But people already carry a small display internet connected device with themselves which they compulsively check every minute, it's called a phone. Much cheaper to just make an IOS/andorid app and sell it for $0.99

Just my 2 satoshies.

lol.
check this thing out, I can't take it off

There's a setting somewhere within the app that allows you to take that annoying signature off. It's hidden, but it is possible to take it off.
2542  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: ACCOUNT COMPROMISED FOR A SCAM "HELP" on: February 07, 2015, 10:34:10 PM
Hello all.

My account was compromised for a "paypal scam" due to this my trust rating is fully messed up !!

I was on vacation and after coming back i saw a huge negative trust on my profile , i am fucking shocked "password didnt changed" scam artist didn't hijacked my account he/she just scammed and vanished and left me with negative trust.. It took me long time to build trust and rep .. NOW WHAT TO DO ..??

NEED Suggestions   !!

If you can prove that someone really did hack your account, people might help you. How do we know you aren't the hacker himself?
2543  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Survey for Bitcoin on: February 07, 2015, 10:21:28 PM
Well, there is Gifthulk, where you can earn hulk coins by completing offers, doing surveys, watching TV, shopping, tasks, playing games, using their search engine, referring others, installing apps on your cell phone, and more. You can redeem hulk coins for bitcoins. LINK

Note: above link is a referral link, if you don't want to use a referral link here is the non-ref link: www.gifthulk.com
2544  Economy / Lending / Re: Kingofsports - How much does the former owner owe? on: February 07, 2015, 07:17:54 PM
Perhaps you could work out a negotiation with the people who negative trusted you, maybe you could ask them to remove the negative trust so you can join a signature campaign, in exchange, all proceeds from the signature campaign will go to BigBitz until the loan is repaid.

2547  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Bitmedia.io Help on: February 07, 2015, 04:56:53 PM
Ah, I see. So I'm not the only one who has the problem. Is the admin on bitcointalk? The support@bitmedia.io email they provide doesn't work. I hope this is just a bug.

Yeah, it's weird! I tried to mail them but it was being rejected all time. I hope they fix it soon and wasn't a scammer! Smiley

Their email apparently doesn't exist according to one web tool I used. I agree, hopefully they are not scammers.

Maybe we could find him on WHOIS and email him there?

Watching! I am getting the same thing! I recently heard they haven't paid out to the recent publishers. Better to shift to a-ads till you hear a news from 'em.

Having similar. I can create the block, but the button disappear when trying withdraw  Angry

Ah, I see. So I'm not the only one who has the problem. Is the admin on bitcointalk? The support@bitmedia.io email they provide doesn't work. I hope this is just a bug.

2551  Economy / Service Discussion / Bitmedia.io Help on: February 07, 2015, 02:07:42 AM
I recently got approved for Bitmedia.io, (a Bitcoin paying CPC ad network) and when I attempt to create an ad block so I can get the code to place ads on my site, it doesn't work. All that happens is that the "create ad block" button disapears, and the site doesn't do anything. Does anyone have any suggestions?
2552  Other / Off-topic / Re: How many messages you have on: February 07, 2015, 12:57:17 AM
I have 405 PM's in total.
2553  Other / Meta / Re: trust trials on: February 07, 2015, 12:48:40 AM
This is a forum, not a courthouse. The Jurors can be bribed/biased. Socks and Shills can be used to abuse A person with a lot of friends on jury duty can be proven "innocent" even if he is a scammer. Theymos is the judge, he is mostly, if not always, reasonable about who is on the default trust list.
2554  Other / Meta / Re: Is there a way to see the trashcan board? on: February 07, 2015, 12:15:46 AM
If you know a thread that was moved to the trash can and for whatever reason you want to read it again, and if you can remember the thread name, search the thread name up on google/find the thread in your history, get the link, and put cache: in front of the link.

As so:

The thread I wanted to read again was "VodPonzi" it was a scam but it was funny.

Here is the link:

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=935519.0

As you can see, it was moved to the trash so you can't read it. Put cache: in front of the link as so:

cache:https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=935519.0

You can now read the thread. Smiley

2555  Other / Off-topic / Re: If BTC goes to $1000 or more, what would you do? on: February 06, 2015, 04:46:11 AM
I would sell half or more of my bitcoins. I would also brag about the price to the naysayers who are currently saying that bitcoin is dead because the price is under $300.
2556  Economy / Games and rounds / Re: How do you enjoy your bitcoins? on: February 06, 2015, 12:02:34 AM
Why did my thread get moved to gambling?  This is gambling?  Joining a contest is now called gambling?  I remember joining plenty of contests that weren't considered gambling?

No, this is the games and rounds section, the place where giveaways and contests are held.
2557  Economy / Services / Re: BBCode competition. 0.1 BTC reward. www.JustFreeBTC.com | Bitcoin Faucet on: February 05, 2015, 05:18:34 AM
If we don't like any designs, we have the right to do another contest, after 7 days period ends.

This clause is worrying. OP can pick no winner and start another contest endlessly without paying. Please remove it.
We don't see any point in doing that.

There have been past contests not picking a winner, holding the contest to get publicity for their site. I'm not saying you will do this, but people will be skeptical.
2558  Other / Meta / Re: Ban Memes in Bitcoin General (Poll) on: February 05, 2015, 01:24:38 AM
No. I think memes are fine, as they are part of freedom of speech, and sometimes they are funny. I personally don't find them annoying, as long as they are not spammed. However, I think there should be an option (in your profile) to disable images. (You would use this if you are on mobile or a slow connection, so the thread would load faster.
2559  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: how to use escrow service? on: February 05, 2015, 12:54:51 AM

2560  Economy / Digital goods / Re: [WTB] iTunes card (US only) on: February 05, 2015, 12:17:09 AM
No worries. Thanks for trying

Please refund BTC to:

I sent the TX fee that you spent on the TX sending the BTC to me since I was mistaken in being able to purchase the gift card. (I dislike credit cards even more now)

Thanks for that.  It's fine. It's not a huge deal. I was just hoping to get a couple cards tonight. I hate how Apple doesn't allow me to use local giftcards from other countries.

You can use apple gift cards from one country in a different country. Create an account from the country that you have the gift card (For example if the gift card is a UK card create a UK iTunes account) and redeem it there. This worked the last time I tried, not sure if still works. If need more help, google it, there's lots of articles there on how to do it.
