As far as I understand (please correct me, djm34, if I'm wrong), the 50% gain is based on the latest opensource kernel by djm34, NOT the one on the sp_ fork, which includes about 10% improvement by sp_ and another 10% by myself.
So the gain at the end should be about 30%.

Looks like he has stolen some code from my fork.

looks like you don't read what I post... tpsp is a join Tanguy Pruvot/ SP release where I tried to use some of your algos (agree) with latest SP development at that point, but that was to make the stealing of my algos easier for you... (but actually you failed for neoscrypt and lyra since you forgot to implement the wallet mining part )

I made it 7% faster. That is the only thing that matters. I added another 3% in other checkins, and then Pallas added another 10%.
The SP-MOD fork is at least 20% faster than your first attempt.

You should just add in the comment that the checkin was done by me. Tanguy Pruvot and Klaust always does this, but you don't.

tpsp is really not your release (but rather epsylon3), and it is probably already in the comment when I committed it.

f he used a all-or-nothing funding service like Kickstarter, but for bitcoin or a escrow service so we get money back if he doesn't release it I would totally help chip in. I haven't found anything like that though.

You should look into Burst.

I used to mine burst. Unless it's changed a lot in 9~ months, the smart contracts were a huge pain in the ass to use. Plus there is the whole exchanging to Burst for the service.

Bitching about something you made open source and people use it is so stupid. It's like you don't understand what open source is or what you do in the first place.

Djm34 is always complaining when somebody else is optimizing his opensource code. Me and Pallas optimized the neoscrypt kernal 20% faster, but it slower than the djm34 private kernal. I look forward to see the new code.

I follow this post to speak about evolution / optimization / news but since week this post speak to many of donate BTC(too many BTC SP  .
I understand why dev ask donation, in my case only one card to test, i must chose : "win something ...  " or "past time may be for nothing").
To continue every body must win else "game over".

Now, in my game i found some optimization for GTX 750 (no other card available) the main result :

It is true that I can be a little protective over my work   (may-be a bit jealous too yeah well I am not flawless).

But You know very well that the reason why I complain, is because you claimed you improved the speed of lyra and when I checked out your release (was expecting actually to use some of your "faster" kernels) I discovered there was absolutely no speed difference.
This clearly pissed me off... Because it means you have been mostly asking for donations over my work without adding anything new...
and this is a little unfair to me and other devs since donation are a little scarce around (Hey Bensam123   want to add something here ?).

I usually try to not compete with other devs so that everyone gets a little something out of their work, and I expect the same behavior
toward me.

Look at the chart above. The first release with the lyra2v2 is your kernal. And then the speed is improved.


I have optimized your kernal on the gtx 950,960 and 970. The 980 is not a card for the farms because it is to expensive

ok just tried release 78: works like crap (107kh/s the 750ti OC, other cards just not working) 
(how am I surprise... so many version half broken... )
didn't pay attention it was 74 which should be used (lets try again...)
