2461  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: ~~~New ~~~ OddEvenBets.com [Litecoin] - House edge 1%, Provably fair on: July 21, 2017, 10:58:21 AM
I'v noticed the provably fair option as soon as I opened up the website.

That's brutal, however, it doesn't guarantee people won't get scammed.
The only way to get some trust going on is if some bets and payouts start happening.

How can scam people of provably fair system is work.
Anyone can check results.

You can try first here:
0.01 LTC for free https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2038173

It's provably fair for the gambling outcome, it doesn't have anything to do with the payout system.
You could simply deny withdrawal payments and run away with the coins.
That's what I was trying to say.

10 DNR for a week dedicated to Jr. Member I just curious what rate of this DNR coin in the market, can you show me where the exchange of this coin ?
don't worry about it, it's rate is high  Grin Grin Grin

We're currently trading @0.0004, ATH was over 0.0006BTC
Resulting in 0.004BTC for a Jr.Member or 0.04 for a Hero Member + total post bonus
Per week, that would of made us one of the highest paying signature campaigns along with FortuneJack

Payments have indeed decreased tenfold, however this is done to keep inflation low and make the value of those DNR we're holding high.
2463  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: BTC Gambling? on: July 21, 2017, 07:45:15 AM
I believe in new future gambling sites are going to support to gamble even with lesser than one satoshi. There are lot of speculations about bitcoin prices reaching to some unimaginable levels in millions hence to support gamblers with possible minimum I guess gambling sites may go for diving one satoshi into centi and then milli so that they can keep the same level of USD equivalent minimum betting for gambling.
The biggest advantage of crypto based gambling must be enabling us to gamble even with the value lesser than one USD cent. But the recent price up surge of bitcoin is making this capability of crypto gambling practically impossible  but I believe we can switch over to other altcoins so that we can still enjoy gambling with least possible amount of money.

Exchanges are having the practice of switching over to litecoin denominated trading when bitcoin denominated trading reaches no buyer even for 1 satoshi. Same thing could be followed for gambling. That's all.

Wait for August 1 and we won't have to use altcoins in order to make low value deposits Smiley
2464  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: POKER - What is really important for you!? on: July 21, 2017, 07:33:18 AM

There is something big comming for all poker players. PreReg here to save your share: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2028077.0

For this thread, tell me and others what is important for you as a poker player - Is poker gambling or sport in your eyes?
What you expect from a pokerroom of your dreams? If you don't play, do you want to lern this game and how to play it with profit?
What did you like more, CashGame or SnGs/MTTs?

I'm happy to read your answers!

 Smiley

What's "something big" for all poker players?

What is that, that you're going to innovate in the poker industry?

Well, I guess everyone would like to play with profit, but that's impossible since there's the same number of people at the table and most profits go to 1 or 2 people  Cheesy

SNGs are fun if they're free or low entry, Cash games are the usual thing people play I think? It's just a simple cash bet, nothing complicated Cheesy
2465  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What best contest for this kind of games? on: July 21, 2017, 07:20:49 AM
I guess the only contest you can do with such game is related to wagered amount.

User who wager most (maybe the one who win/lost the most) will win some reward or alternatively can win the user with most win/lose streaks.
I think you can take a contest example from some dice gambling sites because this game is almost the same as dice game that only have a slight differences so you do not have many options to made a contest.

Ok, but this game without registration.
How can I check wager?

For begins 0.01 LTC for free https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2038173

Thank you.

Well you can check all depositing/playing addresses. Then announce/pay the wining one.
This would require people to use same address repeatedly which is not convenient. So other way is to ask participants to provide all their addresses and prove owneship (by signing message eg.) and then announce the winners. (thinkinig it twice  ... Im affraid this would not be fully transaparent and fair as multiple users can colaborate claiming they are one person ... but thats actually not a big deal for you as your target is to attract users right? )

It would probably be more user-friendly to enable registrations instead of having the user signing all those addresses and then you yourself having to verify all of those..

Ofcourse, let people play without registration!
Just set an option for them so they can register and participate in contests Smiley

2467  Economy / Gambling / Re: Taking Bets on BIP91 on: July 21, 2017, 07:11:55 AM
I can see you are native gamblers , even Bitcoins' BIP91 is gonna get a betting, that's amazing and also too hard to predict, I would stay out of this since those 80% miner support must be constant (I think so), difficulty task to discipline and coordinate all the hash power among those. Even if Segwit2x succeed now, the November part will need to have 100% miners support to 2MB block size, tough job.

I think Onehash may add this bet on their site.

Doesn't Gnosis or Auger do this as well? If so may have a larger pool..

They probably have a max. bet, having a major pool, you probably wouldn't be interested in petty bets.
2468  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What is the best bankroll? on: July 21, 2017, 12:23:32 AM
To see the most reliable casino you need to login into each of them and watch for a while the recent bets list. The casino with more bets per seconds is the most reliable to invest your bitcoins, because it's the most played casino.
I think there are some good casinos to invest, you can choose one of them or few of them and start investing, good luck.
Are you being serious? That's just plain bad advice, the number of bets per second has nothing to do with whether a Casino will make a profit or not or if it's trustworthy (also think about bet size, total amount wagered per day, month). Picking a popular casino that practices bad bankroll management could be a very very bad choice.

Sure, picking a popular casino is one small part of choosing a good site to invest on, but there are many other factors you'd need to look out for.
Haven't you seen that graph on the first page of this thread? That gives you a pretty good overview of what casino's are interesting for investments.

If you like steady profits without much risk, Crypto-Games is clearly the way to go... Stats don't lie.

The problem with crypto-games is that they have a lot of fees for your transactions there. If you don't invest long term then they will charge you when you withdraw your investment and also they charge a hefty miner's fee since they do not shoulder it. I tried investing 0.2 btc with them, I profited about 5% and lost the 5% in fees. So no point in investing there.

They're worth it.

I have invested in 5 bitcoin casinos bankroll, and most of them haven't turned a profit at all.
This month all casinos I have invested in are in a loss, except for Crypto-Games.
Previously some have turned a profit, but not even as close as Crypto-Games.
Currently I have investments there, on SafeDice and YoloDice, nothing more right now.
However both SafeDice and YoloDice are negative this month, and I can't say profits were big previously.
CG has turned over 5%/month, which is bloody awesome.

A google search about OddEvenBets.com website reveals literally nothing.

Only thing connected to the website was this bitcointalk profile.

I went to whois.sc and typed in their domain name

Created on 2017-07-19
Expires on 2018-07-19

Basically, the domain has been purchased today, which means it's a completely new website!

What I would advise OddEvenBets.com to do, is to share some litecoin to people so they can bet and get some trust into their website.
It's hard simply starting out.
2471  Economy / Gambling / Re: BetKing Online Casino Relaunching Platform Alongside ICO on: July 20, 2017, 11:35:30 PM
What do you think about the ICO?
Why they want to collect funds from ICO, can't find any real reason for this. Why they just don't want to accept direct bitcoin investments like many other casino does.

I will not invest in any casino based ICO because it looks risky and where those ICO funds will end up is quite confusing in such ICOs.

Bad idea. Better is to try to make investment in bitcoin all online casinos based on crypto have this with some interest. ICO based on casino is more them to risky investment, like mentioned it can be besides confusing more like worthless at the end or can be used just in this or that casino. Not very good option better to try to take on some unique coin for all casinos let say casino coin or something else with mention on casino.

Dean has paid out all the bankroll investments before he closed the website (Website profit has reached 1000BTC/month, you can imagine how big the bankroll was).
Betking was #1 Dice site

So, I believe he can be trusted with the ICO.

It has been closed before and Dean wants to relaunch it but I dont know why theres a need for an ICO if he affords to do it so. But business is business he wants to get some investors to support the relaunch just like any other alt coin. It can increase bankroll and maximum winning amount.

But most of the people they don't want to risk more money so they will go to the public to generate funds. It may reduce their profit margin but they will be playing safely. Most of these big gambling sites want to have their own tokens to play the games instead of using bitcoins or any other altcoins. It also helps them to come up with a simple code to manage only one token instead of few different coins.

Yes this is a safe way to raise their casino and the capital will be coming from the investors. And it's a distribution or profit sharing from the investors which is a good thing if the casino is earning big monthly/daily.

Maybe to run an ICO to get huge bankroll to their site will be the nicest decision they made but for the sake of altcoin investor do you think Betking can support their alt whenever it will added on exchange? Since I think they will just focus on their casino development and running an altcoin needs huge balance so that its state will became strong and will not be dead in the long run, and that really a big confusion on my side since we never know if their ICO coin will get success to run for long time basis.

What I don't understand is why the ICO is going to be over a month long, I think BetKing can reach millions in a few days.
2472  Economy / Gambling / Re: FORTUNEJACK.COM |Deposit 777 play with 1777 mBTC |Live Casino, Slots, Betting on: July 20, 2017, 11:17:46 PM
What is fortunejack's plan for 1st August?
Like most of other casino I think fortunejack will not provide coins in both btc chain if network will split on that day. Users should withdraw out their balance and deposit later.

But fortunejack should stop btc deposit and withdrawals 24 hour before and after segwit activation to not loss anything.

Where have you gotten this idea?

I agree it's a precaution everyone should take to have his BTC in his own wallet at August 1st
But I'm uncertain if you have legit information that FJ will credit only one chain?

a lot of good news but I just see dump and dump for this coin

This coin is the underperformer #1 2017 and now #151 (with a daily falling) at coinmarketcap.com...

And still 40% below ico-price - that's bad and a disappointment.

EDIT: It does not reflect the good work of the team  Angry

I'm quite curious why the price went down to 0.006

I see the dev is active and there are plans for future development, I don't understand what knocked the prices down
Can anyone fill me up with that?

XMR hot wallet has been empty for a week.

looks like either they are out of funds or they don't care paying attention to the user experience on the site.

XMR is doing fine, people made deposit and withdrawal normally now and last week. Please note that PID is mandatory and you can't withdraw to your deposit address. If you still have any trouble please drop me an email and I'll check for the reason why your withdrawal was failed.

hey SafeDice, what about any possible disruption on the Bitcoin network that might happen in case of a split.
What are your plans? Will you stop deposits, investiments, withdrawals, bets etc.?

After your site was affected by several DDOS I have left but I would like to join and play again so I would like to know more about the above.

Thanks

Deposit and investment will work normally and it shouldn't affect us in any way. I'm considering to stop automated withdrawal for some short period of time, until the fork is becoming more stable. This is similliar to the same statement I made when we had discussion on bitcoin unlimited.

I don't see what could be the possible problems not removing automated withdrawals?

I have also expereienced an empty hot wallet, however, the next time I logged in I was able to withdraw without a problem
So, I see you're working on it, just try to have a bit more funds in your hot wallets as a lot of users have complained they weren't able to withdraw at a certain time.

As always, I'm confirming the bets to be true.
Although there is currently little need for me to confirm legit bets as OP is unforunately currently in a loss  Cry

You almost had it! You were at 1.93 btc man!

Good luck on your next bets, hope when you reach your goal you share all the bets so that people can verify your bet.

Maybe one day you could also be a pro capper and share your picks!

When was he at 1.93  Huh
ATH was 1.1BTC

2476  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Bounties (Altcoins) / Re: ⒹⒹⒹ DENARIUS SIGNATURE CAMPAIGN ⒹⒹⒹ on: July 20, 2017, 10:17:58 PM
I think we need more than 9 guys in the signature campaign. The first week the rewards were like 100 and well worth it, last week they were 10 and not so much. I would hope you could find a happy medium and attract more people willing to do the signature campaign banner work. Let us know, thanks.

We're trying to keep the inflation low so that's why the bounties are low too Smiley

The bet will be made according to https://www.xbt.eu/. If in 204 (from time of post) blocks 168 (from time of post) blocks signal BIP91 you win. Otherwise, I win.

What kind of site do you use for betting? Smiley

iluvbitcoins will escrow should we decide to make the bet.

I confirm if someone wants to make a bet, I'll serve as an escrow agent.

1:3 are actually quite fair odds!

Doing any bets like this OTC without Escrow is very risky.

You also need to state your terms more clearly since there are 5 - 336 block periods where it can get activated anyways.

I think sites like Fairlay can actually add this type of bet to their platform because I think they already have a bet going on whether Bitcoin will work this year or not.

He just wrote he can discuss escrow trough PM.

That's pretty vague, I'm pretty sure bitcoin will work xD

Anyways, OP, if you find someone to take on this bet, feel free to contact me to serve as an escrow for the bet Smiley
What kind of odds are you taking anyways?

Miner support is 80% but it's certain 1:5 wouldn't be fair as Segwit definitely wouldn't happen if support was around 55% or so, it must be major.

1:3 or something would be fair, I think.
