The sanctions against Russia are promoting worldwide expanded economy... mostly for Russia, but for many other nations, as well.

As a result, India has emerged as a major player on the global energy scene - buying cheap Russian oil, refining it, and selling at a large mark-up to Europe and the US. Also today: Fauci tells the truth. And finally: What's the State Department up to with its "disinformation" dollars?

^^^ Exactly!

The only way you will win with NFTs is to develop something new and extremely catchy, or to find a way to use your NFT, by developing right inside it, a method to give anybody an opportunity to make lots of money just by using it. Of course, this would be a development thing, a programming, so it might be more work than making a simple NFT like most people do.

Consider that the first Star Wars movie was the fourth Star Wars book. It's title was kind of like your thread here - A New Hope. George Lukas didn't start from the beginning of the story, because it made more sense to start where he did. Copy his genius, and start with what you know and what will work, rather than what other people have done in the past.

What is the use of having all the smart gadgets if they can't be used for what they're developed for, social media have become an essential part of our modern society and the only way we can protect our young ones from their negative influence is by way of placing restrictions.
-No matter how disturbing kids can be, it is better we teach them all that their need and take the trouble to build that quality in them rather than letting them learn them on the internet through social media interaction.
-I have seen little kids have unlimited access to the Internet in some homes and I always blame their parents for that.

I guess you'll simply have to design your own social media station that is better than the bad ones, and more exciting for your family, right?

Or you could all move to an island in the Aleutians where none of your family would have time to look at social media. They'd be too busy trying to find food.

Cool
Quite sounding so sarcastic,  what's the name of the island let me see if ther is some free Bitcoin and internet to access the forum, with that I will be fine leaving there for a while.
-But then I will definitely try to avoid the other junk social media platforms with Bitcointalk I will have all the updates I need to keep making the best financial decisions.

What? You don't like sarcasm? Lol.

The Aleutian Islands are a chain of Islands in the Bering Sea between Alaska and Russia. Adak Island, in the group, has a US military base on it. See - https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Aleutian_Islands.

I like the Bitcointalk forum setup. You could start your own (and so could I) by downloading it from Simple Machines Forum, which is linked at the bottom of every Bitcointalk page. Bitcointalk uses a older version, but I like it better than some of the newer versions because it is simpler/easier to look at.

From your analysis Russia also really suffer defeat in some areas, I thought Ukraine is always at the receiving end. And also I thought the war has been subsided. This war has really claim lives and properties. There was a time I was hearing that Putin has agreed to negotiate with Ukraine to end the war.

TwitchySeal likes the war. He understands that it's the US and Nato that have started the war, and have been making it happen. I suspect that he is holding shares in whatever companies will be taking over Russian lands if Ukraine can be made to win the whole thing.

If Ukraine loses, however, no big loss. TS is not in harms way, and he will recoup his losses with some other investment. More than likely, he is hedging his Ukraine bet with investments in Russia, just for the event that Russia might win.

Btw, I like your use of the tilde ( ~ ) to indicate snipped materials. I might start using it in the future.

Unlike the governments of the US and Nato, Putin is one man. Being one, he can easily fit himself into the role that his people want. And this is what he is doing... the role of protecting them from Ukraine. But the US and Nato governments don't even care what their people want. All they want is to steal Russian land and resources.

Ukraine might be getting F-16s from the US. But who is going to fly them? Of course, since AI has learned to fly them, maybe there are even some Ukrainians who could learn to do it.

AI Has Successfully Piloted a U.S. F-16 Fighter Jet, DARPA Says

https://www.vice.com/en/article/n7zakb/ai-has-successfully-piloted-a-us-f-16-fighter-jet-darpa-says
On Monday, the US Department of Defense's research agency, DARPA, announced that its AI algorithms can now control an actual F-16 in flight. The fighter aircraft that was first introduced in 1978 has now seemingly evolved into an autonomous plane.

"In early December 2022, ACE algorithm developers uploaded their AI software into a specially modified F-16 test aircraft known as the X-62A or VISTA (Variable In-flight Simulator Test Aircraft), at the Air Force Test Pilot School (TPS) at Edwards Air Force Base, California, and flew multiple flights over several days," a press release by DARPA said. "The flights demonstrated that AI agents can control a full-scale fighter jet and provided invaluable live-flight data."

DARPA's Air Combat Evolution (ACE) program began in 2019 when the agency began to work on human-machine collaboration in dogfighting. It began testing out AI-powered flights in 2020 when the organization had what was called the AlphaDogfight Trials, a competition between different companies to see who could create the most advanced algorithm for an AI-powered aircraft.

ACE is one of more than six hundred Department of Defense projects that are incorporating artificial intelligence into the nation's defense programs. In 2018, the government committed to spending up to $2 billion on AI investments in the next five years, and spent $2.58 billion on AI research and development in 2022 alone. Other AI defense projects include making robots and wearable technology, and intelligence gathering.

Autonomous airplanes are not unheard of—the earliest successful instance of an autopilot plane was in 1914, when a man named Lawrence Sperry attached a gyroscope, or a rapidly spinning wheel, to the tail and wings of a plane. However, the AI systems powering fighter planes require a greater degree of accuracy and agility than a passenger plane, for example, as it is programmed to undergo a variety of warlike conditions.

Why perform transgender surgery on a minor? If you wish to do such let it be on your own body. When the kid grows up he or she can decide on what to do with his or her own body. I don't support this at all.

What if China joins Russia in a nuclear war against the US and Nato? They could, you know, because they are buddies at least in part.

The other side of the coin is, think of all the nukes the US could stick into a SpaceX Super Heavy.

Russian, Chinese nuclear arsenals have been upgraded in race to dominance over outdated U.S. ICBMs

https://www.naturalnews.com/2023-02-14-russian-chinese-nuclear-arsenals-upgraded-concern-reliability-us-missiles.html
The United States could soon find itself fighting a major two-front war with both Russia and China, considering the way things have been going for the past several weeks.

It was one thing when Russia invaded its neighbor, the corrupt country of Ukraine, almost a year ago, but for some reason known only to our power-mad elites, American taxpayers are supporting Kyiv with showers of money, American military hardware, and weapon systems that we cannot easily replace.

Now, just days ago, a weak, frail Joe Biden finally ordered the U.S. military to shoot down a Chinese spy balloon after it traversed the country but not before it gathered signals intelligence and flew over several highly sensitive bases and nuclear weapons locations.

In short, it appears as though we are the closest we have been to an all-out world war in 80 years, and worse, this next one could turn nuclear in a hurry. With that in mind, it is worth taking a look at each country’s nuclear arsenals and the shape they are in.

“In recent days, Republicans in Congress have been buzzing about a new report ‘from the top commander of U.S. nuclear forces‘ that says that China now has more launchers for land-based nuclear missiles than the U.S. does,” notes The Economic Collapse Blog, which then goes on to cite from a Politico report:

Top Republicans on Capitol Hill are raising alarms over news that China has surpassed the U.S. in its number of launchers for land-based nuclear missiles — and arguing for the U.S. to expand its own arsenal to keep pace.

Four GOP leaders on the House and Senate Armed Services committees said the revelation about China’s nuclear capability, made in a Jan. 26 letter from the top commander of U.S. nuclear forces, is a warning that Beijing’s arsenal is expanding faster than anticipated, though the U.S. still has more warheads and intercontinental ballistic missiles.

A number of territories, district and well over twenty states in the US have legalized recreational use of canabis. But considering it's many negative health implications,is it a step in the right direction or is it completely risky to continue legalizing it?
What's your take?

I don't see marijuana intake as a problem. Where it becomes a problem is when you're taking it at the expense of others. Just ensure you're taking good care of yourself medically and don't be a nuisance to the society nothing more.

Right!

Set up an annuity ahead of time, so that your family will have sufficient income if you go off the deep end. And make sure that you have health insurance that will pay your hospital bills, because your family loves you, and they might feel obligated to take care of you when you overdose.

Of course, the only way to get enough money to afford the annuity and insurance, is to sell drugs on the black market. Grin

A highly disturbing video obtained by popular pro-Russia Twitter user Donbass Devushka and posted on social media appears to show the Ukrainian armed forces using small chemical weapons against Russian soldiers, which, if true, is an international war crime.

An accompanying report from Valiant News noted that the report is “unconfirmed,” but the video “appears to show a Russian soldier descend into involuntary convulsions and drowning after being hit with what seems to be a chemical gas.”

“Ukrainians allegedly dropping chemical weapons onto Russian soldiers. Unpunished warcrime,” the Twitter blogger noted.

Where is Russia? Over there, maybe by you. Of course, they have a few spots in the world where they are dabbling in imperialism a little. But where is the US pushing imperialism? In Ukraine, against even Russia, besides all over the rest of the world.

Everyone wants to make a profit. That's what's behind imperialism. Russian imperialism is almost nothing when compared with that of the US. But, the US is making Russia angry enough to start pushing back against US imperialism.

Cool

By imperialism, you mean civilizing barbaric and archaic societies who, historically, couldn't figure out how to build a successful country. Imperialism is bad when it's your own country that's victim of course but over time countries imperialized by democracies don't fair so bad. The British Empire doesn't have a shabby record, in fact. Ukraine would rather be imperialized by the U.S. than they would Russia in retrospect, wouldn't they?

By 'imperialism', I mean what the standard meaning of imperialism really is - https://duckduckgo.com/?t=lm&q=imperialism+meaning.

Ukraine is a country that is divided. You can tell by the millions of people who fled the war, because they couldn't keep US imperialism from turning her into a war machine.

The US Civil War is what paved its way towards imperialism. Then, in the early 1900s the Federal Reserve Bank was set in place without the people even realizing what happened. This was the beginning of the real US imperialism. Over the years, millions of Americans have died because of the banking imperialism... through loan foreclosures and other things the banks do.

In Britain the same thing has happened. But the start of the people to move against imperialism there, began with the Magna Carta, first created in 1215, and updated several times in the following hundreds of years to the present. The Magna Carta is the only thing that is keeping freedom for the people in Britain right now, and it is gradually being replaced by banking imperialism, and the ignorance of the people regarding how to use it. As in the US, multitudes of people have died and lost property because of the banking system.

At least Russia is straight-forward in its limited amount of imperialism. The US and Britain are underhanded with their sneaky banking system approach. Banking system rule is based on quasi-contracts, one sided contracts, like when you apply for a drivers license, and sign some paperwork, without anybody in government ever signing the other part of the contract.

The bottom-line point is, now it is the world banking money system imperialism that is using the US and Nato to fight Russian imperialism. The second point is that you don't even understand this.
