The data doesn't add up: Germany -10%, UK -8%, but only UK is in the Top five worst performing countries. I'm curious to know where the -10% comes from: last year? And how is it measured: Germany has euro, just like many countries. It's not Germany's fault BTW, it's Southern Europe that pushes down the value. Back to speculation: No doubt it causes some people to buy Bitcoin. Only a fraction of the money flowing into stocks, bonds and precious metals is enough to sharply increase the price per Bitcoin. Well the thing that made bitcoin mainstream in 2013 was the Cyprus crisis, where the EU forced a bail-in where customers savings were seized to bail out teh banks. Even businesses which had their payroll money in their current account to do their monthly salary run, found their money being confiscated.
The EU has now made bail-in rules the norm, and the customers of an Italian bank were also wiped out. Naturally that makes people want to hold their money in a form the govt can't steal.
Cyprus was a small experiment. It turned out people didn't like it. I don't think it will happen again, the bail-in was too obvious. Instead, they switched to Quantitative easing (QE): If central banks increase the money supply too quickly, it can cause inflation. It's a genius move actually: stock prices go up, the value of money goes down, and nobody can do anything about it.

That's a lot of questions to ask on a forum, for detailed answers you'd better just Google them.
In short: 1. Any wallet can generate keys, anybody can install a wallet. 2. Nobody keeps track, all private keys are randomly generated. There are so many possibilities that you'd never get a used key. 3. Get a dice. Throw 100 times. Try to reproduce 1 2 3 5 6 6 4 4 6 2 1 2 3 5 6 6 4 4 6 2 1 2 3 5 6 6 4 4 6 2 1 2 3 5 6 6 4 4 6 2 1 2 3 5 6 6 4 4 6 2 1 2 3 5 6 6 4 4 6 2 1 2 3 5 6 6 4 4 6 2 1 2 3 5 6 6 4 4 6 2 1 2 3 5 6 6 4 4 6 2 in the same order. You won't be able to do this, no matter how fast your computer can throw dice. 4. Practical answer: there is an unlimited supply of addresses. Theoretical answer: it's booring, something about the sun burning out long before you ever get a duplicate key.

Ok it's enough. I give up. After 99.9% the Prob section disappeared and it's 12 more hours since then without results I've been searching a long list of addresses for a while now. Once in a while it ends up like this: Next match difficulty: 39007422227 (14732 prefixes) [8.57 Mkey/s][total 266644488192][Prob 99.9%] It reaches 99.9% much more often than it should, this should happen only once every 1000 searches on average. It feels like I get better results if I restart it when this happens, as if it has been stuck. All settings remain the same. I think it might be a bug in oclvanitygen.

I moved my test-suggestions from [ASK BITCOINTALK] How many of you would use this service? here. I hope it helps improve your service. Edit: Yup. Works as expected now. The first test is under Invalid Posts, the 2nd is under Valid Posts because I added a little note pushing it over 75 chars. Nice fix Let me continue testing a bit: Do you count double spaces? Test1 Test2 People are creative to post random crap, including just copying someone else's post. Or just something from somewhere random on the internet. You'll probably also want the possibility to block "spam megathreads" ( DarkStar_'s phrase): ticking them once by Admin should block them for all signature campaigns. Some more questions: -How about edited posts? I post, 2 minutes later you scrape, 5 minutes later I edit my post. The forum doesn't even show it as edited. How is it counted? -How about when an old post gets deleted, and the post count drops? Forbidden forums (SPELLED EXACTLY): I suggest to use a list like Select Boards to Ignore to select boards instead of typing the board names.

what makes this different than "depositing to exchanger and withdrawing back"
The difference: logfiles. Exchanges keep track of all transactions for eternity, mixers delete all records.

Try this: copy this text, and post it as your own message. See what your scraper makes out of it. It should look like this:Test1 Test3Test4Test5Test6Test7And your scraper should record this:Test1 Test2 Test3 Test4 Test5 Test6 Test7 {maybe including www.google.com}The next step would be to test images.

Or let me know if this is an error to me only and you are able to see all his posts.
I see all posts. You have blocked local board Pazar Alanı. In other words: you did this to yourself Now please click "lock topic" in the lower-left corner

I count 35 everywhere. Maybe one post got deleted, and the counter doesn't get an instant update for that? I've just tested that, it's not the cause. I wouldn't worry about it, it seems to correct itself soon enough.

Welcome new Bitcoin user I recommend reading/watching a bit about how Bitcoin works. https://bitcoin.org/ is a good start for this. To answer your question very shortly: Bitcoins are mined. That's how they are created, think of it as dollars being minted. From there, they can be transfered to other wallets. So when you buy Bitcoins, they move from the seller's wallet to your wallet. That's it. blockchain is not an exchange, you can't buy from it blockchain.info is just a block explorer, they don't sell anything
Please don't FUD on topics you don't know. From https://blockchain.info/wallet/#/ :

It is important to remember that, despite what people say, there has never been a time when bitcoin was untaxed. This makes your argument about using fiat confusing because you will still have to pay tax. Tax and bitcoin are two different topics because whether you use dollars, euros, or carrots, you always owe tax on your gain.
Not all countries have a capital gain tax. Example: the Netherlands, my country of residence, doesn't have it. We have many other (high) taxes, just not this one.

You can delete most of your posts, change your email, change your password, and never look back.

IIRC you managed some campaigns already? or not yet. lol But will look through your future campaigns Correct. I've been running Rollin giveaway campaigns for more than a year, and gave away more than $5000 for the contests. Check Hero Campaign Manager LoyceV looking for new campaign to manage - Portfolio for a complete overview. But Rollin closed earlier this month, so I have time available to run another campaign.

I'd like to respond to your previous thread, but it's closed. TryNinja wrote this: You could do it like BitMixer in the old times. The whole post count and payments proccess were done by a bot, and the only manual work was done by Lauda. She was only responsible for keeping spammers and shitposters out of the campaign by checking their posts regularly and banning them if they break any rules. If you were doing fine, the bot would pay you normally. I myself would be interested in this kind of job, since I have plenty time and dedication for this forum. The only issues are: I have never managed any campaign before, - even that I know the whole process behind the job - and I wear your competitor signature (if you think this could be a issue). I can't emphasize enough how true this is! I too would like to be a signature campaign manager, and I too wear a competing signature. Allow me to advertise myself: have a look at my Hero Campaign Manager LoyceV looking for new campaign to manage - Portfolio please. If interested, we can discuss rates in PM. I also have some experience scraping the forum. The bot will even remove Quoted text from post count length calculations when checking if it meets minimum requirements. How about nested quotes, and code-tags? Or other BB-tags, are they counted as characters? If I include those, the next word counts 56 characters: Hello. Building on what TryNinja posted already, combined with your scraper, I would suggest the following: 1. Manually approve all applicants. Make use of the existing SMAS blacklists, and check everybody's post history before they join. If you don't allow shitposters to join in the first place, you only have to check their posts once, and you don't have to kick them out a week later. From what I've seen, allowing 10-20% of applicants gets you a pretty decent post quality. 2. A scraper won't reduce the manager's work by 90%, counting posts is a fraction of the work required to check posts. What you could do, is only manually check 20% of the posts. That saves a lot of work. Also keep in mind that reading the post itself isn't enough, in order to check whether or not a post is constructive, it's necessary to read other posts from other users in the same thread too. And that's what makes it so important to be very selective before accepting people, filtering them out instantly saves a lot of work later on. 3. A 4-word post can be totally ontopic and very helpful. If you require a 4-word post to be extended into 100 characters, the quality of the post is lost. A typical shitposter has a post history filled with all posts exactly 4 lines long, no line breaks, no exceptions. That's not quality, but it looks like they put in an effort. 4. Pay a reward for reporting spam in your campaign! The spammer gets nothing, the snitch informant gets 50%. (continued reading shows cpfreeplz already suggested this) Yes I understand that some manual parts will remain but it would mean that campaign managers won't be able to justify charging $5-10k for managing a campaign. Especially since we're going to open this service up for free.
I guess the person charging $10k (per month?) is already loaded in work and doesn't want more. I'll charge less

so on average from BTC.02 to BTC.05 will be cost for managing the camping . but is it work because some camping like have 100 participants .. First: you've been using the word "camping" for as long as I can remember. A camping is where people go to with their tent, for vacation. You're looking for the word campaign. The answer to your question depends on many factors. Ultimately, any price both parties can agree upon will do. In general it's also safe to assume that you get what you pay for, and the minimum rate can depend on where someone lives (someone in Switserland has higher cost of living than someone in Poland). And it will largely depend on how much time the campaign manager is willing to spend on it. A better campaign manager reduces spam. I'd like to manage a campaign (signature or something else) in the near future

After being on my knees basically crying in front of my PC, I had a thought, I have Pushbullet installed on my phone/pc which has universal copy/paste. I went into my phone and then into my text app which has a clipboard and low and behold there are all of the private keys along with a few other things I had recently copied. Lucky you! On a side note, this app seems like a security risk to me. If I understand correctly, this app shares your clipboard? In this case it saved you, but the opposite could happen when you import the private keys into Electrum, and someone gets a hold of your phone the next day.

Archived just in case it's needed later.
10 people joined, we can start!Table updated with LightZ's new return address. I'll send I have sent a PM-reminder to the 6 people who haven't deposited yet. I have one Legendary user who'd like to join in my PM, I have him "waitlisted" in case someone doesn't deposit. "lite" deposited 2 parts (the first deposit had the fee taken from the 0.01 BTC). It shows as 0.0101 BTC in the table, but actually it's just 6268 satoshi more than it should be. I'll use this to cover the extra fee caused by the extra input, in other words I'll consider it to be an accurate 0.01 BTC.

Since it did take 10 weeks to gather 10 individuals, do you mind sending a PM to everyone to make sure they are aware that we are depositing now?
I'll do this tomorrow, to the people who don't see the thread yet. This is my new return address. 17iJvgsteqviSpbfDHsXEHvfgmy9YrYyJX

Good choice, because lower case L is impossible. I first found Address: 1VauLTLpA, but it I don't like it much, it reads like "LTL" now.
