Cryptsy just went belly up... FYI as far as FTC prices, which was the majority of the market. I just lost a decent chunk of BTC. Writing has been on the wall for awhile now, but they closed it before I could get my coins out through a altcoin.

Not yet. Who knows if it's a part of the plan.

cryptsi has been under investigation by the SEC since 4 or 5months now, following GAW investigation and their participation in the selling GAW scam coin and various malpractices (like bidding against their customer etc... ). So it isn't really a surprise (not sure why people kept their coins on this exchange...), it was obvious it would go down on a rather short term...

Also this.....

2465  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: CCminer(SP-MOD) Modded NVIDIA Maxwell kernels. on: January 13, 2016, 04:09:14 PM
excuse me the offtopic.. but cryptsy is doing like MtGox... not being hacked, nor under phishing attack.
I´m sorry for the dudes with funds inside that site.

I heard that Cryptsy is under federal investigation. But I believe business will go on as usual when they don't find anything...
Maybe......... but someone posted this and it maybe just a marriageable or divorce thing going on...... fighting over the cold wallet.

Ordered that EVGA GeForce GTX 750 Ti FTW should be here in a few days.
Cost me $30.59 out of pocket to cover shipping and the little amount my EVGA bucks didn't cover.  Grin
Turns out I only had 84 EVGA bucks instead of 94 forgot I had ordered my GTX960 card 7/2/2015.
Normally I buy the 12th month, used 160 EVGA bucks on the 960.  Grin

That's what I did.......for 1 1/2 yrs every btc I made went to buy mining equipment.... never saved any... but now I can start saving a little.
2467  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: CCminer(SP-MOD) Modded NVIDIA Maxwell kernels. on: January 13, 2016, 03:30:51 PM
crysx
The 2 980ti cards I have are the big ones with the back plate Smiley

thats what all four of these are mate ...

the extreme ones are MUCH bigger and heavier cards ...

what hash are you getting on lyra2v2 tbearhere? ...

#crysx
crysx
I just posted hash rates. 16.550 mh/s lyra2r2 oc to 1345  sp private 78.
Do you have a picture of that card....i'm looking it up now.

EDIT: is it nvidia? can't find it...and what is special about it?
ps were running at half the speed on the mem clocks. It should be 20 mh/s on the 980ti if we get the mem clocks up.
2468  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: CCminer(SP-MOD) Modded NVIDIA Maxwell kernels. on: January 13, 2016, 03:25:47 PM
Ok sp

On lyra2v2 750ti  r71  to your PRIVATE miner  r78       r71  4.845 mh/s    r78 private   5.055 mh/s AND 10 watts less at the wall on the 6 750ti rig.  Cheesy

r71   980ti  15.862 mh/s      r78  private  16.550 mh/s

All oc at 1345

Quark improvement is about the same % wise.....will post later.

Good job sp Wink

sp.....I can't get r78 zip to open.

And here is a couple of beers.

r78 was uploaded in win zip not 7 zip.

you need to open the file in the 7-zip file manager

Got it sp...something in the upload because I usually just click on the folder and drag the file onto my desktop.
But I have it now thx

Yesssssssssssss that's what I was working on crysx. Grin

what hash do you normally get with them? ...

and what settings? ... im only using -X 15 parameter with them ... would that be the optimal on lyra2v2? ...

#crysx
I don't use any parameters. I just oc at 1345 mhz on ALL my nvidia cards.. no matter what type...... any higher and they become unstable.
I only have 2 980ti's...but I get about 4x what a 750ti gets.......it would be higher if we can get the mem clock up to 7 gig hz and then oc the mem Smiley
My guess  on quark ..a guess...... is 2mh/s more.

980 results  ( 2 MSI 980 GAMING and 1 Gigabyte 980 G1 GAMING ) all clocked core +105,

 Quark, Nicehash:
sp miner 78 free: 63270                   sp miner private:   66145
Gigabyte G1 Gaming is 5% faster than MSI 4G here, same price...

Nice stats. 22048KHASH per card.(+4.5%)

Here is the results from another user on the EVGA 750ti SC standard clocks

The private miner is for sale for a 0.1BTC donation.

Another user have reported:

gtx 960:

keccak: +20%
lyra2v2: +11,64%
quark: +3.07
Qubit: +3.03%
Nist5: +2.2%
x11: +2%
x13: +1.8%
Whirlpoolx: +1.2%
x15: 1.14%
Neoscrypt: 0%

And here is some of my stats:

quark

970 g1:
core: 1366
mem: 1500

sp-mod 74: 16800
sp-mod 78: 17400 (+3.5%)
sp-mod priv: 17800 (+6%)

750ti strix:

core: 1240
mem: 1350

sp-mod 74: 6220
sp-mod 78: 6140  (-1.3%)
sp-mod priv: 6325 (+1.7%)

Sp you know I have been donating since you opened your thread. Smiley
Please work on the 980ti.
And now I'm seriously considering donating ... getting your private miner. Wink
But please work on the 980ti...if so imo should be the best card over  the 750ti.. 960.. 970..980  ect.

How much does it cost for a masternode per year?
2476  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: CCminer(SP-MOD) Modded NVIDIA Maxwell kernels. on: January 08, 2016, 11:00:14 PM
But You know very well that the reason why I complain, is because you claimed you improved the speed of lyra and when I checked out your release (was expecting actually to use some of your "faster" kernels) I

Look at the chart above. The first release with the lyra2v2 is your kernal. And then the speed is improved.

I have optimized your kernal on the gtx 950,960 and 970. The 980 is not a card for the farms because it is to expensive
The 980ti is same price or lower then 4 750ti and much more hashrate if some would implement it. Wink
And get the mem clock up.
2477  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: ### C-Note Turns 2yr Old and Still Alive! ### on: January 08, 2016, 08:35:35 AM
Poloniex dropped it due to low volume...
If we get enough people interested we could get it traded against Litecoin and do a relaunch
./fasbit
That would be nice. Wink

@crysx

If anyone remembers I had a problem putting my 2nd 980ti on my rig. It wouldn't except it. Had all kinds of trouble getting nvidia inspector accepting it. I had fan runaway ect. Here it was a faulty 4 pin power cable to my power riser. Works like a champ now.
2479  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: CCminer(SP-MOD) Modded NVIDIA Maxwell kernels. on: January 07, 2016, 11:50:55 AM
As far as windows 10........ I will never..never....never..install it on any of my computers...NEVER!
2480  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: CCminer(SP-MOD) Modded NVIDIA Maxwell kernels. on: January 06, 2016, 08:32:39 PM
crysx
Are you talking about the 6 980ti's on one rig?

yup ...

so far only 5 x gigabyte 980ti g1 / extreme will work at any one time - and the 6th kills the drivers for some reason ...

the system is 4 x gigabyte 980ti g1 + 2 x gigabyte 980ti extreme ...

it doesnt matter which pcie you remove from the collection - it will only work with 5 cards - and the as soon as the 6th card goes in the driver refuses to load ...

#crysx
5 isn't bad....but funny the 6th card kills the drivers.
Are you oc ing them?
