2542  Economy / Micro Earnings / Re: Free bitcoin earning on: August 16, 2018, 12:43:03 AM
I knew it! Bitcoin faucets again Roll Eyes. Here's my advice, don't ever fall in this kind of platforms because first, it is such a waste of your time. Yeah! You may feel motivated at first because of the fact that you're earning coins but lately you will realized that those small fractions of btc are not worthy to of your time. And second, a lot of these faucets are scams and phishing nowadays so your efforts might be wasted if you pick the wrong one.

If you really want to earn some good btc then start investing while the bearish days last. When you grew then you may consider to try trading or mining.
2543  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: I wish I dump all the BTC in late DEC 2017 on: August 15, 2018, 11:22:11 AM
what a year, wish I dump all the coin in late DEC lol
Actually, I dumped large part of my coins during that time but still didn't fully enjoyed my profits because of having a small amount of coins only. Well, that's ok because what would you expect to a beginner who just started four months before that bullish run? Grin (To be exact, I only had .0007+ btc which I generated from sig campaigns as a junior member during that time)

Anyway, past is past my friend. If you missed the great opportunity last December then better luck next time. Maybe you can now achieve it by this upcoming December, who knows? Let's just hope that btc continuously recovers and skyrocket 'til reach the moon Grin.
2544  Economy / Economics / Re: Do you use cryptocurrencies in your daily life? Are they useful? on: August 15, 2018, 03:05:56 AM
I did not answer any of the questions in your questionnaire. I feel not comfortable answering it because of the fear that it may be another modus if I do.i will be waiting for some feedback on some users who answer your survey.
There's nothing to worry about dude so relax Smiley. I also visited the link above and I don't find anything suspicious in their questionnaires, just purely survey which only requires personal opinions to answer.

Though I'm not yet answering their questionnaire, my intuition still says that they don't have bad motives for conducting this survey simply because they are not asking sensitive matters like the usernames and passwords of your accounts, wallet addresses, private keys etc. so feel free to answer Grin (if you still want to).
2545  Other / Meta / Re: Rules in the forum on: August 14, 2018, 10:37:25 PM
However, I have suggested that people are able to purchase new donator ranks such as Silver and Gold Member which would give you the benefits of a Full and Hero-member account respectively. That would pretty much kill account farming and sales in the process so it's win win in my opinion.

Good point, so all the money goes to develop this forum and not outside. Great idea! If you cannot fight them, join them.
And then what? Even a beginner not only here in the forum but in crypto world in general can now have the privilege of what higher ranked members have which leads to more production of shitty posts especially when joining sig campaigns? I don't think it's a good idea dude. This will serve as a new gateway for shitty posters to continue their bad habits, and take note, by just spending few dollars only to buy that special accounts.

On the other hand, Yeah! It's true that the revenue of this forum will increase coming from the generated sales but for me it is not too worthy when we compare it to the negative effects possibly could happen here.
2546  Other / Meta / Re: Beware of Message from takertrade on: August 13, 2018, 12:30:07 PM
If you canceled the download before its end then you're fine. And even if it's finished if you didn't launch the exe it's ok

Thanks for the reply sir, I now feel relieved. Smiley
2547  Other / Meta / Re: Beware of Message from takertrade on: August 13, 2018, 12:08:16 PM
I'm glad that others are also aware of the stinky deeds of this account. Actually, I criticized his post a while ago and also decided to report him but then there's suddenly happened. ALL of his spam posts in the Economics section vanished in a glimpse which makes me hesitate to report him (I just thought that maybe it's just a system error). So weird Huh
Don't ever click on the picture.[/b] It will download an .exe file that surely contains a virus.
OMG! I accidentally clicked on the link but I closed the tab before the link finished its loading. My question is, am I now infected by the malware? (I hope not) Sad

2549  Economy / Economics / Re: When will smartphones used for bitcoin mining? on: August 06, 2018, 01:58:29 PM
It is very possible that this will happen very soon, maybe even in the next year or two!
I think the long wait is over dude, it actually happened already. Electroneum (ETN) launched their own digital wallet and mobile miner in one app. It lets you to mine ETN with the appropriate hashrate for your phone so that it will not be damaged. It generates slower (very obvious) compare to a mining rig but at least we now created a stepping stone towards more efficient mobile mining, this will surely become an inspiration for future developers Smiley.
2550  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What are some of the best movies based on gambling? on: August 04, 2018, 06:23:41 AM
What about you ?
Does Ocean's 11 belong here? Yeah! I know that its story revolves in robbing a casino but I think this should be considered too Grin. Aside from that, I also love God of Gamblers.
2551  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Walk of Shame on: August 03, 2018, 12:57:14 PM
I just can't bare to look at them. I don't even know what to say at that point. I just walk in shame, in front of my kids.
Very sad to hear your story. I just hope that you really changed since then because the lonely faces of your children and wife was already enough (I think so) to make you realized how big your mistake is.
How about you, have experienced it? We all have different interpretation on "Walk of shame".
Hmm, I think what I've experienced is none compare to you but this still matters to me tho. I once placed my whole weekly allowance as a bet in our basketball match before and we lost. I got home dirty and tired, have muscle pains, blisters on feet, and an empty pocket.  I feel miserable that time because I worried about on how I can survive the upcoming week with nothing. Fortunately, my classmate let me lend some money so I feel relieved only a littel bit. From now on, I refuse to place a bet wherever as much as possible Grin
2552  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Best crypto gambling for UFC MMA? on: August 03, 2018, 07:08:02 AM
Hah let's see.. Garbrandt has knockout power on every single punch he throws.. and must have lots of pent up anger towards Dillashaw.. who's however an incredibly cunning super evasive piece of s**t, it's gonna be a great match to watch..
I agree with you, Garbrandt has the aggressiveness and confidence but IMO that's way too much in which it leads him to lose his presence of mind. That's why Garbrandt seems to dominate Dillashaw at their last fight but in the end, bang, Dillashaw knocked him out Grin. In this rematch, I still go with Dillashaw.
2553  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Low prices and bad comments are taking the confidence of the Newbies? on: August 02, 2018, 05:15:16 AM
When the price drops, there are many bad comments coming from different directions.
Yeah! So true, but me? I'm not guilty at all Grin. Actually, I enjoy every time theres's a dip because I knew that it will be a big opportunity for me to buy more coins. Another, I also motivate others instead of scaring them by telling that dips are normal here and buy even more or at least wait until it recovers (especially to newbie ones).
The Newbies are most affected by this. Because if someone wants to invest, they are lagging behind for those bad comments and they are afraid also. Is this reason their Confidence Level is not low?

Hmm, I agree with you somehow but we can't just blame all of these into others opinions because they are just expressing their ideas upon the current situation. If you believed and let those negative statements influence you then it's your problem anymore. Fear lies within ourselves so we must find the courage to keep our fire burning and conquer it.
2554  Economy / Services / Re: MOZO Sig and Avatar Campaign(FULL) on: July 27, 2018, 12:13:56 AM
Payments have been sent to those who qualified. This campaign is now over, you may remove your sigs
Thanks for the payment sir yahoo and good luck for MOZO as well Smiley.
2555  Other / Meta / Re: Default Ranking-Up System as a Compliment to the current Merit System on: July 26, 2018, 11:31:03 AM
Props to your concept, I actually appreciate it but I still see some cons regarding this so I think this would be not a really great idea (no offense sir).
  • The user must be active for the whole "default ranking up duration".  Being active means having a minimum of five (5) posts per month.
A member creating only five posts per month is not considered as active IMO. I think that was to easy to achieved (I'm not bragging), actually I can do that within a single day. For me, a real active user creates at least 50 quality posts per month.

Another, Presuming that your suggestion was implemented then who will check each member's post every month to make sure they're not just simply spamming? The mods? Well, seems impossible to happen due to large population of this forum Grin. [/list]
2556  Economy / Economics / Re: stupidity is so close to poverty on: July 26, 2018, 06:38:17 AM
stupidity is so close to poverty, do you agree with such a phrase?
So what you mean is that stupidity leads a person to poverty? Hmm, I agree with you somehow because lack of knowledge and skills are hindrances in order to grow and excel. Not only in the jungle but to the whole world in general where "Survival of the fittest" Principle is applicable. In simple words, if others are greater than you then they have the capability to crush you that's why self-improvement is essential.

If others and even yourself believe that you are a loser then it's fine but doing nothing to change it is the real meaning of SUPITDITY Smiley.
if it yes, means the poor are the fools.
Not totally IMO, maybe some are just broke or misfortuned that's why they're below.
2557  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Will bitcoin in Southeast Asia be legal? on: July 26, 2018, 04:01:34 AM
I live here in the Philippines (which is part of SEA region) and I'm proud to say that dealing with cryptos are allowed here. Yeah! I know that it is not yet completely legalize here but this still means a good sign for us because I don't see our government stands a strong opposition against blockchain technology Smiley. Knowing this fact, it really feels good and I'm looking forward on what good things could happen next.
Good for you dude Smiley. Try mo rin tignan mga threads ng ibang members dito sa local board kagaya nina Maus0728, finalshot2016, theyoungmillionaire at Silent26 because they are really informative. Sure ako na mas marami ka pang malalaman.

And kung prepared ka na iexplore ang ibang sections ng forum eh dalasan mo ang pagbisita sa Meta and kung about technical aspects of crypto naman hanap mo eh punta ka sa Development and Technical Discussions. Good luck sa journey mo Smiley.
2559  Economy / Economics / Re: what have you sacrificed for crytptocurrency economic growth on: July 25, 2018, 10:44:57 AM
You can makes sacrifices like educating people to fully understand cryptocurrency. Reading from social media alone is not enough to convince people until they see a friend or relative actually testifying about it.
Sorry sir but I do not agree with the word "sacrifice" because for me it sounds like choosing to let go of something even you don't want to Grin. Educating and encouraging others to engage with crypto — I call it dedication. In fact, I'm also active on persuading others (my classmates and my friends to be specific) before but now I realized that my efforts are just wasted so I stop and never pushed it to them again. It seems that crypto is not their interest at all so I moved on and respect it.

Until now, I'm still hoping that somebody approach me someday and ask me to teach him/her about crypto (unluckily, there's none so far) because contributing to its mass adoption even in my own simple way is one of my dreams Smiley.
2560  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: rising bitcoin prices, will altcoin drop? on: July 25, 2018, 04:01:33 AM
Yup it increases also! It seems to happen because bitcoin is at the top and it greatly influence the price of others (which is alts) in the market. In short, if btc pumps then alts pump and if btc drops then alts drop as well BUT this is not a constant scenario. For example, I just remembered what happened last bearish days of May (I think so) when huge number of cryptos, including btc, declined but Tether surprisingly goes up.
