1921  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: NBA 2018-2019 betting on: March 06, 2019, 01:54:11 AM
I would think this bet would be safer then betting on the gsw and the blazers games to be honest.
I agree somehow but we should still never underestimate the trailblazers because we've already seen many times before that Lillard can carry his whole team. He is also good in buzzer beating so still expect the possibilities of beating GS Smiley.
1922  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How can you save money while playing gambling games? on: March 05, 2019, 11:24:05 PM
Gambling just might lead you in only  two options: whether you lose or you will get profits. If the latter part happens then there is no problem at all because your capital was saved already once you achieved this, plus, you can now expand your capital even further or choose to just settle down on what you have. But what if you lose? Of course your assets will decline and saving money is impossible.

Those are the things that you could consider, not yet mentioning the discipline and how wise you are when handling money.
1923  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UFC 235: Jones vs. Smith Prediction and Info Thread on: March 05, 2019, 11:56:45 AM
I've watched these fights a while ago (I know, it's late already) and get shocked on the results except to Bones' fight.
Jon Jones Def. Anthony Smith via Unanimous Decision
I thought that Smith can fight toe to toe with Jones but that'd not what I saw. I saw a versatile Jones this time where he uses knee, body kicks, leg kicks and ground skills. Just a lucky day for him that he doesn't get disqualified after the illegal knee incident. It's supposed to be his 2nd disqualification loss if ever, lol.
Kamaru Usman Def. Tyron Woodley Unanimous Decision
The result of this is a surprising one. I can't believe that Usman dominated Woodley all 5 rounds. I noticed that Woodley became not so aggressive on this fight, why is that? Huh
How about the stoppage of the fight between Ben Askren and Robbie Lawler, do you guys think referee Herb Dean called it too early?
For me, the referee did a good call for that. He saw that Lawler  already put his hand down and seems unconscious as well so it's understandable if he decided to stop the fight.

I'm just disappointed because Lawler did a great job in the first rounds until a sudden shift happens. Well, Askren is really a good submissioner even his times on ONE FC, props to him Smiley.
1924  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Pacquiao Vs Mayweather 2 on: March 05, 2019, 09:32:52 AM
People are not really suspecting that Mayweather is using enhancing drugs because this guy is not gonna fight toe to toe.
Me too. Even though I hate Floyd's way of boxing, I never ever think that he used performance enhancing drugs. I respect that he is just more of a defensive fighter rather an aggressive one.
the only entertainment with him in the right is when he loss, hopefully we can see that one.
I thought that Pacman is the right one who can tarnish his record for the first time but I was wrong. Floyd still manage the speed of Manny which is very impressive. Some spectators find his performance so boring but you can understand somehow for the reason that he just played smart. Nonetheless, I'm still hoping that somebody out there beat Mayweather in the future. However, it takes a lot especially breaking his Shoulder Roll technique Grin.
1925  Economy / Services / Re: [CFNP] BitBlender Signature Campaign | Up to 0.0003BTC/Post | Member - Legendary on: March 05, 2019, 01:34:07 AM
Ps. I've seen that one of the member of this campaign got promoted to sr, thus he gets the 1 spot for Sr. Member leaving another spot for Full Member.
Mate, much better if we let Hhampuz make his own decision regarding that. Just relax and wait for his announcement Smiley.
I also can't use animated avatar since it's currently not allowed to my rank. I don't know when it's implemented.
That's weird. I saw Full Member rank applicants of this campaign that wear gif avatar. Did you really download it from the main source?
1926  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: The key reason for gambling on: March 05, 2019, 01:14:31 AM
I was like TL:DR, You guys having this conversation drives me crazy, Tongue , the only reason for gambling is money and nothing else. Fun and addiction, doesn't really suites the explanation...
May I know what's the meaning of TL:DR? I'm not familiar with it Grin.

Anyway, I disagree that the only reason for gambling is money. In whatever side we look at it, such games are still a form of entertainment thus fun is always present. Yeah! Most of us (including me) gamble mainly because we want instant money but I do believe that there are real people existing which treat this as just a simple game where money is not a big deal as long as they're having a good time alone or with their companions. (I guess this kind of people are the ones who are very rich).
1927  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Favoritism vs Addiction on: March 05, 2019, 12:25:32 AM
<snip>
From my understanding favoritism will not lead towards addiction. Maybe some 20% might get into addiction through favouritism. Most of the gamblers just spend when their favourite team or specific players are there in the event. This will be available periodically, upon which there is low chance to get into addiction through favouritism.
What's your basis on which only 20% of gamblers with favorite games later lead to addiction? Nah, just kidding. I understand that it was just a mere estimation Grin. When it comes to sports betting, it applies somehow since your favorite team does not have a match all the time thus giving you a hindrance to have a betting addiction.

But I think it was a different story when it comes to card games or other games. For example, if playing poker is your favorite, then tendency is that you will get addicted eventually because the casino is always open and just waiting for you. See? There are no restrictions at all which can prevent you to become an addict unless you're disciplined enough to control yourself.
1928  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Psychological Technique - Play without Pressure on: March 04, 2019, 11:06:16 AM
Do you think the winning effect causes the feeling of being invincible in the game?
That was just a natural response of your body. When you are playing and dominate the game at the same time, you get hyped and your self esteem boost up which leads you to think that your opponents are easy to beat thus your brain commands you to continue playing without even considering that there still a possibility of sudden shift of happenings.
In many games, we use techniques, strategies, where you can find patterns, but the psychology we have in our brain is not accepting when we are losing, and we want to recover ... Is it a mistake to think this?
That was normal too. Of course you get used to winning so what you tend to do is to play again to achieved it once again. Greed and high ego are the main factors connected to this kind situation.
Or should we assume the loss and come back at another time?
It depends. If I knew that I can still afford the losses I get and my guts to win is still present then I will continue but when I come to the point that I'm already pissed off due to a losing streak, for example only, then I will stop because the bad vibes are present already which leads to loss of focus and unhealthy emotions.
1929  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Unforgettable Gambling Stories... on: March 04, 2019, 07:01:34 AM
<snip>

Kinda like this, I don't know of it me or is it really made with rhymes. Didn't get the stoty at first for I was more interested with the words used, but it was a bit short IMO. Don't you
Yeah, me too. After reading multiple times, I still don't understand the whole thought of his post but I get it somehow. This is just probably because of his poor English grammar which is very obvious as we look on his post history. Nevertheless, I was able to get it so there's no problem with me Grin.

@biskitop ~ Good for you that you earned back your losses but remember that everyday is not a good day for you so don't gorget to always stick with your limitations and become wise on placing bets. Good luck Smiley.
1930  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What kind of coin are you waiting for on the pump? on: March 03, 2019, 12:15:27 PM
If there's a coin that I want to pump hard in the near future then it will be Electroneum (ETN) because that's the only alt I have and trusted so much. But actually I'm no longer looking forward into this in order to avoid further disappointments and frustration.
which do you think should grow in the near future? Smiley
I think XRP will grow bigger since it already proved us that it can beat eth. I also go for Bitcoin Cash.
1931  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: True or false? on: March 02, 2019, 11:26:52 PM
Many people around me are still saying that the last bullrun was nothing but a bubble and it got bust so we are never going to see any anymore
Nah, just don't listen to those pessimists around you. It will give you nothing but stress and worries. The last bullrun happened last year for sure will not be the last, what we don't know is when such good event will happen again.

For me, everything is a cycle. We had a bull run last time then now is bearish days then bull run again and so on. I don't know if you'll agree but that's what I believe in.
1932  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: I Screwed Up on: March 02, 2019, 12:43:17 PM
As far as I know, if you sent bitcoin to someone (wrong address) you could not get your bitcoin back unless you know the owner of that address and ask him to send it back.
Yes indeed. This is the only way to retrieve your money, just hope that you could be able to contact the receiver and also hope that he is kind enough to give your money back. But to be honest, for me such thing is a little bit impossible because that's money — a thing which you can't easily let slipped away.
1933  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Blockchain for Babies? on: March 02, 2019, 07:12:46 AM
next publishing is going to be cryptography for kids where they teach them the fundamentals of cryptography and cover topics like hash algorithms and number theories. so in a couple of years we are going to see kids that are still waiting for their potty training but can encrypt secret information better than NSA Cheesy
Oops, be careful careful what you wish for Grin. Ray Fernn published another book about crypto which entitled Bitcoin for babies lol. I don't know what's happening in our planet, even an innocent child seems not exempted in the complicated way of living designed for mature ones.

Oh take note, Chris Ferrie (the one who made Blockchain for babies) got some other interesting books also but the weird part is that for babies again Undecided: Quantum Information for babies, Robotics for babies, Neutral Networks for babies, ABCs of Engineering and many more. That man was so insane!
1934  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling poll on: March 02, 2019, 05:59:17 AM
I am honestly wondering how many of the people here actually gamble instead of just post here because it's a requirement for their signature campaign. The poll is anonymous so you don't need to worry about your campaign manager to see the results.
I admit that I'm not as addicted as the others when it comes to gambling, but still, I do gamble. I oftenly play Chinese Poker also known as Pusoy here in country, Pusoy Dos and Tong its (sorry if I don't know what's the English term for the other two)  along with my classmates and friends when we all have some free time. We also do betting not only in sports matches but also in not so common things especially related to our studies lol.

But when it comes to online gambling, I'm just aspiring to become one until now because I'm still busy. So what I do for now is just studying and familiarizing the stuffs about it and practice poker even further when I have free time also. Actually I have 2 poker games here in my phone and test my skill in there Grin. Maybe when I already finished my thesis and save a capital then probably I will finally start my online gambling career.
1935  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: The danger is the addiction, not the odds on: March 01, 2019, 01:58:04 PM
Being addicted with gambling compared to trading is really different but the behavior that would come out would really be just the same on where you do feel
the pressure which do leads to fast decisions without even thinking or realizing on your next possible move.
Hmm, does that kind of addiction really exist? For me being hooked up in trading is much better just to called a habit or more of a home-based job. I know that there are risks in therr but not as worse as the gambling have, it is more of like a business where you earn from your efforts and lose from bad decisions. There is no such thing called luck when it comes to this simply because you are the one who manipulates your money.
1936  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Does convince people to enjoy gambling is a wrong idea? on: February 28, 2019, 11:27:58 PM
but I afraid when I introduce gambling to someone who cant control himself or herself then it can become a problem, and I can become the one that make him/her become addicted
Then the best way to do I think is never advice someone doing such thing. I know that your intentions are good but the outcomes might not be good as well. So to avoid your conscience being bothered by the miserable possibilities then don't be the one who act first, let him approach you and seek for help.
Everyone should understand that gambling is good only in moderation, excessive enthusiasm for gambling leads to disastrous consequences. If you want to teach someone how bad gambling can lead to - show him examples of players who have lost everything in life because of the game.
What a nice way for them to realize the bad effects of gambling, it's like presenting the life of a drug addict into a rebel teen who attemptts to try it too. Through this, adpiring gambler tend to become csreful becsuse I'm sure that no kne wants to be broke, righy? Grin.
1937  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: If gambling is illegal in your country, would you still gamble? on: February 28, 2019, 10:13:44 PM
absolutely yes,  i am  a gambler literary speaking but when it is about taking a risk for a living like for example a business? i am a gambler.i really take a risk when it comes to our living but of course in a legal way
Yes he is pertaining to gambling  — a vice — and yet you still willing to continue despite of the possible consequences you might face fron the law of your country? I can't believe it. That was not a good move mate. If I were you, I'll stop it once and for all but if you really insist then play outside your country to be more safe. Good luck Smiley.

He promotes a scam casino.
Hmm, I take a glimpse on what you're really ralking to and I understand why you are mad. But FortuneJack already explained to you what happened and I guess everything is fine now. Besides, this was happened very long time ago yet this doesn't make any effect on the credibility of FortuneJack at all. Their sig campaign is still running (I think so) and many gamblers still trust their service which means they are doing fine like the usual. Now, tell me why I should believe you not yet mentioning the fact thst you sre red tagged?

Dude, move on and stop the hatred Smiley.
1939  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What cryptocurrency would you engage to gamble in? on: February 28, 2019, 10:06:20 AM
Dogecoin! The meme coin should be recognized by the world that its not just a meme but it's title should be changed into a gambling coin. It has cheap fee and fast though.
It seems that your standards when it comes to crypto is too high because for me doge is not a shitcoin at all since it once become one of the leading coins going back those old days (including litecoin and eth). In fact, doge achieved a significant boom on the last quarter of 2018 so we can say that this coin is not a total mess at all. I still considered this as a good alt because it already gained lot of adapters and was already used as a form of payment especially in gambling sites like what you've said.
1940  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: NBA 2018-2019 betting on: February 28, 2019, 12:31:38 AM
I'd skip this really, not because of Boston Celtics' losing streak, but rather because of their consistency, and They'll be coming from a match already while Blazers would have had an extra day off.
Whenever they're on a 3 game losing streak they seem to be winning the next one and Blazers almost lost their last game against the Cavaliers.
Well, hoping for Celtics to win on the next game is the least thing we can do. But actually, I really feel bad for their lose against Raptors especially knowing the fact that they lose with a 20+ point deficit Sad. That is not the Celtics I knew (lots of turnovers and lack of energy), there is something wrong with them and I hope they fix it ASAP.
