not very detailed, so disappointing Sad.

Anyway, the result of the statistic was not bad at all. The countries where btc is restricted and illegal are only few compare to the total number of countries, they only belong to the 7% (almost) which is really a great news. Actually, my expectation is worse that but didn't happen so let's cheers Smiley.

Alam ko rin naman na majority belong to the "no info" group so huwag tayo pakampante masyado because negative tendencies are still there. I just hope na ang maging perspective nila about btc (and crypto as a whole) ay maganda.
What do you think?
2447  Other / Meta / Re: Banned for ... ??? on: September 10, 2018, 12:27:30 PM
Sad to say, it will be worthless even how many times you appeal since the evidence showed by mocaccino proves that you are guilty — that's a very clear one.

I know, im not so good in english
Just because you knew that you're not good in english doesn't mean plagiarizing is now reasonable. That's a big hell NO! You break one of the forum's rule so you don't have any choice but to face the consequence.
but I'm trying to improve my language skills.
You considered yourself trying huh Roll Eyes? If you are really trying then you will endure the struggle and keep furnishing your communication skills instead of cheating. Realized the difference?  Undecided
2448  Economy / Marketplace / Re: Selling items online for Bitcoin or crypto on: September 10, 2018, 10:35:14 AM
Hey dudes hope you are well.

Uhh, so thoughtful but I think this is not necessary anymore Grin.
I am now planning on putting a couple things up and saying I accept btc or eth along with the greenback.
Well, selling goods and receiving crypto as a form of payment was a nice idea not primarily because you are adopting crypto and promote the blockchain technology at the same time. Just a safety reminder, be careful of the bogus clients. There is always a big chance that they're present at all times so be meticulous when dealing with your money transactions. If I were you, I'll hire an esctow service for the sake of transparency especially when a big amount of money is at stake.

2449  Economy / Economics / Re: Be Creative and Earn on: September 09, 2018, 10:19:30 PM
How did the artist put the QR code on the painting? Did he also painted that one out? That interest me a lot since that is not a digital product or a printed one.
I'm also curious on that one. Based on the painter's statement, he "placed" (not "paint" too) a QR code in his painting so I think that one is a print out. QR code is very sensitive so if he really painted a large scale of his own and put it on his graffiti then I might say that he is really a well-skilled painter Smiley.

Did you already heard something about prayer service for exchange of btc? Yup! You heard it right. I'm not sure if this is considered a creative way of earning btc but its concept never fail to astonish (with a little bit funny thoughts) me every time I think of it Grin. 2450  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Any advice for NEWBIE? like me? on: September 09, 2018, 10:26:03 AM
Don't be offended but this is a spoonfeeding at its finest dude  Undecided which is insanely bad because you let yourself tolerate laziness. Or maybe I'm wrong, maybe you created this thread to get post activity, am i right?. Anyway, I don't care which one is your real reason, stoping this junk is what matters the most. I'm telling you honestly, these will not help you to improve so stop it as early as possible Smiley

Based on your post history, you only posted in the Altcoin section from the day you created your account up to this date. That's not bad at all, at least you are not lured in the Off Topics. However, much better if you will now start to become versatile, explore the whole forum dude. There are many boards way more interesting that that Smiley.
2451  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: WHEN IS THE BEST TIME TO INVEST IN CRYPTOCURRENCY on: September 08, 2018, 11:39:21 PM
When is the best time to invest in cryptocurrency?
Do not wait any longer, as long as you understand how crypto works and behaves, and finally ready for a roller coaster ride then invest now.
many people do ask this question and at time I do crack my brain to give right answer.
Wow! Seems you're having a hard time to find answer for this one Grin. IMO, anytime is the right time. You can buy when btc is on its blood bath, you can buy on its ATH, you can buy today, tomorrow, next week etc. Only remember that you should only sell on its higher price — as much as higher to the point of buying. Buy low, Sell high is the simple logic of creating profits. Well,  if you really want to maxime the profit you could get in the future then buy on its ATL and sell when it skyrockets. But of course not all of us have plenty of time waiting for that opportunity so focusing on selling when we already created small profits was fine already. Sometimes we should learn to forbid ourselves for being greedy Smiley.

I look into his history posts and thought he was the same as the other spammers but I was wrong. It's my first time to encounter a user bumping threads even though not on his own, that was insane Roll Eyes. I'll report this one too.

Keep digging Adriandmen, props to you Smiley.

2453  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Careful with Social Media Tips on: September 08, 2018, 09:23:07 AM
Social media is a good source for learning on how to use strategies and at what time. Just keep in mind that many traders offer their advice for a particular situation in a particular time.
Oh really? You found a group or page on social media sites that give real advice in crypto trading? If yes then consider yourself lucky. I understand that some of them are wrong tips but at least you still have choices to choose from. How about me? Well, I've got numerous crypto related groups in different social media sites but got nothing except bunch of referrals Undecided.
Keep learning, trade, and draw your own conclusions.
That's right! So for beginners out there, it's your money, not them. You will be the one who take responsibilities for its growth. They could offer you help and that's it. Do not let them dictate your every action, if you did then don't cry like a child when you lost a lot because it's your fault from the first place — you let others manipulate you.
2454  Other / Meta / Re: User nominated names of possible moderators for forum. on: September 08, 2018, 07:14:10 AM
In my own opinion, suchmoon suits to become a new moderator of this forum simply because he is an active member and spambuster with a bonus of nice attitude (I guess so because his posts doesn't sounds offensive every time I read it in my mind) Smiley.

Vod, Jet Cash and The Pharmacist were great choices too. We all know that they really hate shitty posters, they are very strict and do not tolerate any kind of disobedience especially coming from those newbies out there. So with the strong personality they have, I think they'll be more efficient for the job of maintaining the orderliness of the forum because great spam reduction is assured.
2455  Economy / Economics / Re: how to help people who have problem economic on: September 08, 2018, 04:46:35 AM
hello member of the bitcoin forum, Smiley
I'm confused and looking for answers about how to help people who are having economic problems,

are there any of us in this forum who have a good heart to help the economy of fellow human beings,
Hmm, sounds that you are encouraging us to become a "donator" for others, joke Grin. Kidding aside, why it seems that you feel hard to find answers for your question? I'm not saying that it's too easy to give solutions but I think simple logic is enough for that one.

You can lend some money if you can afford, you can give him tips for spending wisely and saving money, you can also help him for finding a job or you can teach him crypto investing (but make this the last option because of the risk).
can opening new jobs reduce unemployment and improve the economy?
Of course, that's pretty obvious. More job opportunities not only improves country's infrastructure development or more active industry but also results to uplift on everyone's life.
2456  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: SCAM OR NOT? on: September 08, 2018, 02:44:25 AM
guys idk is this the right board to start this topic
IMO, this is not the right board for this. It belongs to the child board of Scam accusations.

Going back to the topic, this is absolutely a scam. Did you try to check the trust rating of Rusha1? If not then better look at it and you'll know the reason why https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=trust;u=1073866 . Take a look at marlboroza's and suchmoon's comments.
2457  Economy / Economics / Re: What's going on with Oil prices? on: September 08, 2018, 12:46:56 AM
Usually, the reason for oil price hike in a particular country especially when you are dependent to the other countries like in Middle East region is the increase in the international price. It could be also because of the inflation rate due to weak exchange of your currency to the USD like what's happening in my country right now. Everything is going up, from the price of basic needs to the price of raw materials. Lastly, it could be also because of the lack of supply of oil in your country so the demand rises.

There are lots of possibilities, so observe the economic status of your country and determine which one is the real cause.
2458  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin to ETH ? on: September 07, 2018, 11:20:15 PM
Hello, like lot of people, i'm thinking that crytpo market will pump one day, (maybe this year, maybe next, but it will).
Of course! Simply because Pump is a part of the cycle, that's why it's called Pump & Dump, right Grin?
actually ETH dump more than BTC, and so my question is : It is better to exchange my btc in eth ? If price increase and reach their past prices, have ETH more potential (in %age) ?
I'm confused. You said that Eth drops harder than btc (which I agree somehow based on the recent change percentage in CMC) and yet you still plan to convert your btc to eth. The ideas contradict to each other.

Or it's just like you will sell your btc now and buy even more eth since its cheaper this time and you will sell in due time with your expectation that eth will have a higher increase percentage than btc? If yes then I am not sure if your plan will work. The market is hard to predict, maybe you're right that "eth dumps harder and pumps harder" but it could be also "btc drops a little bit but pumps greater" or vice versa. Nobody knows exactly what will happen Smiley.
2459  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Rolls Royce is accepting bitcoins on: September 07, 2018, 12:30:47 PM
A Rolls-Royce dealership, Post Oak Motors, in Houston, Texas is now accepting Bitcoin and Bitcoin cash in exchange for the vehicle.
Just to be clear, is the whole company of Rolls-Royce the one who accept bitcoin payments or Post Oak Motors (one of its dealers) only? Seems that the latter one. If my guess was right then this is only isolated case of crypto adoption which is good but not great (to be honest). Well, this news is inspiring after all and not bad because at least btc was able to move forward. Though this could be considered a small step only, it still matters a lot since this is a part of crypto revolution that we aim aim for.
2460  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Recent bounty campaigns paying in Ethers? on: September 06, 2018, 10:45:24 PM
It seems to be more profitable to receive Ethers than tokens in these bad days
But btc is stronger and more profitable than eth (I think so) so why don't you try it. I am sorry if i don't have a campaign with eth payment to recommend but if you change your mind then here's an open signature campaign. Give a shot and good luck Grin! https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=4846530.0
Do you mean directly in ETH?

There is one suspicious signature campaign with some complaints:

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=4898414.0

I don't know the current status and if all participants are being paid.
The thread was already locked and the campaign manager now had a red trust rating as well. No doubt that this campaign is a scam. Do not join to this (though you can't) or any campaign like this, extremely danger.
