In your case why don't you contact the casino support to see if you can have an email change, because it is still possible to have your email address changed in some cases where you can provide some valid proof. I agree with you on the part where you stated the obvious how hard it could be for someone who is already addicted to quit the habit, you rightly said it will be harder if the habit is already earning something in terms of gambling and being on the winning stride, but if there is a will there will definitely be a way, so for that ongoing what have already been part of you could be hard but not impossible but best easy way is to give it a long term approach and not by quitting at once.
