XRP: What is the main aim right now?

Main aim is to give away for free 57 billion of XRP that is left to be given out for free. XRP is like Christmas for bankers Smiley
2542  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: What exchange is better than binance? on: August 23, 2019, 02:07:01 PM
I think that Binance will go bankrupt soon because if hacker attacks and scandals with users database. That is why I want to know what exchange is better to use. I know that changelly is good, but I don't know about them a lot/ Do you know it? What do you think about

Most of exchanges will go bankrupt if they get stolen enough coins. When not that much they go in dept and repay loses. Binance had nice hit not so long ago. If they had not bought those BTC back and suddenly price of BTC go over $100k they can be in serious problem.

Exchanges are not a problem if you use them as an exchange and not a wallet. Send coins you need to exchange on Biannce, exchange and pull new coins off. That takes 1 hour. There is tiny chance you are so unlucky for Binance to be hacked that hour. If you will use exchange as a wallet then you are dumb enough to call losing your coins upon you.
2543  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: August 23, 2019, 01:04:06 PM
Kindly drag your pathetic ass to the relative thread alev.

I don't understand why I should have to read this idiotic - full of shit vision propaganda here. r0achie is more than enough.
BTW Aleksandr is a fucking moronic retard, he is free to suck CW's dick obviously, but honestly we don't need to know about it.
Well there is always the ignore option. Has worked flawlessly for years.
Regarding block size, LukeDash jr is working hard at decreasing it to 300k and effectively kill the BTC blockchain  to move forward with segwit only

You cant decrease it now. That train left few years ago. Now number of transactions is higher and will only increase. In first years blocks were empty and would be totally normal to reduce block size.
2544  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Cyber Crimes and Crypto on: August 23, 2019, 12:32:24 AM
Blockchain should extremely help against crypto crimes since you cant copy digital asset published on blockchain.  You can copy a picture or a program and steal it easily. But internet is build as it is build. It is impossible to change that since got built from 90ties and even before. Internet security should be implemented on base layer. Same as it is unacceptability in Monero. You will not achieve it on second or third layer even if you will try it. Same as we fail with internet security.
2545  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Poloniex Delisting 23 Trading Pairs, Whats The Effect? on: August 22, 2019, 11:32:58 PM
Who is still trading on Poloniex? When you look at coinmarketcap you will find out that it is the 70th biggest exchange. Pretty bad score when in 2015-2016 it was one of the biggest one.  Cry

Coinmarketcap volume stats are totally fake. Poloniex is in top10 of biggest exchanges. Just log on and try to trade. DO same on some exchanges that are listed on Coinmarketcap on higher place then Poloniex. You will fell the fake volume there really fast.

2547  Economy / Economics / Re: HODL! U.S. debt Alarm on: August 22, 2019, 04:54:31 PM
Whether a huge national debt indicates a bad economic situation in the country has been always a big question for me. Look at the list of top 5 countries with the highest external debt:

Or, if we take GDP into consideration,

Source: http://worldpopulationreview.com/countries/countries-by-national-debt/

Would it be right to suggest that economic situation in Sudan is somehow better than that in Japan?

You should always take GDP in consideration when looking at country debt. But of course you also need to look how is debt structured. But there are also other things important. Japan is quite deep in shit. Their population is aging fast.  Sudan have one of youngest population on world.  Also debt dont make economic situation worse, but better. Paying that debt off will make it worse.
2548  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Governments against privacy-oriented cryptocurrencies on: August 22, 2019, 04:29:58 PM
How can they prohibit anonymous cryptocurrencies? It will not be possible to track them, the only option is to remove them from the exchange, but not all exchanges will want to do it. People will be able to make exchanges and exchange coins among themselves. Of course they will affect the course of the coin, but it will give new ideas for solving this problem.
The Japanese government has already banned the use of cryptocurrencies with a high degree of confidentiality, such as Monero, Zcash, Dash. Therefore, such a ban is also possible on the part of other states. States will inevitably over time tighten the regulation of all cryptocurrencies, and this will especially apply to those that have a high degree of anonymity. It is hard to say where this will lead.

Japanese government did not ban anything. That is FUD that come out in media. Show me the law where code was prohibited please.

I miss the good times when Denis Roddman went with PotCoin developers to visit Kim Jong Un in North Korea. When we will see some similar breakthrough?  Maybe playing golf with Donald Trump or dinner with Nicolás Maduro in Venezuela.   Coding is way overrated anyway.
2550  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Prices of Bitcoin and Altcoin are down now ...? on: August 22, 2019, 03:24:47 PM
hi My friend noticed that in the last few weeks both the price of bitcoin and altcoin bled, is there anyone who can give me good advice for buying and trading that is good and safe. because I heard a few months ago that the Binance exchange was at the restat, now is it safe if I return to trade there, because I have also traded a long time in binance, so I was on vacation to trade there, because at that time Binance was at the restat. Thank you and I appreciate all the answers.

There is no good and safe trading advice. Perfect time to buy was half year ago. Then price was increasing for 5 months and now is more or less stable. It is hard to expect that price would keep increasing. It is also hard to expect that would decrease much unless recession will hit us early.  If you need to buy, then buy slowly. Buy some each month. That way you it dont matters to you if right now price is super expensive.

Yes, thank you ,
if I buy at super high prices for you, can I also benefit from buying high prices.

You will make less profit or you will get profit latter if your average buy price is higher. To make this risk low you buy gradually. Every month a bit. That is how investors are doing. Investors buy because of fundamentals.
2551  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: WHEN THE LAST COIN HAS BEEN MINED. on: August 21, 2019, 05:49:02 PM
Hello all, i have always wondered about what happens after the last coin of a COIN has been mined, does that mean that people would not be able to buy it again? if not, if someone i to come to the market to purchase a coin and he/she sees that a coin limit has already been exhausted through the history given on coinmarketcap, would that not make the buyer withdraw from taking step further based on the mentality that the limit has been exhausted?

There would be coins that were already mined on sale. Problem with emission is that when gets to low there is not much reward for miners. But we will not need to wait until end for that to show but it will already happen in 10-20 years. All we need to do is wait and see.
2552  Economy / Economics / Re: FED Chairmain compares Bitcoin to Gold on: August 21, 2019, 12:35:48 AM
What makes btc superior to gold is that you can actually transport large amounts.

I dont think rich people have problems pay the transport. Gold s small enough. Silver is different case and is problematic to transport and store. Bitcoin have other advantages over gold. But gold have some to.
2553  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Could this be the start of a great pump? on: August 20, 2019, 07:36:49 PM
In the last two days Bitcoin has decreased and even reached prices below 10k, but could this be the beginning of a great pump that will soon happen?
or is there really a more realistic reason that affects the current price decline?

I believe Bitcoins price will mainly stay around $10000. It can go higher or lower, but i doubt much and for long. It an stay like this till end of year or even longer.  But I could be totally wrong. We can see some trade and currency wars and price can pump high fast.
2554  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: MasterCard is forming its own crypto team on: August 20, 2019, 07:05:56 PM
MasterCard is forming its own crypto team, The payment solutions company has called for applications to work in the dynamic intersection of cryptocurrencies and payments in its recruitment listing. Mastercard added that the hired people will monitor ecosystem trends in cryptocurrency as well as develop upcoming products and solutions. hope you remembered facebook's Libra too. it's no news that crypto is nothing but the future . we are getting there

So finally we will have stable credit card with using crypto. In past those that offered those credit cards were all sooner or latter taken down.
2555  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: My BTC and altcoin picks, Let's share Portfolios! on: August 20, 2019, 05:55:41 PM

My reasons:
BTC - The King
ETH - Smart Contracts
XSN - Decentralized dApp Eco-System Powered By Masternodes
LINK - Decentralized Oracles
ARK - Scalable Blockchain Building Platform - Point Click Blockchain.

Been here since early 2016, sadly sold the majority of my ETH too early, and sold off a ton of Ripple late 2016, as it wasn't performing very good against BTC.
Biggest sleeper of all of these is XSN, followed by LINK and ARK.
Are you kidding me, what are you doing here?  Cheesy
You are not afraid that someone will find out your identity and will threaten you? Just friendly suggestion, but take care, you should more care about the privacy.

If he would care about privacy and keeping his wealth safe he would own Monero. So no reason why not post screens like this.
2556  Economy / Economics / Re: How negative interest rates affect Bitcoin on: August 20, 2019, 05:12:00 PM

Negative interest rates are spreading all over the world, and it seems this trend is here to stay.

How do you think it will affect Bitcoin value in the long term ?

Will Bitcoin rise because negative interest rates are just another form of money printing ?

Negative interests rates will increase value of real estates. Low interest rats already increasing it in past. So influence on Bitcoin is that Value of Bitcoin in realeastate will decrease. Or to buy realeastate you will have to spend more Bitcoins.
2557  Economy / Economics / Re: HODL! U.S. debt Alarm on: August 20, 2019, 04:37:58 PM
After his election, Trump promised to wipe out the US national debt,

Do you have link to source of that promise. Sounds a dumb promise. Thx in advance.
2558  Economy / Economics / Re: US economy - The media says we shouldn't be afraid on: August 20, 2019, 03:47:34 PM
There was a lot of talk about recession in the last days and the media responded with analytics that shows that the US economy is still growing. For example in their output, employment rate and so on..
the stock market is stable for now but what do you think? Is it worth it to invest in big tech firms now or should we wait a year for a possible slump if recession really hit?

Media covered both sides. There are sighs that show there should be a recession soon but situation is different as in all previous cases. I dont know what media you are watch/listed/read, but my media covered it well.
2559  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Altcoin features on: August 19, 2019, 05:30:08 PM
Altcoin needs to posses some amazing features to make them relevant in the Crypto world, alot of altcoins have failed coz they lack some amazing potentials. As an investor, what are the features you look for before investing in an altcoin?

To bring something in crypto table that Bitcoin dont have and will not have. that is the only scale you can measure coins.
2560  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: NEWB here! on: August 19, 2019, 05:06:37 PM
Mining is not all about power cost, there are many other factors that would determine a successful mining business from a complete losing investment, some of those factors are:

1-Gear price
2-Timing
3-Luck

If you have free electricity, that will overrun all other factors. Problem is that people usually underestimate how much electricity will get used.
