2441  Other / Meta / Re: joker_josue Merit Source Application - to encourage the Portuguese community on: September 11, 2022, 05:47:35 PM
I also had some fears, [...]

For me it's not fear better description is I am not comfortable yet when I am seeing there are no new application accepted in the recent months. There are no point to add another file on the pile. Besides being a merit source is a responsibility, I don't feel I am fully committed to it too. It's just sometimes I feel it good to be a merit source when I am out of sMerit.
2442  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Crypto Twitter Criticize Apompliano for removing laser eyes on: September 10, 2022, 02:48:02 PM
The agenda is to get as much money from as many people as possible.
Recent days I needed a help and I was looking for a so called online celebrity to promote a project for me related to bitcoin. He said it will cost me $25k. $25,000K to tell 30 seconds about my project. So that's what they do. They are not there to help anyone but to build their business, name.

Today bitcoin is bringing them money tomorrow when something else will be in trend they will move to it and will become guru in that too.

Someone who is really good at day trading, why would he needs to create a video that will take him 2 days to produce and care to teach you his secret?
An online guru who claims he is making millions from a company then why do they ask you to join their company.
All these are new type of ponzi.
2443  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: SandBoxCasino.io (AKA: www.Owl.Games) won't pay me $127,000 on: September 10, 2022, 02:28:05 PM
I wonder if the excuse of internal infastructure change is gonna be valid enough for owlgames to provide the "new" owner their platform?
In UK when a business does not perform well resulting loss, the management change the name and launch it saying under new management with a different name and it works to remove all past records. In online it's even easier to follow the same LOL

Quote
I also wonder if owlgames has the actual names of the operators of sandboxcasino if they were to be given a subpoena by a court of law so that users who were fucked over by the company could seek justice?
If anything owlgames can help to get the money of OP then this is what they can do assuming they have conducted a KYC from sandboxcasino. But for that I guess OP needs papers from legal agencies.
2444  Other / Meta / Re: joker_josue Merit Source Application - to encourage the Portuguese community on: September 10, 2022, 02:17:27 PM
Few weeks ago I was thinking to apply to be a merit source but after looking so many pending requests, I decided not to apply now. Not at least theymos starts approving some of the applications given by the users from last more than a year. Do we know when did we have our last new merit source?

joker_josue is a good candidate to flourish local board. I hope you get accepted.

Good luck brother.

2445  Other / Meta / Re: Identifying the OP at a glance (SMF patch) on: September 10, 2022, 02:07:55 PM
so theymos can choose the most appropriate one.
When was the last time Theymos made a change on forum modules or added a new module since the DefaultTrust change? Anyway, let's note lose all hopes 😉
Nice work OP.

Style C looks good to me.
Style A and B is good too but when a username is long then it may look odd or eventually the last part will take a newline. So Style C is safer and better.
Stype D and E doesn't look it fits here but when we all get used to something then anything fits.
2446  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Cloudbet - Asked for verification and blocked account. on: September 10, 2022, 01:53:36 PM
Well, the selfie thing may surprise you about casinos, but some fintechs ask you to take a video of you holding your ID card or passport with your mobile phone in order to sign up. If I remember correctly, some CEXs do too. So it seems to me that this is not going to be exceptional in the future. In the old days you went to the bank with your documents and the bank manager saw your face, or to the casino and they asked you for ID to enter, and something similar is going to happen online, adapted to this medium.
It's sad, isn't it?
Back in few years when we heard the word Crypto Casino, we used to get a picture that it was a casino where we can play anonymously. It's not the same anymore. Now in reality things are changing. All Crypto Casinos are moving out from the concept. They ask for KYC for silly reasons, even when it's obvious that VPN was used in some cases.
2447  Economy / Reputation / Re: Why I have been hated by the Bitcoin Forum leaders? on: September 10, 2022, 01:07:33 AM
All I can say is that you have been somewhat inconsistent in your claims and identity. At a place you would appear like a bitcoin pro, at another stance you would prove to be an absolute beginner. In other cases you will claim to be a super rich bitcoin ambassador and in other times you could be indirectly begging. All these points to your controversial personality and no one would likely trust such a dramatic character like you.
Everything was fine except trying to make him someone wealthy bitcoin ambassador. It looked like he came with some idea to execute some of his bad intentions. Then when it was not working he started to troll users.

I can not go to an unknown place and before making a space for me I start to claim I am someone they should take me in consideration. Push is not going to work until I provide a value for them to admire me. Nothing is going to happen with OP. Someday he will get tired and give up the account. He will take this experience and will create another account to move on.
2448  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: How to report the fraud company Localbitcoins.com? on: September 10, 2022, 12:37:00 AM
Yet another person coming in with a complaint against LBC and then never coming back to give proof / follow up.
Lately this becoming a trend in the scam accusation board. For some reason many users are just thinking to post some lines against a business X and expecting the forum members are going to help them.

Reading OP I have a feeling that he did not login in his account for very long time. With Google if you do not use their service for more than 6 months they send you emails to notify you to check in. If you do not then they ban the service due to inactivity. Not only in Google, but in almost all service there are some x amount of months or years for the user to be using it at least once, or they ban the account. This could be the case with OP if he is not lying.
2449  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Cloudbet - Asked for verification and blocked account. on: September 10, 2022, 12:28:27 AM
You haven't seen the worst, they even asked a certain user for a street selfie during the verification process... Lol
This was a interesting read LOL
KYC hell gone too far these days and seeing it is happening in Crypto bookies is painful. Gambling sector is a risky business and bookmakers ensure every possibility to protect their business. It sad in one sense but in other sense it needed too. Some of the gamblers better to say match fixers or groups sometimes try to rob a casino when they get insider information.

OP, you need to attach some form of proofs. You are telling us to believe your story when you have nothing to support your accusation.
2450  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: I have a problem with MBit on: September 10, 2022, 12:14:25 AM
I won 4,719 LTC.
Did I see the similar number of LTC case before? It looks very familiar.
You need to provide some proof against your accusations. There are some formatting suggestions, please follow it.

I think there are many MBit casino accusations are posting lately in the forum. Unfortunately there are no active user who represent them too. I left a red feedback for them from another accusation though.

and 2 posts ago, I reached Legendary status This was swift. It feels the same, lol. Cool
We did it together bro, Cheers!
You two are well deserved Legendaries. It feels like finally the topic found some glory after seeing you two to celebrate your achievements.
Congratulations!

My journey of knowledge has just begun as I feel so good to be a member. Thanks to you all that added a milestone to my new rank.
You are still a baby considering the two examples set in front of you. Enjoy your time and you will see few years are gone just like that. You will not need to worry about rank at all.

Did you type that with a straight face? Since when do software providers share the same license with their clients?
Mind the words you f**k. Why all these anger for? If you can not create a discussion because you are unsocial then leave the place.
The quoted posts was already defended by owlgames so stop bringing things that are not relevant anymore. Provide any help if you can or just get the hell out of here.

Wow! I am watching school football after long time. It's easy to score. 0 - 4 now and I am out of any hope. We will not have a good UCL campaign.
2454  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: SandBoxCasino.io (AKA: www.Owl.Games) won't pay me $127,000 on: September 07, 2022, 08:02:06 PM
  • The only thing OwlGames claims to have no control of is the actual wallet to pay me!
That's typically how a game provider works. They give the API for the platform and rest are handled by the casino itself.

About above other claims, I would like to ask how are your sure that it was owlgames (I might missed some leads).

I would also ask owlgames how far they can access of a casino who they provide their software. It should be limited only to provide information once a casino ask about a specific bet or bet transaction issue. Have in mind that a provider can also access customers information too including their browsers information, IP and such things.
2455  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 🦊 Betnomi.com | Champions League Pool ⚽️ Discussion Thread on: September 07, 2022, 07:53:01 PM
This is humiliation. We are 0 - 3 down but it was supposed to be 0 - 5 down. The missed penalty and the almost back on the net saved by Van Dijk. Our defense was worse ever? It looks like boys have no clue where to pass the ball.

Liverpool's moral is down 100%.
2456  Economy / Reputation / Re: Fortunejack turning into KYC hell! on: September 07, 2022, 07:13:40 PM
[...]People visiting this forum should have it somewhere in the advertisements that they should have lawyers ready in case they do not get paid by the scam platforms/casinos advertised in this forum. You need to go to court to get paid your winning bets.
Wouldn't it be funny? It's a forum not a gambling resolution center. Precisely it's bitcointalk not gamblingresolutiontalk. Does this go into your head?

Well I was not trying to solve anything with my last post, I was just communicating and chatting with some people.
You are not chatting but promoting hate against each others.

We do hope that the industry will change for the better and that KYC rules will be more clear and better managed in the future – especially for forum members.
If this is for only forum members then you are making different low for a certain community which shouldn't be. But yeah a clear KYC direction for any casino will be good. But mind that casinos are abide by their terms and conditions. These conditions actually made to favor them so they can get away with anything in most of the cases.

In this particular case KYC is not the problem but the OP's denial and making it a big issue to make FJ look bad.
2457  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: SandBoxCasino.io (AKA: www.Owl.Games) won't pay me $127,000 on: September 07, 2022, 06:50:44 PM
[...]

The people defending owl.games and sandboxcasino should be ashamed of themselves.
You are getting it wrong. No one is defending Sandboxcasino but some of us really do not see Owlgames has anything to do here. OP is deliberately trying to connect owlgames again and again in the matter. As a result he is losing the merit of his accusation.
2458  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 🦊 Betnomi.com | Champions League Pool ⚽️ Discussion Thread on: September 07, 2022, 06:26:26 PM
Rest of the matches are not easy to predict but I think Tottenham can win against Marseille.
I have no idea. I was following the odds placed on different sportsbooks LOL. It's not that I care who is winning and who is losing at this stage but having some points from every match is good to have a good position in the table on superbru. Which seems not going on my way. 😉

Looking forward to Liverpool match this evening.

buwaytress, paid for the pool as promised.

2459  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: BitDice Robbed Investors? CSNO lost 80% value on: September 07, 2022, 05:17:30 PM
Can you access Bitdice.me?
This is a strange feeling. I always thought BitDice are still running. But checking the .com and .me seems like they are gone. I don't see many discussions on the topic about it too. All I understand is they has some tokens to share dividends at the end the market price dropped. Did I get it correct? But the following experience was not good at all.
After attempting many contacts to BitDice, I'm going to leave my frustration on the poorly managed team.

  • I contacted various mails to BitDice I could find => no response
  • Wrote in BitDice Chat => was ghosted by the support team
  • Commented on Twitter => no reply

BitDice, in particular, Alex, who gave the management to someone else: Your management is worse!

Why is that? In the past months, I've experienced that the management simply quit and handed over their tasks to people who may be outsourced.
Just take a look when dogedice.me was last logged in (September 2021). That same applies to the support here on Bitcointalk.

In the meantime, the following things happened on BitDice:
  • Support consists of outsourced people (from countries whose salary is below the avg.)
  • Raffles, raffles and more raffles

At all, this is not bad. It's all about customer-centric focus. But the thing is that thousands of dollars may be burnt to customers/players with money out of investors bankroll. The volume of BitDice betting is very low. How else can BitDice afford multiple raffles in a month worth $100 000 and $50 000?
My assumption is that the bankroll will be drained as long as there are no funds left just to say goodbye to players and investors.

Secondly, why must a casino like BitDice outsource people from countries where the salaries are below average? For multiple years BitDice hasn't done any development on their website. Just promised things as usual until December 2021. We know that Bitcoin and in particular other cryptocurrencies like Dogecoin has risen to new ATH, so also BitDice portfolio balance. Take a look at the last financial report spreadsheet (https://miro.medium.com/max/2400/1*kjxs2BqDnOkvq0QzfxJR6A.png). If we consider today's prices, it would be significantly higher (https://prnt.sc/2304xqk). This assumption is only valid if no significant transfers have been made.

Still, why there is a need to outsource people? What about the office of BitDice? Don't they hold responsibility too?

My assumption here is that BitDice lost a significant amount due to reasons we don't know. What else justifies the poorly managed team and a company structure full of outsourced people.

And, how much are investors worth right now? Correct, 75 Satoshi per token. Peanuts compared to what has been raffled to players.

My appeal: Pay your attention to us and drop a post.
Quoted.

I will be watching the topic.
2460  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: MBit DOES NOT WITHDRAW MY WINNINGS on: September 07, 2022, 05:02:45 PM
That's two months already you are that patient to post your issue now, we already have existing scam accusations on MBIT and they are all ignored by MBIT, their representative here is not active anymore with four existing scam accusations they are competing with 1xbit for the most number of accusations here in the scam section of Bitcointalk, you did the right thing posting your issues here, be sure to warn your friends who are active in casinos to avoid MBIT, if they don't want to be the next one posting here.
Can anyone post the official account of MBIT? If it's not tagged then it should be tagged and one of the victim can create a flag against them so that others can support. I checked one of the other thread and have not found any initiative from MBIT there. Ignoring is not a good solution.

On June 27, I won 5600 DOGE. Nevertheless, I could not withdraw the winnings. I sent a selfie with a piece of paper and a passport, a passport, and a bank statement, but the casino representatives ignore me and do not answer anything. But there is one important point. At some point, the button for uploading a document to the casino profile stopped working, and because of this I had to send them selfies by mail, but they ignore me there too. I want to figure out what's going on and understand why this situation has arisen.

I have written complaints to several sites and I really hope that I will receive my winnings soon. I want as many people as possible to know about MBit and that they are not paying money. Has anyone encountered such a thing in this particular casino? I will be glad of your comments and ideas.
Your accusation is not strong by the way, you need to attach proofs to support your accusation. Proofs like screenshot of conversation if any, deposit transaction ID and anything else that you think could support your case.
