1  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Which Cryptocurrency will rise in future? on: May 27, 2021, 07:05:48 AM
In addition to what others are saying, I believe that ADA (Cardano) can potentially rise to $10 a coin. Don't think it'll go crazy high to like $200 or something because of market cap, but then again I might be eating my words in a few years. The tech is really promising and their marketing is very good, they just need to actually implement the features they promise. Once those features are implemented and they prove they're not all talk I think it'll go high.
2  Economy / Micro Earnings / Re: What Happened To MellowAds Support? on: August 20, 2017, 05:15:53 PM
I think mellow never answered support tickets, about 2-3 months i've sent a ticket about removing links and still to the date i still have no response.

As I have seen, Mellowads always had terrible support. I'm not really sure that they are responding support tickets and emails at all. There is not many thing what you can do now. You can try to contact them via Twitter, Facebook, Skype or their bitcointalk account, but it's not high chance that they will respond.
Anyway, bad customer support is common thing in bitcoin world and majority of big companies have this problem.

Yep the same is here, too. I mailed them twice for a change in the settings and they haven't responded yet while BitMedia.io handled my request quickly.
Just forget it, you won't get reply from them.

Thanks everyone for your replies, that's unfortunate. I remember Mellow Ads used to have quite good support when they first started out. Looks like I'll have to work on an alternative solution.

4  Economy / Micro Earnings / What Happened To MellowAds Support? on: August 16, 2017, 04:24:56 PM
After a period of inactivity, I've recently tried to withdraw the bitcoins I've had on my mellowads account, however I don't have access to the email I originally used to sign up anymore. I'm still the same user, and I can sign a message from my wallet address to verify that it's me. I also still have access to my bitcointalk.org account. (Superhitech) This is my personal account that was used to create the announcement threads and promoted the site.

However, I've tried contacting their support through email, and support tickets and have received no reply whatsoever. I've sent them a support ticket since July 26th and they still haven't replied. Do they not provide support anymore? If anyone knows how this can be resolved please post here, thanks.
5  Economy / Goods / Re: Adidas Tubular Invader Strap in Red Grey Black Green (like Yeezy Boost 750s) New on: July 13, 2017, 03:52:15 AM
Hilariousandco, you are located in the UK, right? Would you be willing to proxy boost shoes to me from there? Where I live there's almost nothing in stock and I'm wondering if there are more options in Europe. Let me know, but if you're not available to do this that is fine, thanks!

You want me to purchase shoes for you and have them shipped to you? If so,  I should be able to do that.

Yes, that would be great, I will send you a PM soon.

7  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Technical Support / Re: How to send a fake bitcoin transaction ? on: July 01, 2017, 07:07:30 PM
Like the responses above have said, there is no such thing as sending fake bitcoin. However, there is a process called double-spending that is similar.

Double-spending is when one successfully spends money more than once. Bitcoin verifies each transaction added to the blockchain to make sure that the transaction has not already been spent. However, double-spending can happen, which is why most merchants that accept bitcoin payments wait for a few confirmations before you can use your bitcoins on their site.

If you want to learn more about double spending, there is an article here that explains it.
8  Economy / Services / Re: Medical Consultation - Completely decentralised on: July 01, 2017, 07:02:02 PM
This is definitely a neat and unique service, however I can see some flaws that need to be addressed.

What happens in the case of a misdiagnosis? Not doubting your skills or anything, but over the internet not seeing a patient in person, confusion can happen.
Furthermore, there's no guarantee on the information being given, nor any proof of your qualification.

I'm sure that you're a talented doctor, however on the internet you need more than word of mouth. If there's any proof you can somehow provide that shows your skill and competence, that would help a lot. Good luck with your service!
9  Economy / Services / Re: Looking Dev For Making new cryptocurrency on: June 16, 2017, 03:27:09 AM
Hazard has been developing alt-coins for quite a while now. I can't vouch for the service having never used it myself, but many other forum members have. His website is https://dev.cryptolife.net; they offer many features for different coins, with the base price at BTC0.15, and can go up depending on how many features you want.
10  Economy / Exchanges / Re: 【Bitcoin Debit Card UQUID】 No ID Required |Multi Cards Buy Supported | 0% Fees on: May 30, 2017, 08:34:05 PM
Hello UQUID, recently I have tried to buy something online using my card but the site blocked my card. I contacted site support and this is what they told me:

Quote
Payment gateway security system blocked your card and your account for suspicious activity. We are sorry, we they do not describe us the full reasons and do not give explanations, so we do not know exactly why you were blocked. Maybe there is some problem with your prepaid card?

Is there anything that can be done about this?

Thanks,
Superhitech

hello @Superhitech

if i can have your UQ account i can further check for you

Regard

Sure, my account ID is UQ319917. Hope that this can be sorted out!

Hello UQUID, I understand that support is busy but I just want to follow up on my issue here since it's been many days without a reply. I hope that this can be sorted out!

Hello
sorry for this delay
i just checked your case
and i found nothing wrong with your card
it active and you also using to make many payment without any problem ( you also did not spend over 1000usd limit of level 1)

so it should be work fine
if the website you using for payment do not accept you have to find another payment gateway to pay them ( paypal for example because i see your card linked to paypal)

Another reason could make you got refused because you do not have efficient fund in your card balance ( because when you make payment with another currency VISA charge you 3% convert fees)

Thank you

Fantastic, thank you. I will try using it again today and see how it goes, hopefully everything works well.

14  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: [Help] How to start with a project? | Faucet/Project owner's feedback welcome! on: April 30, 2017, 07:54:41 PM
Thank you for all your helpful replies! Smiley

I did not mean that I have no idea but as you may understand I have no experience neither good or bad.

I surely have some ideas and some of them are also unique as you recommended Smiley

But how could I do it with the payments?
That would be a great help!
Is there a website which offers a good and simple API for small Bitcoin payments (like 10k satoshi etc)?

Thanks again!

Yes, there is a site called faucethub.io that is widely used by faucet owners to process micro payments. They have an API for faucet owners to use that works well. In addition, they have a basic faucet script for you to use to start off.

Self advertisement, but I also have a faucet script for sale if you are looking for one.

Good luck with your faucet!
15  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Do You Know Of Any Popular Online Stores Accepting Bitcoin on: April 30, 2017, 07:49:15 PM
Microsoft also used to accept BTC.

Microsoft still accepts bitcoin in the present day.

They do have some restrictions:

Quote
You can only use Bitcoin to add money to your Microsoft account and then purchase digital goods at select Microsoft online stores. You can’t use Bitcoin to purchase Microsoft products and services directly at this time.

But other than that, they are still actively accepting bitcoin.

In addition to the sites already mentioned, Namecheap is a domain registrar accepts bitcoins.

In addition, you can obtain most gift cards with bitcoins through gyft or some other site, and use those to buy the services you need.

16  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Can someone give a review? on: March 26, 2017, 05:00:41 AM
I think they are paying now, online for 2 years and counting.
Check this https://zooo.cc/index.php?a=rateus to see their rate and being monitored by a lot of HYIP monitoring sites. Still you will not know if they would be running for another years and that is the risk you should know before investing.

I talked to their live chat for a while in order to see what they are about.

Here's what they told me:

-They plan to keep on running for the next 8 years
-They've been running for two years already
-They will expand their global reach

Honestly, this sounds silly. How is an HYIP supposed to run for 8 years?

According to this thread, those HYIP monitoring sites can be paid off to make your site look good, so I wouldn't trust them.

OP, invest in something more legitimate and less risky.
17  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: USD-X.com Legit? on: March 25, 2017, 04:34:30 AM
I wouldn't recommend this site, it looks poorly made and the amount of ID they are asking for is a bit sketchy. Why not use a bigger, more reliable exchange like www.kraken.com or www.btc-e.com?
18  Economy / Digital goods / Re: $200 Bing Ads Coupon Codes on: March 25, 2017, 04:28:51 AM
I have a question, do these codes expire after a time period? If so, how long is this time period?

I might need one of these in the future but want to buy one now in case the offer expires, but if the code expires there won't be a point to that.
19  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: bitcoin shopping cart on: March 21, 2017, 06:16:03 AM
There are some option:
- Coinbase: https://www.coinbase.com/merchants
- Bitpay: https://bitpay.com

Both of them have good credibility so far, you can check their documents and API for the instructions. They provided what you need.

These are both good suggestions, but I don't think this is what OP wants. OP wants the reverse of what these sites do.

For example, bitpay accepts bitcoins and turns it into fiat that you can withdraw, but I think the feature OP wants is to accept fiat and turn it into bitcoins he can withdraw.

Unfortunately OP, I don't believe there is any sites like the one you are looking for at the moment. The best thing to do would just to buy BTC with your fiat.
20  Economy / Gambling / Re: BTClash.com - Rock, Paper, Scissors on: March 21, 2017, 06:09:27 AM
Username: Superhitech

The site is looking good, however I do have one suggestion. I'd suggest having the feature to switch between what kind of bitcoin units we want to use, instead of using only uBTC to measure how much we wager.
