Do you still have the seed phrase from Blockchain?
If the seed phrase backup is your wallet from blockchain you did the right thing importing it to Electrum should show your wallet by enabling BIP39 and using the right derivation path.
The seed phrase can be easily exported from blockchain.com wallet, but it can't be used for recovering the fund.
OP is referring to an imported address which is not backed up by the seed phrase. OP should import the private key of the address into electrum.

I sent it to the correct address
Contact their support. Tell them you have made a deposit which hasn't been credited to your account.

You can also see that 8 minutes after my transfer in, the same amount of the transfer goes out to a different wallet address.
That's normal.
As I already said, your tokens have been sent to the exchange wallet. As you see on ftmscan, your previous deposits have been moved to the same address too.

You can look at that wallet's contents on Debank (just like you can look at any wallet if you have its address) and it holds 2.4B in funds of all sorts of coins.
The address is owned by an exchange and that's completely normal.

These transactions don't prove anything.
Can you please share your order IDs, so we can see your trades details? And why did you make three more trades, if they scammed you at your first trade?
2524  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Whale wallet grabbed my fantom on: April 07, 2022, 07:50:07 PM
I haven't ever used crypto.com exchange. But assuming you have sent the tokens to the correct address, the address your token were moved to should be crypto.com hot wallet address.
It's normal that the tokens/coins are moved to the exchange's hot wallet address after you make a deposit.

If you have sent the tokens to the correct address, you should see the balance in your account. If the balance hasn't been credited, the only thing you can do is to contact their support and ask them to credit your balance.

I have screen shot pictures to show I'm not making this up, but I haven't figured out how to upload them to this blog.
You can upload your image on an image hosting website like imgur and post the link here.
2525  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Technical Support / Re: A newbie seeking a helping hand on: April 07, 2022, 07:23:30 PM
Your imported address(es) are not backed up by your seed phrase. Your seed phrase can only generate addresses belonging to your HD wallet.
If you have the private key, as mentioned by LoyceV, you should create a new wallet in electrum and select "Import Bitcoin addresses or private keys".

Note that you need to add a prefix to specify the address type when importing the private key into electrum.

If your address starts with 1, use the prefix "p2pkh:".

Code:
p2pkh:YourPrivateKey
If your address starts with 1, you can also enter your private key without any prefix.

If your address starts with 3, use the prefix "p2wpkh-p2sh:".

Code:
p2wpkh-p2sh:YourPrivateKey

If your address starts with bc1, use the prefix "p2wpkh:".

Code:
p2wpkh:YourPrivateKey

This funny question has been bugging my mind all day, trying to sell a token that landed in my wallet, which I never worked for, bought or earned,
I doubt you can sell those tokens.
Most probably, they are worthless tokens that have't been listed on any exchange and can't be traded at all.

my friend was a victim to this act today and lost all valuable tokens in his wallet,
I'm not sure I am getting you correctly.
Your friend tried to sell the tokens that have been received freely and then lost all his tokens. Am I getting you correctly? If so, why do you want to do the same thing?
2527  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Can a service whose code is close sourced be regarded as decentralized? on: April 07, 2022, 01:01:20 PM
Some people may say that "Being able to spend the fund without any need to that particular wallet means that it's decentralized". Even if the wallet is open-source, this is not necessarily true.
To me, being decentralized means that you can run the wallet from the source code and make transaction with that particular wallet without relying on a third party and a centralized server.

For example, trustwallet gives you a seed phrase which can be used for recovering all your private keys.
If trustwallet doesn't exist a day, you can import your seed phrase into another wallet and access your fund. This doesn't mean trustwallet is decentralized. Because whenever you use trustwallet, you have to connect to a centralized server. The server you connect to can know your IP address and hurt your privacy. As trustwallet is close-source, it's also possible that they have access to all your keys and are technically able to move all your fund even without your permission.

I would categorize the wallets into the following types.

1. Custodial: You give a third party full access to your fund and lose your own control. Example: Coinbase

2. Close-source, Centralized and non-custodial: You have control over your fund, but there is no guarantee that you are the only one who has access to the keys. There's also a centralized server which can hurt your privacy. Example: Trustwallet, blockchain.com

3. Open-source, Centralized and non-custodial: (Provided that the code has been reviewed) You are the only one who has full control over the fund, but you still connect to a centralized server which is not good for your privacy. Example: Mycelium

4. Open-source - Decentralized and non-custodial: (Provided that the code has been reviewed) You are the only one who has full control over the fund, there is no third party involved and you can protect your privacy. You can run the wallet without any need to a third party and a centralized server. Example:  Electrum (if you run your own server) and bitcoin core.

2528  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: How to become a maker in binance? on: April 07, 2022, 11:43:59 AM
And a bit more specific question related to that lets say bitcoin is at 45001 and I put limit order to buy it at 45000 now despite being limit order it will be most likely be filled in seconds will I still become a maker as I put limit order?
In this case, you are the maker because you make the order and someone will take the order.

Note that in every trade, there's one maker and one taker.
Maker is the one who creates the order and waits until it's filled by someone.
Taker is the one who fills the order created by a maker.
2529  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Technical Support / Re: Has anyone put unmined blocks on the blockchain network? on: April 07, 2022, 11:28:09 AM
What do you mean by putting an unmined block on the blockchain?
Do you mean you have found a block and now you want to broadcast it to the network?

What's the point of broadcasting blocks that have been mined before?
It's not that you can mine a block now and broadcast it at any time you want.
The block reward goes to the miner who solves the proof of work problem faster than others. So, your block won't be accepted by other nodes and there will be no reward for you.
2530  Bitcoin / Electrum / Re: Multi-signature wallet (not able to send btc) on: April 07, 2022, 09:24:30 AM
You can't use your 2FA wallet as a co-signer for your multi-signature wallet.
Electrum 2FA wallet is a multi-signature wallet itself. It's actually a 2 of 3 multi-signature wallet in which the user and trustedcoin sign the transactions.
Also, the seed phrase you have for your 2FA wallet doesn't work in the same way as your other seed phrase. The seed phrase created for a 2FA electrum wallet is a backup for 2 master private keys and 3 master public keys.
2531  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Technical Support / Re: A newbie seeking a helping hand on: April 06, 2022, 09:10:15 PM
All my funds are stuck in the imported bitcoin adresses i can't even make a transfer to the default wallet.
How did you import the address into your wallet?
Did you use its private key or you imported the address itself?

If you imported the address and you didn't import the private key, now you have a watch-only address and that's why you can't make any transaction.
If you imported the private key, it can be due to a bug in blockchain.com wallet. Their wallet is so buggy and I wouldn't be surprised if that's the case.

Anyways, if you have the private key of the imported address, you can import it into another wallet like electrum and make your transaction.
Note that if you have already imported its private key into blockchain.com wallet, you should be able to export it.

2533  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Blockchain.com Wallet KYC on: April 05, 2022, 09:07:28 PM
you could only access your wallet via its unique ID, and if I'm not mistaken, if it was lost it couldn't be recovered.
As far as I know, old users had a "wallet.aes.json" file which could be used for recovering all the private keys.

This has changed now, you can now access your wallet using your email address, while it records way more data than it used to.
The other important change is that, they give users a BIP39 seed phrase which can be used for recovering the wallet without any need to their service.

P.S It also sends me a newsletter to my email on a daily basis.
Are you sure that you receive the emails from blockchain.com and they are not phishing emails?
I also have a wallet on blockchain.com. But I never receive email from them.
2534  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Binance unverified account on: April 04, 2022, 10:28:58 PM
My question to you is that why would you not trust the binance unverified account.
I won't make any deposit, because I'm not sure I will be able to make withdrawal without verifying my identity.
I remember they officially announced that KYC is mandatory for all users. So, even if it's shown that I have a withdrawal limit of 2000 dollars per day, it's still possible that they don't process my withdrawal until I verify my identity. They have full control over users fund and can do anything they want.
2535  Bitcoin / Wallet software / Re: The best passphrase on: April 04, 2022, 09:52:41 PM
I am think of the way to use the passphrase, which one is difficult to brute? By writing the words together and not give space in between, or by seperating the words?
There isn't really any difference.
A bitcoin private key provides 128 bits of entropy and there is no way to increase the security of your private key to more than 128 bits.

Let's say your seed phrase is compromised and the hacker needs to brute-force your passphrase to access your fund.
Whether you use space between the words or not, the entropy provided by your passphrase would be more than 128 bits. Even if the hacker knows that you have used a seed phrase generated by electrum as your passphrase, the entropy would be 132 bits which is still bigger than the entropy provided by a private key.
2536  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Wallet advice on: April 04, 2022, 02:04:41 PM
Surely sucks big time, but quick reminder that such a leak would be possible on Trezor or any crypto platform(that has your info) in general.
Yesterday, it was confirmed that Trezor users email addresses has been breached. For more information, read the topic created by Pmalek.
Trezor mailing list breached

I saw some have pointed out "Trust wallet" as well as I also have heard about it from some other source.
Trustwallet is close-source. I recommend you to use separate wallets for each of your coins. For example, for bitcoin you can use electrum.
2537  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Blockchain.com Wallet KYC on: April 04, 2022, 12:17:00 PM
Based on what OP said, it looks like he was referring to the old era Blockchain.info wallet, which never gave one any back up phrase or seed phrase  that they could use to restore an account... Correct me if am wrong.
There was no BIP39 seed phrase in the wallets created before the upgrade they did in 2016. But users had full control over their fund.
As far as I know, in the old wallets, users had a json file which could be used for recovering all private keys if they knew the encryption password.

Again, I am not saying blockchcain.com wallet is secure. It's possible that they have access to the keys. It's also a buggy wallet with an unresponsive support.
2538  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Blockchain.com Wallet KYC on: April 03, 2022, 08:04:44 PM
because blockchain.com is not jsut a custodial wallet but an exchange.
Blockchain.com is a non-custodial wallet and exchange.
Their wallet gives you the seed phrase and you have full control over your fund. Of course, I wouldn't recommend anyone to use blockchain.com. It's close source and we don't know whether the keys are stored on their server or not.
2539  Bitcoin / Electrum / Re: Combining Blue Wallet and a watch-only Electrum wallet on: April 01, 2022, 12:35:13 PM
I imported a seed phrase from Electrum wallet to Bluewallet, any of the address of the Electrum wallet has not received any coin before, they both have the same keys and addresses, Bluewallet generated it without any address funded before importing the seed phrase.
You are right. I just tested it with a fresh electrum wallet and it worked. I remember it was not possible to import a wallet generated by electrum into bluewallet if there was no used address in the wallet.
Something has probably changed in the latest versions of bluewallet.

I do not know why he wants to make use of two wallets when Electrum is perfect for both cold storage and watch-only.
That may be because electrum doesn't support IOS.
2540  Bitcoin / Electrum / Re: Combining Blue Wallet and a watch-only Electrum wallet on: April 01, 2022, 11:11:47 AM
Note: blue wallet afaik follows the bip39 standard to generate seeds while electrum uses its own standard. So, you can't use blue wallet to recover a wallet generated by electrum from seed.
Bluewallet use BIP39 standard for generating a seed phrase. But it can be used for recovering a wallet using the seed phrase generated by electrum as well.
There's just a requirement. The wallet must have been funded. If there is no used address in the wallet generated by electrum, you can't import it into bluewallet.
