no it does not work in that way, it work with probability, the probability here is so low is not even funny there are 2^256 private keys, you know how big is this number? that hash will not do it in time before the universe end read again. i said it can take a day or 500,000 years or longer. that also has to do with the probability of being able to access the wallet within a basically infinite amount of time. |

i can remember that it was my main target to reach 1 whole bitcoin at that time. once i reached 1 whole bitcoin i was proud of myself and set myself the goal to reach 2 bitcoins.

2016 will be the most exciting year for BTC, since 2013.
-We will have the blocksize debate finally resolved.
-Halving in summer
-Federal reserve pretending to raise rates
-More 0% interest rates in Europe
-More capital controls for fiat.[/li][/list]
All ways pointing towards bitcoin, so we shall see.
for me personally the most exciting will be the block halving. i was not in bitcoin when the previous halving happened. i am waiting and holding for it. |

Well the price reached $500 on Bitstamp recently but it is highly unlikely that it will reach that price again this month.
I suspect market manipulation.
the price reaching $500 this month was definitely market manipulation. if it was real, then we would probably sit around $450-$500 by now. it would also not sharply fall below $300 after just reaching $500. |

if it goes below $300 then i will simply buy a few coins. i don't think we'll get plenty of chances anymore to buy sub $300 coins with the block halving comming closer and closer.

Definitely $300 - $500 but it's easier to talk about that when the month is November.  If I predicted in January I'd probably say +1000$ too. what makes you think we'll possibly reach a price of +$1000 in january. january is less than 2 months away. if we reach $500 by that time i think we have done a pretty good job. |

for me giving away 1 btc is too much. but it is definitely a good idea to give a paper wallet with for example 0.05btc as gift. it's different and will make people aware of bitcoin and also allows them to explore what they can do with it. |

I think you should save some coins for the future, although i like the last suggestion too, that you should not invest all you funds in it. Either way, you have to think about all pros and cons by yourself.
i am also a person that will never go all in. i always start with buying with 30% of the fiat i can use for investments. if it goes down i can buy with another 20% to increase the amount of coins i have. |

I would like to see it again 400+ but it really stays as a dream, i hope it will become true one day.
i am 100% sure we'll reach $400 again. $400 is not that far away. a few whales can trigger people to panic buy once they see a huge green candle. |

Less whales, more supporters (holders) would be a great start.
Part of the price volatiliy is also the holders though, many weak hands whom sell too fast.
there will always be large holders. you can't change the fact that some people are simply wealthier than others. stocks are not different. you have a lot small traders, but also banks in the role of a whale. |

As i think we need not to advertise bitcoin in more ways as almost many of the best ways are in use so why to spend money for more advertisement.
According to the qualities of bitcoin it is getting self advertised.
spending bitcoins actively is the best way of advertising for sure. but giving readings to make people aware of the endless possibilities of bitcoin is also more than helpful. |

Bitcoin will have big, but i mean BIG adoption till that time and miners will be happy to mine for fees reward. Till that time USD, EUR and rest of fiat will be only numismatic assets.
It has a big probability that Bitcoin become something really big, but for sure there will ever be some fiat money, maybe back to gold or silver system to prevent a too massive inflation, but it will never die. fiat currency will always exist. bitcoin doesn't need fiat to vanish or vice versa. they can perfectly co-exist together. no matter what, bitcoin will have a great future. |

i hope the price will go up of course, but i think the price will remain fairly stable at the $310-$340 price levels for some weeks.

if it is about trading, then yes. the bitcoin price is very important. if it is for holding bitcoin, then not. i will not sell my coins right now for peanuts when i can sell them for much much more a few years later.
