2521  Economy / Securities / Re: [BTC-TC] Virtual Community Exchange [WINDING DOWN] on: September 28, 2013, 06:47:19 AM
I like how an exchange operator can just decide to shut down.  If anything, this brings the most legal scrutiny, as people don't cope with their losses quietly..

What losses? Only holders of the BTCT.co shares are sustaining real loses. All the other securities should have stayed at market value.

If your security dropped in price because of the shutdown, because they are unable to move to another exchange, consider getting another security.

A share price drop would be considered a loss, buddy.   Roll Eyes

Maybe I miscommunicated..

What I was trying to say is that if your shares suffered a loss then the security is probably very unstable anyway. Most securities can move to another exchange and if so, why would a good stable security drop in value?

My recommendation: If your securities dropped in value because of unstableness and lack of fundamentals, then dump that security and buy a better one. Its not BTCT.co fault.

He really needs to learn that when people tell him to stop spamming he does so. As far as I can see, he's a spammer and beggar on nearly every single site.

He's probably an 11 year old kid whose parents won't give him money to buy BTC :-)

He better be a kid. If he is an adult begging for $1 then that is the saddest thing I have heard all month. Poor poor guy.

Nothing you say make sense.  You seem liked a bored guy with a lot of coins and in need of some attention.

This. An early adopter is now rich and had some good luck winning bitcoins. Now he wants to be the center of attention.

To be honest this discussion is getting tired. Nakowa, the max bet is now 200 bitcoin, apart from that the site is the same as it was. Go bet some bitcoins.
2525  Economy / Gambling / Re: Hi, guys, I (NAKOWA) was beaten. Lost 5k BTC in two days (Still UP). on: September 28, 2013, 03:38:42 AM
Max bet is 200 bitcoin, easily high enough for nakowa to give the site a run for its money? Unless he actually thinks its rigged now...

Seems we are very close to all the facts now.

Can someone give me a summary?
2528  Economy / Securities / Re: [ActiveMining] The Official Active Mining Discussion Thread [Self-Moderated] on: September 27, 2013, 02:45:58 PM
To the moon!

Bargraphics, this is a legit security and we don't want to associate it with possible pump and dumpers. Not to be rude but I think many of us would prefer you stay away from Active Mining threads. I know you hold active but your tendency to pump is not going to do this security any good. (It will make us look like scammers)

Thanks.

Hi drawing,

Please stop misquoting my posts. Your speculation is not needed here.

You can't be serious...
2529  Economy / Securities / Re: [Active Mining] The UNofficial Active Mining Discussion Thread [UNmoderated] on: September 27, 2013, 02:37:50 PM
What a load of wank.

The shares are falling because of FUD from crumbs, Ice, and Pankkake.

In november when ken says we are behind on schedule for the eASIC chips, then the shares will have real reason to fall. Until then its a waiting game.

Only 94.27436235 BTC of bids left!!!!!
Last chance to pass your bags to the ultimate bagholders!!
Better to take a large loss like a man than being left empty-pocketed.
I guess all investors here are prepared to lose all the money invested on this stock. So what's the difference to selling now compared with just let it becomes 0 but with a slight hope to win?

To anyone still holding and thinking about taking the train to 0. If you sell now you are looking at perhaps 5x - 10x loss on your bitcoins. However in 2 years bitcoin might be worth 10x so you can still get back to your previous fiat level by selling now and holding the bitcoins themselves as an investment.

Of course getting the bitcoin value back...

No chance. (try another stock perhaps?)

One share disappear 9999999 remainning

I never realised they were going to do the official buyback policy at this price. I thought they would at least wait until 0.0001

To be honest this entire conversation is very complicated for what is actually a simple matter.

1 - Nakowa kept getting lucky and was down thousands of bitcoin many times but had enough bitcoin to always come back.

2 - The entire thing about WL pattern is mathematically false. If you were to map out distributions we will find that if house edge was 0% WLWL should occur the same as LLLL or WWWW.

3 - We reduced the max bet to reduce variance. Now Nakowa has to make more bets to equal same amount wagered. This will prolong the time he needs to make the same profit. This is good for investors because the more he plays the more chance of ruin.

4 - Even if Nakowa never plays again and does not give back the coins he won, the house profit will just increase over time like it has always done outside of Nakowa's bets.

5 - Remember Nakowa accounts for half the house wagered or close to it. This accounts for Nakowa being dominant when it comes to house profit.

6 - If there were 100 Nakowa whales playing everyday we would see house profit move upwards.

7 - If Nakowa is correct and his pattern system is the winning system, then even max bet at 0.25% he should still be able to win.

This is why the need to cut the crap and explain clearly what EXACTLY is going on. It would stop all this guess work and fear that comes with it.

If they explain what is really going on 0.0005 will seem expensive.
2537  Economy / Securities / Re: [LABCOIN] IPO [BTCT.CO] - Details/FAQ and Discussion (ASIC dev/sales/mining) on: September 27, 2013, 08:33:58 AM
Proof?

I hope I am wrong, but the timing of share drops to good news always seemed suspicious to me. Of course never attribute to malice what can be explained by stupidity, but I have a nagging feeling I am right.
2538  Economy / Securities / Re: [LABCOIN] IPO [BTCT.CO] - Details/FAQ and Discussion (ASIC dev/sales/mining) on: September 27, 2013, 08:25:21 AM
3) LC is completely incompetent scam

They raised 10K BTC didnt they? And we dont have a frigging idea who is really behind it. That would qualify as a successful scam to me.

Raised 7,000 bitcoin, they kept 3,000 bitcoin worth of shares for themselves.

They have made over 30,000 bitcoin by trading on their own news. One of the most successful scams in recent bitcoin history. Well played Labcoin, well played.
2539  Economy / Gambling / Re: Hi, guys, I (NAKOWA) was beaten. Lost 5k BTC in two days(Still UP). on: September 27, 2013, 05:54:34 AM
Nakowa uses investor money from letsdice.com to play at just-dice.com

Nakowa is a fraud.   I hope he never plays at just-dice.com again.

http://blockchain.info/address/1LDipoYVWA7UsFzWrrcXUGLnsXWuYaJB9f

Well it seems he has taken 1,000 bitcoin from lets-dice.

The receiving address belongs to https://letsdice.com too.
http://blockchain.info/address/1LDBankfbBAqMBBX65xgxgKQqgeuR2DD6U

It's for the online hot wallet.

Ah thanks. So lets-dice is down 170 bitcoin at the moment? Variance?
