Manchester city are definitely on a different level from Chelsea right now, Chelsea started the season really well but as times goes by and more fixtures came up, they began to flop, and with limited players in some key positions unlike Manchester city who has extra players in all positions. The FA cup used to be a more serious and competitive competition for the EPL teams, where you have arsenal who  consistently dominated the FA cup years back before falling short, but now reverse has been the case. And it is not only in England, other top football playing countries don’t really see their cup matches as a serious games to play since they have both their various domestic leagues, champions league and maybe Europa league to battle with other big dogs for.
