The problem is not on "how to", but on their beliefs about security. I advise beginners not to be too passionate too early to start their trade before learning something in this forum about trading. Moreover, there is no one beside them to guide them.

Illogical question. ![Huh](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/huh.gif) When people sell at a low price, it is likely to sell in a state of loss. Then you buy it, and then you sell it at a high price. So, when you expect profits in trading, you indirectly expect other people to be lossed by you.

So he probably not receives negative right? How can I prove it? I think that it is obvious if you look at translated whitepapers, many not translated words, random uppercase and lowercase letters. ![Roll Eyes](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/rolleyes.gif) And another reason that this person has never been involved in a Czech language discussion. And it's hard to determine where he came from because all posts are only posting registration translations and bump posts and there are no local boards in the history.

However, the road to cheating will certainly be found especially by scammer projects. If the STO is held it should only involve local people to participate. I thought it would be easier to examine the legality of the project if it had actually been under the control of the government. Document forgery is still common and it is not possible to clarify it if investors come from outside the region. Problem with ICO is that they are not regulated by any goverment agency, they are collecting public money even without disclosing their real identity. Most of these ICO scammed and forced government either to deem ICOs as illegal or find a way to regulate the ICOs.
Speaking of the ICO, some of them applied KYC which might be hated even more by investors outside their country because of course besides the identity of the project also if the project was about a service that finally only ran within that country. Is KYC appropriate to be eliminated in the ICO?

Salam..

I'm proud to achieve the "member" rank by selfmade. I have no much hope in 2019 about this forum. - My rank goes up (of course). - Read satoshi's new post (at least write this spell "happy new year 2019"). Maybe this will make the price of BTC increase ![Shocked](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/shocked.gif) - No scammer, no spammer(if I'm not included. But trust me, I'm not a quick poster because I don't use ads signatures too often ![Grin](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/grin.gif) )

You're looking for trusted gift card buyers, while you don't prove that you're a trusted seller. I'm not sure you are new here. By the way, your post is in the wrong section. ![Tongue](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/tongue.gif)

Some people have received the red trust tag(s) as a merit abuser. Can you add in your article how can a member get those tags? Maybe this will be useful for newbies in the future to keep their reputation in the forum. ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif)

@rat03gopoh, your idea just will stop legitimate new users from signing up.
Not really, who do you mean "legitimate new users"? those who are completely new to the forum won'tt start any start any transaction/advertise/offer before they learn something here. I was a newbie, and I felt that those activities were very dangerous at the time (unless they have been here before).
In past theymos said that he don't want to make more restrictions to new members, he was even against 1 Merit requirement to become Jr. Member, but then he changed his mind.
I'm just trying to show the middle ground, where new users can signup as usual without changing the previous registration system even got merit (as many users generally want). Referral code is only an option when signing up. And the limitations only apply until they become "brandnew/newbie".
High number of new signups isn't a problem, the problem is what big part of these Newbies are doing.
Ofcourse, and they have done signups before
Exactly, there is nothing wrong with the system, the problem is in people misusing it.
So, no system needs to be repaired, only need to upgrade the system so that there are no opportunity to be misused.
The only thing that should change is how these people think and behave. Sorry, is that a logical solution?

~snip~ If you are a upcoming newbie that has no cash and struggling to survive ,join airdrops and bounties ,they will help and if you select a coin of let's say 100million max supply ,its not a must to get 10,000 pieces of that coin because a friend of your got it ,3000 pieces is a better way to start , same goes to billion coins if its 100billion ,even with 10$ you would get more than 3000 pieces of the 100million coin e.g pundix
Always remember that a little drop of water will surely makes a mighty ocean ,step by step bit by bit you will get there ,I started with 200pieces of electroneum as cheap as it was when released but now I have 5000pieces ,I got helped through airdrops mostly and some few faucets too ,no matter how broke or penniless you are ,you have HOPE ,the day you stop trying is the day you become hopeless .
You shouldn't judge all bounties as having prospects and can guarantee your needs. This is a mistake many people here who hear the promises of each project will make them rich without realizing that it is all nonsense. Hey, the crypto market can't be monopolized by one party, it shouldn't make the bounty their main job. And the biggest mistake is, they depend entirely on the bounty and start leaving the real job. Bounty payments should be used to fulfill their desires, not their needs. This is just a game. ___
And some people can't get out of the game, not because they enjoy it, but they're snared.
