2541  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Casino KYC how it works and to what effect on: February 06, 2022, 08:25:26 PM
Fiat casinos are regulated by the laws related to the traditional financial market and currencies. Cryptocurrencies are anonymous, so in cryptocurrency casinos we should also play anonymously, i.e. without KYC verification.
As long as there's money involved, the government can require KYC to those institutions and casinos. While crypto is certainly anonymous for some specific cryptos. It's not exempted with the mandate of the government if ever they're needing to require the casino customers to comply to kyc.

But the good thing is that there are casinos that don't really ask for kyc. They'll only ask you if it's a serious matter like they have a suspicion against you and you really have no choice but just to get on it.

There's already a topic that's made for this on Beginners & Help.

Thread: Old phishing scam on the rise on centralized exchanges

The discussion is continuous there not just about this incident but as well as the whole phishing experience and trick made by these scammers.
2543  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Old phishing scam on the rise on centralized exchanges on: February 06, 2022, 06:22:21 PM
That's an old scam trick.

The target of such scam isn't you, but people who have no digital security awareness or think after take an action.
This is true. It may easier be spotted by someone who's aware of phishing. But the reality is hard for those that are unaware of this trick. We can easily say that a link is a phishing link unlike those lack of knowledge about this trick.

Even they do it easy, there will really be someone who may fall for it.
2544  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: 1700 BTC tweet - NFT on: February 06, 2022, 12:11:02 PM
Yeah, clever. I like this guy. He's made history for himself but I'm sure that he's totally feeling bad seeing himself talking about selling at cents. Well, he's moved on already and somebody would even think that bitcoin would be reaching close to $70k by that time in the past.

So far, with his 4 on sale, the bids aren't that much. Hopefully, I'm wishing him that he'll get the best deal for selling all of those he has put into NFT. The white one has got more bidders than the three.

I need help! I have not received a response from the admin for 7 days! I write to support and email! and they don't answer me! My problem is that I forgot the pin code for withdrawing funds! and no one wants to help me! admins answer me! I have been waiting for a reply from you for 7 days
As I've said in the past post, there's a current issue and problem on why you're experiencing that. And that's probably the reason why you're going through a long wait for the response of any of the representative from bitvest.

It's likely that they lack of manpower and owner's still away and that's why no one is answering you to help you solve with that. I'm sorry, we cannot do anything with that and you really have to wait for them to response which is you've been waiting for so long, a week of wait for a response is truly long already.
2546  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: How hackers target large fund? on: February 05, 2022, 11:40:41 AM
In my little understanding most hackers work with information and since Bitcoin wallets are public hackers can simply find information about the amount of Bitcoin bitcoin in any wallet from the public larger.
It's blockchain and our bitcoin addresses that's public. The answers from above are what's happening and how these hackers get to know someone's bitcoin address. But not until you expose your bitcoin address through using it and sending it to another person which he's going to know how much you've got left onto that wallet, you'll remain hidden in the public.

Hackers won't know exactly what your bitcoin address is until you voluntarily post it online. No one can hack a wallet if he just know the public address, there's no way of hacking - CMIIW. And the explanations above are all correct, it's about targeting the person if somebody knew that he owns bitcoin or probably told a hint that they do.
2547  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: CRYPTO COFFEE & CRYPTO MENU on: February 05, 2022, 10:10:22 AM
Nice idea and great menu. I'll take that xlm karage since I've tasted that before but it's with a twist on this menu, a karage burger. I don't know if that's going to taste the same but I think it's totally different.

I'd like to stay in a place like that and chill out while relieving some stress. Knowing that you have the same vibes with the owner as obvious with the concept, for sure a great conversation would be made in a place like this.
2548  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Pegaxy Gaming Thread on: February 05, 2022, 08:55:46 AM
That's $65 - $131. Just wow, it's a big amount that you're earning daily with that range with the current price of the token, and with the lowest like 300 vis daily, you'll get to earn your ROI in a month. Interesting but I still need to consider many things.
Overwhelming right? But I told myself or keep in mind that Ive loss alredy the capital so I wont expect anything at all. Im not sure when the trend og pegaxy will end but so far I am in confident that I'll get roi with its current status. ( hope it last for long) anyway, goodluck if you are gonna enter.
As long as it's still there, make sure that you'll be getting your profit when you're allowed to sell those. You know the strategy already since you have understanding with the market and as well as how NFT games(P2E) works. Good luck, I'm sure that you'll be getting your ROI soon.

Just dont expect and do your thing. My goal is to get my capital first then once Ive get it. Then you can called that a passive income risk free investment.
I'm not yet going to buy and maybe I'll wait for some more time before I invest heavily on the pegaxy since the capital is really huge. I'm not sure though if I'll be going if ever I got the funds on hand. But it's true that when you take the ROI, it's all profit that shall come until it last.

There's been a problem recently with the slow support response. Send them again a message of your problem. 6 days is already enough to have your first message have a follow-up.

Write them a new message and maybe your older message have been covered by newer messages that's also sending them their problems to the admins, moderators or supports.
2550  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: About Snooker Game on: February 04, 2022, 02:52:31 PM
In my country we almost exclusively play pool, it's very hard to find a snooker table. Almost every decent bar has atleast one pool table. Since my childhood I like to play it and generally prefer pool because it's easier and has more colors. My uncle taught me the game and it was also the first time I started to gamble. We never gambled for money, only for things. So when I won I could get my favourite ice-cream or some chocolate. Later when growing up I did the same with my friends, we usually just play for beers, never really for money. There often snooker games on TV, it's cool to watch how good the professionals are playing. But I never thought about betting on those matches. Is it more easy to make money in snooker betting than in football betting? Maybe because there are less gamblers the chances are higher?
I also prefer to play pool.

There was not that much exposure in my neighborhood when I was a kid with snooker games. There were a lot of pool tables but not so many snooker tables and players were there.

That's why as the influence of that neighborhood, I've played more pool and even during my secondary school. I've got a classmate that's into pool who also has their own table to play for free.

How much you've bought your horse and how much you earn daily?
For a single horse you can earn 300 to 600 vis daily. Not guarenteed but the few days Ive noticed this is the range where I could earn vis on a daily basis. You can do the income computation or estimates.
That's $65 - $131. Just wow, it's a big amount that you're earning daily with that range with the current price of the token, and with the lowest like 300 vis daily, you'll get to earn your ROI in a month. Interesting but I still need to consider many things.

Nice, you're already in profit if you want to sell it to the market. AFAIK, there's free breeding with those horses that have been purchased for this week. I still don't know the whole thing and I wish that whoever bought it this time will be able to make really good money from it.
I dont know this free breeding you mean. You could consider me as one fo those who risk. Anyway I'll update my status if Im gonna win on this thing or atleast profit or roi on the case.
Yeah, this is risky since the amount is quite big. But with the computation and estimate that you're earning every day. After a month, you get ROI, and then you have the pegaxy that you can also sell if you want to get out but if not, most of your earnings are going to be your profit.

I've just read about free breeding but I don't understand the mechanics, maybe you can check it out and you can take advantage of it if there's any.
2552  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Pegaxy Gaming Thread on: February 04, 2022, 09:54:56 AM
I haven't played the game and I've got some questions for those who already started playing it. Is the feature and gameplay of this game is generating a random winner? Like, there's no best status for the horses and when you start the race, all of you are the same and co-equal in statistics and fair whoever is going to win?
Yes the winner is random. Regarding the stats of the horse, actually no one knows how to identity potential stat for a winner since dev doesnt disclose it but they using a random software for this. Cant barely know the average yet since Ive started to buy horse only few days ago. But somehow I got some good winnings so far.
I think this is much better than Axie for which if you see the cards of the enemy, you'll have the idea if you have the upper hand or you're just about to lose because you know how strong and weak cards you have and your opponent has. How much you've bought your horse and how much you earn daily?

I think that the starting capital investment for this game is quite high. I won't get into it that quick and the same hype could have been happening on it right now as Axie.
Actually it is. Ive entered the price above $2k for a virgin hoz but now its alrrady beyond $3k so if I sold that, already gained but since Ive just started then might as well ride it. Thats why created the thread to learn some from other players who might enters the game earlier.

I have definitely heard about the game, but I haven’t really tried it. Just like @sunsilk, I thought that the starting capital is too high for me
You can still capitalize on Pegaxy though without getting involved into the gameplay or buying a fuckin crazy mechanical horse. So, if you can't actually get into the game, the best way is to go ahead and get some of the tokens that are part of the ecosystem, which are $VIS and $PGX. They are similar to SLP and AXS that are used for minting/breeding another NFT assets which kinda drives the demand especially now that DAU for Pegaxy is continuously increasing.

By looking at the chart, there is an increase of around 470% in the last 30 days in $VIS which is pretty high IMO and it can still continue for the next 1-2 months. However, you can only trade this tokens for only a short period of time, milk it and GTFO immediately.
There's also a way through taking a scholarship but just like Axie, you need to look for someone who provides scholarships.
2553  Economy / Gambling / Re: Top site to play poker games on: February 03, 2022, 11:12:45 AM
Of course, it cost to run the poker site... like with all other stuff, the more money you spend the better quality you can get! Yes, they have been around for a while, but it's been a long since the last time we saw them here! On the site, there are no changes at all... I think conclusion is simple here, they don't plan to develop further! Sad story, I believe they could do more in the poker industry, they could be the number one crypto poker site! I will not say they lost a chance for that, but if they don't change some things, if they don't get serious I am afraid they will just continue to sink and lose all players!
I'm analyzing what you've said and it's true and I agree. When it was their peak of popularity in the forum, I think they should have capitalized and taken advantage of it to upgrade and develop more.

They seem to be the one that's leading as far as I know during their peak years but eventually, they've focused not on the development and improvement of the site.
2554  Other / Politics & Society / Re: US Debt Rate rose to $30 Trillion on: February 03, 2022, 09:49:26 AM
As the debt increased, one solution that they see is to increase the interest rates which will definitely make a domino impact on every American. But, it's not just the US that will do this but many other countries like Tunisia and UK.

About the percentage that the whole crypto market can pay for that debt of US. It's just a projection of how huge the debt is. On the other hand, people who are seeing this doesn't look good will start to hedge against it and will find their ways being affected by it.
2555  Bitcoin / Hardware wallets / Re: Another Ledger scam attempt!!! on: February 03, 2022, 08:21:16 AM
These scammers will never stop. The email which I've used in purchasing my ledger wallet has received this type of scam attempt after their data has been leaked.

There's no problem to us as we're aware of these phishing tricks but it's really concerning the newer folks that just bought their ledger. And also, those who are new to the crypto market, they really are likely to fall for this.

2557  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: I was finally able to purchase an iPhone 13 pro max using my Bitcoin on: February 02, 2022, 12:19:03 PM
You can buy many of Iphone 13 pro max by selling 1 Bitcoin because it is expensive and its worth is equal to 20+ iphone 13 pro max and it is digital way to buy iphone 13 pro max using BTC as a payment asset.
Well, if you're a businessman and you own bitcoin then that's normal for you to buy in bulk. But as an individual who just wants to have one piece of it, there's no sense of spending that much and purchasing it with that a lot.

And on OP's situation, he got that the owner of that store is likely a bitcoin holder and investor. In short, the timing and fate is with OP and whatever is the deal, he's happy with it and satisfied.

I understand the slight regret of OP since the price isn't good but bitcoin is going to be used in this type of situation. If you really like where to spend it, there's no regret for it.
2558  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What are the most important features of an online crypto casino? on: February 02, 2022, 10:53:39 AM
I think the query will be handled by a bot but if your concern isn't really part of the bot's automated answer and finding of the solution, it will be transferred and handled by a live chat agent.

But it's always the better thing if there's the live chat that's active to help and solve the problem of their customers. I just feel that there's more care if it's like that although understandable on the end if they have chat bots because of the volume of customers that are asking for their help.
Most common queries would be something like this came from customers;

1. How long withdrawals would be processed?
2. How long would be the deposit would credit out on the account?
3. Whats thee wager requirement of blah blah blah.
4. Do this site require KYC?

The rest would really talk about the games itself been offered.
Most of these questions could really be seen on FAQ which it would be understandable that it would
be set up on bot for them to seek on.
Yes, that's right. For specific and normal questions, if there's no bot, FAQ is always the first place to go for the basic questions about those inquiries which will also be answered by the bot relying on the FAQs info.

I disagree about what you've said that most of them don't want to hear us with feedback. Honestly, the reputable ones are wanting to hear and see feedback of their customers for them to know on which part of their service they should do better.
Exactly, A reputable casino will commonly give responses or feedback to the user problems. But, maybe the speed will be different. We know that the reputable casino should have numerous users and they may also receive many complaints every day. That is why they need several certain times to receive the complaint, study, analyze, check the evidence, and finally evaluate and decide on a solution. sometimes the case is also not easy, so maybe even reputable casinos will still take a little longer to resolve a complaint.
True. It's also a matter of the response time of the casino's support but there's the queuing for those customers that want to talk to someone personally to solve their matter. And if it's not being answered in real-time, they have the option to give the response and solution through email.
2559  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Typhoon Odette Vs. monetary assistance is only selectively granted on: February 02, 2022, 09:47:40 AM
That's sad and I've seen some videos about the devastation that typhoon has left. About the assistance, it's the whole duty of your local government to help you out and assess the situation, there's no need for them to choose who are they going to help.

Just because you did a quick action for repairing your house, they shouldn't ignore you with the help that they've brought in your area. It's a disaster and everyone in your area should get treated well but I'm also thinking that the local authorities might have a tight budget and they're only looking for those terribly affected people in your community.

I wish you recovery and hopefully, you'll get up from this calamity.

Thank you again for the comments guys

Actually, you gave me another point of view about my exploration method of low cap coins, maybe you are right and this is all paid ads.

But is still managed to find something on the web and wanted to share it with you this platform and to hear what you are thinking about seems very promising to me.

https://data.valid.network/home
This looks like a promising website and gives a rating for each project about its security. But I don't know if this is the right platform for me since if you want to view other types of tokens, you have to get listed and pay for their membership fee.

They should allow it for free if it's just about viewing but what they offer is a whole package and it's not that cheap at all. Well, sort of disappointed to see that they required to upgrade just for viewing the tab for different tokens and other security measures. They should unlock it.
