2521  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: El Salvador has become the first country to make #Bitcoin legal tender! 🇸🇻 on: December 29, 2022, 01:07:37 PM
  - What El Salvador did is a really good impact on our crypto enthusiasts, I believe that if they can do it, other countries can do it in the future, maybe not now, but eventually they will surely accept it.

It's just like the country I'm in, it's slowly being accepted here through samll merchants who use wallet apps related to cryptocurrency as a mode of payment. So I think it's only a matter of time before we can get the full 100% mass adoption of bitcoin here.

There are still countries that have banned it, so we won't be completely achieving the 100%, and there are still people who oppose it. Though I also noticed here in our country that they are starting to accept bitcoin as a payment method, I saw some with the logo of bitcoin, which shocked me since before you couldn't see anyone unless they posted it on social media. Also, I've noticed here in the forum that more and more small-time business owners are starting to accept bitcoin since it can bring in or attract customers.
2522  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What are the motives that drive you to gamble? on: December 29, 2022, 11:34:15 AM
I do not know about you guys, but I gamble because I like it and because it is a hobby as well as an addiction. I'm good with myself, as I already admitted to having an addiction but tried to find and apply techniques to avoid getting off track and spending all of my money on gambling. It's quite easy for me to control my gambling anxiety as I already follow strict rules that help me stay on the line.

What about you guys? Do you have any addiction to gambling? What drives you to gamble? Is it the long shot of having a big profit coming in or is gambling simply a way of spending time for you?
I don't gamble that much but I do know that most times when I do, I gamble just because I want to entertain myself but I always do it when I'm looking for a way to earn some cash ( but in rare occasions though). The maximum I've ever gambled was ~$50, I know it's small but I do that so as not to get addicted to it and I believe that ones I become addicted to it that fun vibes will no longer be there.

I guess that is one of the major mistakes people do around gambling. To gamble as a way of getting additional money. I say that is wrong, as you should not rely on gambling to make money. Making money simply by gambling is not feasible as you will innevitabelly make some mistakes and lose much of your money. Although there are several techniques to stay on the profit, this is actually not a sure thing. So, if you are in need of money, just stay away from gambling.

I have some friends who rely on gambling, but I wouldn't say it is stable; they rely on cockfighting and sometimes sports betting (basketball); they don't have any jobs, but they are able to bring money back to their houses when they return, though it isn't much; I am amazed because they are really lucky, but sometimes they don't have money to bring, but most of the time I noticed it they can with foods. Casino gambling, I believe, is very different from what my friends do because they have a greater chance of winning.

It's an issue I've only seen a couple of times before but only when using automation. This is the first report in our 9 years of someone being able to place bets manually faster than their browser can keep up with.

Hehe, people are evolving, years of practice in video games... Or maybe browser is slow - does it matter if connection is slow (or using VPN)?
I guess forcing synchronization would slow the whole process a lot.

Or using hot keys? Though it could be years of practice of video games or games like guitar hero or cytus games that needs to have fast hands , so years of practice would really develop a skills. But for us that is somewhat normal the possible is really hotkeys or setting up macros (not sure if we call it script) but sort of that kind to make it faster than usual.
2524  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Responsible gambling on: December 29, 2022, 09:12:12 AM
This is extremely rare because most people who are addicted to gambling are unaware of their addiction and are unable to control themselves. Those who are addicted are unlikely to activate those because the platform can prevent them from playing if he goes over. By the way, is it easy to activate it? Also, how about deactivating it? Is it easy, like there is just a button? I haven't tried it since I can control myself when gambling, and I am hoping I won't get addicted.
2525  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Your experience with bitcoin in 2022 and your expectations come 2023. on: December 29, 2022, 07:13:13 AM
Do you think there could be  a shock come 2023 in the bitcoin price and the general Crypto market at large. This shock could be positive or otherwise. Say your opinion on your expectations for bitcoin come 2023.
No one can know what is going to happen. In all these years for sure I've learnt that bitcoin always knows how to surprise us, in both positive and negative ways. And let's not forget that there are other things that can influence: inflation, recession, etc. I just hope that after all the bad things that happened on the last years 2023 is going to be a normal year, and I'm not talking about bitcoin but in general.

2022 was not really good for bitcoin, but for all of us, so if we came from a storm, then for sure day light will come, so let's just be positive for 2023. Also, most experts say that the economy will start to pick up next year, so it's possible that the following year will be shiny and not cloudy as it is now. But, once again, let us be more cautious and apply what we have learned from our mistakes this year in order to rebound stronger and avoid unnecessary losses.

do the best. I won't say much about what you wrote as your experience or your business story that has implemented accepting bitcoin payments.
but it would be better if you also include some proof of the transaction so that we all know if you really did it. open I don't believe it but we're all just curious from the various stories here there are several threads that are almost the same.

but I support you to continue to grow your business and I hope you can consider the suggestions of some members in this forum.

There is already evidence, as he posted photos, and he has business, not just for the sake of merit or whatever other reason he has. But I can't blame you, because we've already seen a lot of threads here that were just posted for the sake of merit, and they did it as if they had a purpose, only to find out they were lying. As long as I've seen pictures and it appears from first impressions that it's their business, I'm fine with it. But again, let's just support them no matter whether we have trust issues. I am hoping that their business will attract more customers because of bitcoin.
2527  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What are the motives that drive you to gamble? on: December 29, 2022, 05:12:15 AM
Money and prizes are the real reason I gamble, because if I win big, I won't be poor anymore. Most of the poor people really want this; we are buying lottery tickets to try our luck. Or we do go to the casino to see if we could win, and if so, we could buy foods or items that we couldn't buy with our salaries. We don't care about the entertainment value. I understand that gambling is primarily for entertainment rather than profit, but when you see the price, you will be compelled to gamble.
2528  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Have you taken lessons? on: December 29, 2022, 04:12:13 AM
what have you learned from all of this in 2022?
In some cases I made it out in time, in others I didn't. What I've learnt, for sure, is that during a bear market you better keep all your cryptos with you: nothing on exchanges, no lending platforms, none of all those things. If prices go up then everything is fine, when things go south then we saw how everything is more connected than what we thought.

The recession is a signal to withdraw your funds from all platforms. Though I can't relate because I don't have funds on other platforms and keep them in my own wallet, it is really the best thing to do if it happens again (which I hope it doesn't) because it is not safe because everything would be a problem on a bear market and it was also affected by the recession. In "green days," we really don't have a problem at all, as most of the exchange platforms are doing well, but when "bear days" come, that is really a huge problem, as there are possibilities that they would be closing due to the price constantly dropping.
2529  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Too much uncertanity here it got be more sure here what i say on: December 29, 2022, 02:52:13 AM
The fact that we are in the crypto market makes it more difficult for us to understand whom to believe and whom not believe. The market is huge and it’s bumpy ride all the way. It’s up to us how to make money out of it. We can either keep talking the obstacles, difficulties and volatility or we just straight away jump into it and keep buying more coins. I mean we only loose when we sell the coins which is the oldest saying here and from the fellow members. I would always like to believe them and kee holding until I get best profits out of it.
If you are a newbie in here, then that will be the case that can happen to you. You will get confused and you will end up believing on the wrong people but for someone who is not new in here, they can easily do a research and confirm the rumours that they see if it was only a lie/fud or it was a real thing already. They can then base their actions according to it.

Anyone that is involved here and stay in the game, are going to face the obstacles and difficulties. There is no shortcut in here. The last thing that you said will only depend on the coin that we hold. What if you hold a shitcoin? The best thing to do with a shitcoin is to sell them immediately.

That is why you shouldn't rely on other people; make your hands dirty! Do it on your own. Let's say you came across someone who was giving you signals, but he just vanished a few months later; how do you now make a profit? Also, as a newbie, we experienced a lot of difficulties and mistakes, which is why we need to learn from them. If you've stayed here and tried your hardest to learn and earn, there's a good chance you'll find what you're looking for, or the holy grail for you to earn or take out the bones from the market.
2530  Economy / Economics / Re: The poor people with their reasoning on: December 28, 2022, 02:54:37 PM
Just keep in mind that before we ask the poor about this, we need to make sure they can afford it. Imagine they are having a hard time earning money so that they can buy food, and that is also not enough. If that is really their situation, they can't invest unless you give them money, but mostly they will buy it with food. That is why the rich mostly get richer because they have money to spend on investments that even if they fail, they will still be able to get up and continue to live, whereas the poor must take loans in order to invest, but if it fails, we will struggle to pay it back.
2531  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Trading With Borrowed Funds!!! on: December 28, 2022, 12:47:06 PM
It is true that some people have become rich through crypto trading in the recent times. But considering the high risk involved in trading, do you think it's proper/wise to trade with borrowed funds as your capital irrespective of your trading experience?
Irrespective of your trading experience whether amateur or professional I would advise you not to trade with borrowed money. Look for a way and source for your capital yourself. If you lose the money, at least no one will come and ask you to pay them their money but the story will be different if you use borrowed money to trade and everything vanished.
Borrowing money could be a wrong move for many people but I won't say it was totally a bad idea. Because for me, as long as you are capable enough to pay for it, I didn't find it wrong. However, as a new trader, this is not really advisable, yet using your own money can help us think about the responsibility we made from using our hard earn money to a thing that won't give us assurance to earn a profit. In this way, it teaches us to become more careful or cautious with our actions.

As long as you have another source of income like you have work so you will have a monthly salary but make sure that you can pay it without having struggling like you cant buy now food so it means just take a loan that you can still pay. The bad idea would be if you don't have another source of income and a backup plan on how you will pay it then for sure you'll struggle if you lose it in trading.
2532  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Does a trading strategy becomes obsolete? on: December 28, 2022, 10:38:28 AM
The main strategy should be to buy low and sell high. No other strategy is actually neede to make profits is this method is followed religiously and meticulously with patience. Because of the tendency of Bitcoin to go up and down in cycles the chances that you will gain from this method are huge but time taking and safer than altcoins on any time frame.
But that is not a strategy, that is the goal any trader wants to achieve, but how do you achieve this? That is what everyone would like to know, because the very moment in which you can develop such a method to make profits you can just forget about your money issues as you will be part of the 1% of the trades which make a good amount of money from the markets.

Unfortunately finding how to do this is incredibly hard and it takes months or even years of study, and that is a commitment that very few people are willing to take despite the immense rewards such efforts can bring them.

Imagine how you will know if it is already low and you need to buy? What will you do with it? It is impossible to predict without a strategy and indicators. You only look at it with your eyes? No, you need to check all the timeframes and check possible buying or selling points using your strategy. There is no easy way to easily learn this; you need to have patience and also the determination to continue learning, as you can't earn a profit in just one night; it takes months or years, and you'll go through a lot of mistakes before achieving your goals.
2533  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Licenses and Casino reputation on: December 28, 2022, 09:31:29 AM
I don't know that much about license but the benefit in having a licensed gambling site is that you know that they are operating legally and the chance of running away is a little bit low as you can track and report them to authorities.

Personally I feel comfortable playing on a gambling site that has gambling license but not all gambling site that has license are legitimate, some of them turning out to be a scam so it doesn't mean that it is safe haven for gambling players.
I guess that’s all we want as gamblers, to land in gambling casinos that are operating legally so that we can feel security while gambling. But I believe licensed casinos are not free from having issues and problems that will surely challenge the casinos to stay at edge from other casinos. But as long as casinos have address the problems and resolve them quickly, I think that’s the most important thing so that gamblers will definitely stay on the site.

If the casino is legal, well-respected, and quick to address issues, that would be ideal; however, most casinos have problems and delays in dealing with them. What is best is when the casino is legal; you can file legal action against them if something happens to your funds (as most gamblers' problems), and they will almost certainly take action. Also, if they have a license, they are most likely fair because they everything on their game has been thoroughly checked before they passed and got a license to operate.
2534  Economy / Economics / Re: What was your lowest point financially? How did you go through it ? on: December 28, 2022, 08:29:41 AM
I can't remember what my lowest point was financially, as we always struggled financially when I was in school. I don't know if all of us experience this, but there are really times when we have nothing to eat, or if we have rice, we need to pair it with oil (yes, coconut oil or soy sauce), and we also have to beg for allowance and tuition from those who have positions in government. But I'm not thinking about it right now because my outlook is always positive. I've also had this experience with my family and one daughter(she is 6 months I think that time), and we got to the point where we needed to eat rice with coffee($0.053) as a dish to eat well because I'd lost my job at the time. But again, I don't want to recall it now, as it kind of hurt me. So yes, whatever happened in our past, let's be positive now and work our hardest so that we don't experience it again.
2535  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Your experience with bitcoin in 2022 and your expectations come 2023. on: December 28, 2022, 07:30:12 AM
Not much has happened in my crypto life this year because I've learned a lot about those shitcoins in previous years, but this year I'm just holding and keeping my emotions under control. I am looking forward to 2023 being a good year for all of us who own bitcoin, and I am hoping to sell my bitcoin if the price reaches an ATH again, as I need money for next year. Also, I'm hoping that there won't be another big news and incidents like the FTX one in the next year, and that it will be fruitful for us.

Kamusta kayo? nakapag register naba kayo ? Smooth ba ang pag register or palaging error? Nga kamusta yung mga walang ID kumuha nalang kayo ng mga PSA na Birth Certificate?
2537  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How to win gambling? on: December 28, 2022, 05:02:18 AM
It is important to understand that gambling is a form of entertainment and not a way to make money. The outcome of any gambling activity is determined by chance, and it is not possible to predict with certainty what will happen in any given situation. There is no sure-fire way to win at gambling, and it is not advisable to try to do so.

However, there are a few things you can do to increase your chances of having a good time while gambling:

Set a budget: It is important to decide how much money you are willing to spend on gambling in advance and stick to that budget. This can help you avoid overspending or getting carried away.

Choose your games wisely: Some games have a higher house edge than others, which means that the casino or other gambling establishment has a greater advantage. Choose games that have a lower house edge, such as blackjack or craps, if you want to increase your chances of winning.

Practice good money management: It is important to manage your money well when gambling, which means not betting more than you can afford to lose and being careful not to chase your losses.

Stay sober: Alcohol can impair your judgment and make it more likely that you will make poor decisions while gambling. It is important to stay sober while gambling to help ensure that you are making decisions based on clear thinking.

This is really the fundamentals of gambling that we need to implement because we already know bitcoin isn't in favor of gambling, which usually benefits the owner, which is why some say the owner is the only one getting rich. The tips above discuss how to avoid losing money rather than how to win. Usually the main point of AI is to have control over your money so that we can prevent further losses.

Remember, gambling should always be viewed as a form of entertainment and not a way to make money. It is important to gamble responsibly and within your means.

Any comments? The post is made by https://openai.com/blog/chatgpt/ Actually not bad in my eyes.

Most of us gamble for fun, but if we don't win, we won't be entertained. However, keep in mind that you are there to gamble your money for fun and not to get money to pay your bills.
2539  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How did you come to know bitcoin? on: December 28, 2022, 02:46:42 AM
Hi all,friends Smiley
I think that this question will seem very interesting, because the story of acquaintance and first investment in bitcoin will never be forgotten
Someone found out from friends, someone read on the internet, and someone may be standing at the birth of the cryptocurrency itself
Share your stories my friends, because each story is unique and interesting
Because of some certain hyip that i do read on facebook which it did really hook me out because it do offers huge interest in a shortest time or duration which do really make me interested on it.
First things first that i dont know on how to get Bitcoin and this is where all things do started on which making out some research on how to attain it just to make some funding with those hyip
accounts and earn until i had been scammed and do learned up lesson on the worst possible way but later on i did make myself that knowledgeable and able to realize
on what are the things that should have been done and im not im focused on investing via through accumulating some bitcoin and some altcoins.

It's almost the same story as mine, starting with getting bitcoin from faucet sites, then moving on to HYIP investment because we thought that was the only way to earn bitcoin other than purchasing it, only to find out you were scammed after a few weeks, and then I went to editing a photo or making a logo that got paid in bitcoin. Then I discovered the forum, which was at a time when there were a lot of ICOs that were very promising and not shitcoins, and that is where I started earning and meeting online friends to guide me, which is where I am now.
2540  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Was Bitcoin project a failure after all ? on: December 27, 2022, 05:10:41 PM
One can only conclude that bitcoin is a failure when it fails to achieve its original goals.

Since its inception in 2009, bitcoin has aided in bringing about financial freedom for all people. Its price has increased significantly, its adoption is booming globally, it is used as a store of value, and its decentralized peer-to-peer payment system is simple to use.

In all of these, Bitcoin is regarded as the greatest project to have ever been created.
Yep, bitcoin gave financial freedom to everyone who bought it and hold it for a long time, for everyone else it is just a missed opportunity if they knew about it but did not buy, or did not even know that it was possible to buy it, or were afraid to do so.

It is now that people buy bitcoin more willingly and have greater confidence, before everything was much more complicated. And those who believed in bitcoin deservedly achieved financial freedom. Perhaps we will not see such a big increase again and bitcoin will grow slowly, doubling each cycle from the previous ATH, it will still be able to bring good profits and there will be those who will take advantage of this opportunity, and there will be those who will miss it again.

As long as you have money to spend, it is not too late to own a bitcoin, and many of us are hoping that the bitcoin will once again break its own ATH. On the other hand, because we are mostly seeing bitcoin as an investment, it has also fulfilled its duty as a payment method, as it was designed to transfer money at a low fee, fast, and easily tracked, which is what most of us used it for until now. But for now, because of its price, most of us really see bitcoin as an opportunity to earn profit.
