2461  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: [XRP] Ripple Speculation on: November 06, 2017, 06:16:47 PM
The price is going up. Great news. I think we can expect at least 0.30 soon when the volume gets bigger because it looks like there were some people accumulating when it was so low.
2462  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Ripple is officially open-source! w/link on: November 06, 2017, 12:34:07 AM
I was checking the graphics on Polo and the last time RippleBTC was bellowed 0.00002700BTC was in April. Ripple could be worth the double in a few weeks if people still believe in the project.

2463  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Rippex, a good or bad ripple wallet ? on: November 05, 2017, 09:03:44 PM
It is a great wallet, you can use. BTW it looks like some big whales are stoking up ripple. There is some volume but the price doesn't change. Is there any news coming up? I think before the fork is too difficult to bet in some alt because most are pump and dump. But ripple is really low if you look to the past.
2464  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: ★★DigiByte|极特币★★[DGB]✔ DigiSync v6.14.2 - DigiSpeed - Segwit -DiguSign on: November 05, 2017, 08:43:39 PM

What about adding a feature like DeepVault (DeepOnion) ?

Saving in the blockchain the Hash from some file to check for integrity

Why are you talking about Deeponion here? Doesn't make any sense. It is a topic about Digibyte. There is no necessity to spaming on topics about other coins.
2465  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: EOS - Asynchronous Smart Contract Platform - (Dan Larimer of Bitshares/Steem) on: November 05, 2017, 05:53:45 PM
I am starting to read and research more about EOS. I am still not convinced to investing, but every day looks like a great idea.

Quote
EOS is trying to make blockchain technology easy to adopt, by creating a blockchain operating system for companies.

This idea in the paper is awesome. But is too difficult to accomplish. And he is not even close to the goal.
2466  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bitconnect to the Moon! on: November 05, 2017, 05:46:38 PM
I hope coinmarket take of this shit/ponzi token from their list. When this shit crash, people will starting to say bad things about crypto in general. If coinmarketing stop listing this shit, people will forget about.
2467  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: I bought $BCC at 600 USD.. I need to sell all with a loss? on: November 05, 2017, 05:13:10 PM
BCC you mean Bitcoin Cash? If it is Bitcoin cash it will all depend of how much blood will be there on the split. If Bitcoin 2x really challenge Bitcoin, it will show that bigger blocks could be something that people want. So, Bitcoin cash could go up because it is a better version of Bitcoin with bigger blocks.

But if you mean Bitconect. Just sell this shit. It is a scam.
2468  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UFC 217: Bisping vs GSP Info and Betting Thread on: November 05, 2017, 05:02:23 PM
GSP could bring back some excitement to UFC. He is really great and I wasn't expecting for him to come back in such a great shape.
2469  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: [XMR] Monero Speculation on: November 05, 2017, 05:17:09 AM
that's exactly my question, why is monero better than pivx from a privacy point of view?
And yes I think it's a very relevant topic for the monero speculation thread. If pivx tech is better...

https://moneroforcash.com/monero-vs-dash-vs-zcash-vs-bitcoinmixers.php#dash-pivx

Additionally, add-on or optional privacy can never be as private as protocol-level mandatory privacy (Monero).

Others have already pointed out the PIVX rich list.

Is there a place where they compare more coins to monero? Or more info between coins? I love that.
2470  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Bitconnect, RegalCoin, HextraCoin or WesternCoin? on: November 05, 2017, 04:58:54 AM
It is clear that bitconnect will not be list anymore on charts sites. Everybody already knows that they run a ponzi scheme. I think until December they will be out of the game and will crash.
2471  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: $90,000 to invest in crypto for million dollars on: November 05, 2017, 04:50:52 AM
I do not believe that you are from trade market. If you are, your question do not make any sense because you would have already researched everything you need to know about this coin. And would go to their ANN and ask the right questions on theirs.
2472  Bitcoin / Press / Re: [2017-11-03]Bitcoin scams 'getting more sophisticated' as value of cryptocurrenc on: November 05, 2017, 04:46:05 AM
I have received a lot of scam emails on my dump address. I think it is easy to have at least 3 address for different things and never use the personal to things related to money, blockchain, and banks. The scammers will always try something new, banks spend a shit load of money to prevent that. And still, everyday someone loses money using internet bank. So, it is expected that Bitcoin will suffer the same.

2474  Bitcoin / Press / [2017-11-04] Credit Suisse CEO: Bitcoin Is The “Very Definition of a Bubble” on: November 05, 2017, 01:18:17 AM
https://www.cryptocoinsnews.com/credit-suisse-ceo-bitcoin-is-the-very-definition-of-a-bubble/

At a time in which bitcoin reaches a new record high around the $7,500 mark and catapults the cryptocurrency market cap above the $200 billion mark for the first time in history, Credit Suisse CEO Tidjane Thiam makes it clear that he isn’t a fan of the cryptocurrency, as he stated it was the “very definition of a bubble” while speaking at a news conference in Zurich.

The CEO expressed caution as interest in bitcoin could eventually subside. He noted that right now people are buying the cryptocurrency expecting a price rise that will help them make money, not as a store of value, meaning it is a bubble. He notably stated:

“From what we can identify, the only reason today to buy or sell Bitcoin is to make money, which is the very definition of speculation and the very definition of a bubble.”
2475  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UFC 217: Bisping vs GSP Info and Betting Thread on: November 05, 2017, 12:01:53 AM
I am really excited for this fight. GPS back is a major event. But I do not know if he has a chance. I just hope that the fight goes well and it is not the bullshit that some of the last fights was.
2476  Bitcoin / Press / Re: [2017-11-03] India’s Largest Bank Goes Big on Blockchain on: November 04, 2017, 11:06:12 PM
Great news. But it is hard to know what Bitcoin in India could be on the next years. They have a great capacity to get bit on Bitcoin mining and there is a lot of people that could start making a small investment on Bitcoin. But their government have some doubts about the possibilities of allowed people investing big money.
2477  Economy / Speculation / Re: BETI: Bitcoin Exponential Trend Index and technical analysis on: November 04, 2017, 07:53:36 PM
5952.48645684 Today.

7390 - 5952 = 1,438

I think that the price today reflects the expect price of 2x that would probably cost something like 1400

2478  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: ICO in November on: November 04, 2017, 07:21:16 PM
You should check the team and check how much work and money they are spending on the company. There is some marketing that gives some great opportunities to the blockchain. I like to invest in platforms like ADA, companies that are building something in the financial aspect like OMG, Kyber, 0x and Bitshare.

So I am looking for opportunities to companies like that and gambling. SportyFi Looks a great company and I am thinking in invest there. I am using their sig and checking on their forum every day. It looks like they have a great plan.
2479  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: [XRP] Ripple Speculation on: November 04, 2017, 07:18:13 PM
It looks like some Big banks in Asia could declare they will start using Ripple. Some people are saying that on Telegram. Is there any news related to that? Is that the reason why palm Beach recommended? I think something like that could put Ripple in the top 3. I personally do not like Ripple so much because they hold so many coins. But I think I could start invest, BTC will not pass 8k. At leats I will profit from the pump.
2480  Economy / Speculation / Re: Crypto winter is coming again … on: November 04, 2017, 07:10:39 PM
FOr something like Crypto winter happens, it would be necessary a crash back to below 3k. So, something like 100 billion would disappear in a matter of days. I think this is impossible. People would still need and wanted to sell some BTC but we will have more people coming to the marketing buying.
