1841  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: How PancakeSwap detect restricted countries? on: March 07, 2022, 03:30:17 PM
Hello,
Thank you for your reply.
Why PancakeSwap don't show the user coins and tokens?
Maybe your browser or wallet cache is still having an effect, it will take some time until it clears by itself or clear it manually in the app settings on your phone. Have you tried accessing pancakeswap using other devices with VPN too?
1842  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Marketplace (Altcoins) / Re: Please recommend bounty campaign managers and Telegram channels to advertise on: March 07, 2022, 03:15:15 PM
If you had any bounty management portfolio in the past, honestly you don't need to hire BM. Plus, the current growth in the number of hunters was too high and they had low research quality. You don't have to be a recommended manager to get thousands of bounty participants, they sometimes do "voluntary" promotions because they don't really care who they "work with".
1843  Other / Meta / Re: What happened to the forum plagiarism rules? on: March 07, 2022, 12:29:32 PM
I'd also like to add my plagiarism report has not been addressed here, iirc I have also used "report to moderator". Post edited after the user got to know my report.
Somehow it may be for this reason that I haven't bothered to identify and report plagiarism cases since then while I'm just a silent reader.
1844  Economy / Reputation / Re: [Discussion] Bitcointalk Community Awards 🏆 on: March 05, 2022, 10:31:50 AM
Oh no, is it really closed to new voters? I've been paying attention to that thread for the past few days and intend to vote today. Unfortunately, I was late. Cry
Man the thread was created on 25th of Jan which means you have 37 days for the voting and it hardly takes few minutes to cast your vote and still you are saying you are late? If you have been following the thread you could have done it earlier but now there's no chance.

Yeah I know, I didn't turn on my laptop for more than 2 months due to real life business. I only checked my profile occasionally without logging in via mobile, until I found the words like "News: vote for bitcointalk community awards" under my profile picture a few days ago and bookmarked it which I thought it was an interesting event with many sponsors. Grin

I don't trust this guy,
I cheked at his post history, he uses multiple TG acc.s on some bounty. I didn't have time to research further, just found a slice of pizza:

@Hhampuz should see this

May be yes, because we all received fake coins and am afraid if by mistake anytime I connect it I might lose my other precious coins in my wallet even I also wanted to know how to remove or hide them. We must not try to sell those coins that landed in our wallet that is not in our knowledge. Be carefull while buying and selling any coins

1855  Other / Meta / Re: Do you think some plagiarism can happen "by mistake"? on: September 05, 2021, 08:27:49 AM
Now he also pointed out that the topic has been locked from the very day of creation and that could have been because the thread was locked by moderators and as such can't be edited assuming he realizes he forgot to include the link.
Don't know if thereis some kind of setting on the mods side of thread unlocking permissions/capabilities. Based on what I've experienced is, iirc the OP can also open their own thread which is locked by the staff (maybe the same even if the lock is done by mods or admins). cmiiw
In @Mpamaegbu's case, that thread was locked which s/he didn't. Just My assumption, (1st mistake) s/he has no idea that s/he can unlock it (if my initial explanation is correct) to add the source link and (2nd mistake) just forget about it without worrying that it will cause the biggest problem someday.

But I agree that @Mpamaegbu should open a ban appeal topic even though s/he has a small chance. Looking at her/his achievements, some of the other members would probably support that s/he deserves a second chance with a lighter penalty instead.

Sad to hear about your experience. Well, 1xbit is notorious for being the worst casino on this forum. They messed up.

They opened a complaint thread. If you're lucky enough, your complaint will be read although it won't necessarily be resolved.
Complaint thread: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5266815

Don't forget, bring your honest review in thread below. You'd get some rewards.

Not all digital assets would be treated as sternly as cryptocurrencies and not all of them will become the future of money.

We’re living in a time where digital assets are moving towards mainstream adoption. From retail customers to traditional banks and financial service providers, digital assets are on the rise. Many of these assets promised to disrupt financial markets and large incumbents, and while they have received widespread attention, they haven’t quite achieved their potential. That said, large institutions are taking notice — 86% of the world’s central banks are exploring digital currencies, according to a report by the Bank for International Settlements.

They recognize that despite being in a golden age of innovation, payment systems remain somewhat archaic. And so, there is no reason why current payment systems won’t follow a similar trajectory to industries that have been transformed by new technology in the past decade.

After all, the world we live in is now digital, so it makes sense that money and assets should follow suit. But how realistic is this? And will the technology and type of digital assets look the same?
Yes, AMEPAY made this realistic already with the help of AMEPOS.

AMEPAY integrates merchants into the crypto ecosystem by offering POS hardware and software solutions. Businesses can receive payments in their desired currency – crypto or fiat. AMEPAY merchants can engage customers with interactive loyalty programs. With AMEPAY, merchants can participate in a global marketplace.

in the next five years? And will the technology and type of digital assets look the same?
