2561  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What are the most important features of an online crypto casino? on: February 01, 2022, 10:33:11 PM
In my experience, I've used the live support with someone's really replied on me. I guess that bot thing is just the first step and eventually, there's the person that shall help you with your problem.

I disagree about what you've said that most of them don't want to hear us with feedback. Honestly, the reputable ones are wanting to hear and see feedback of their customers for them to know on which part of their service they should do better.
When it comes to live support or chat box then this is usually been handled out by bot but its not really necessary for it to be a human being as long those queries of yours is really answered up by bot

but having real human interaction would really be much preferable and not just seeing bot responses. Some people do really likes on being responded on the time that they do ask out something

which even myself would really see this as a great feature for an online casino to have on which they are really attentive when it come to queries and some complaints or questions
by its users.
I think the query will be handled by a bot but if your concern isn't really part of the bot's automated answer and finding of the solution, it will be transferred and handled by a live chat agent.

But it's always the better thing if there's the live chat that's active to help and solve the problem of their customers. I just feel that there's more care if it's like that although understandable on the end if they have chat bots because of the volume of customers that are asking for their help.
2562  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What are the most important features of an online crypto casino? on: February 01, 2022, 07:18:03 PM
A good customer care service in my opinion is the best features to look at for reasons been that  no matter how good the graphics and variety of crypto currency maybe there is never a 100% satisfaction and definitely customers would have issues and the ease and rapid response to customers complaints would make a better casino before considering how well the relate to Bitcointalk forum.
Many will agree on that. Especially those that have received bad customer support, they'll choose the casino that has very well support that makes them satisfied.

But just as the others, there's a certainty that we all have our differences and from the others opinion, there could be other things that are better than the customer service of a casino.

Although many websites offer live chat support, the fact that you are communicating with a bot is a major problem at the moment; most companies do not want to hear about problems or receive feedback, which is why they are taking longer to resolve the situation. No matter what website you are on, customer service is essential because there will be times when you encounter a problem, and they will be able to respond to it immediately. Customer service and bonuses as for me since all of us wants bonuses  Grin

The best presidents and government officials were also made and came from a very good and outstanding teachers that have left them with good lessons and advices which they've brought as they grow old.

All of the professions that we have came from the teachers. We salute all of them and they really deserve the best. But sadly, there are those nations or places that can't increase the wages of them due to the lack of budget and situation of their country. Despite that situation, it is their passion that keeps them moving forward and never shows any tiredness from their profession.
2564  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: India proposes 30% tax on crypto and NFTs income on: February 01, 2022, 09:58:17 AM
As they've proposed it, this clears up the confusion of many of what's really happening in the crypto scene in India. They now have seen the potential of the crypto market that they can't just ignore anymore. And since most of the countries are still experiencing crisis specially in finance.

It's the right time for them to do this. Although the percentage of taxation seems to be high, I guess they'll eventually pull down that soon when they've realized that it's too much for their people.

We're all human beings and we all have emotions and personal battles to face. Whatever were the battles for Cheslie, I think that she can't carry it anymore. It's sad that this has to happen to her.

In her case I think what may have happened to her is depression. Depression has caused so many people who are famous to kill themselves in a painful way. I don't think money is the problem why she acted this way.
Possible.

There's no certain boundary in the society that be exempted from it. She's still young and if she ever had close friends, that would likely be her co-pageant participants which is away from her. What a tragic and sad day.  Cry

2567  Economy / Economics / Re: Crypto in Indian Economy? on: January 31, 2022, 11:06:27 AM
According to the world bank, India is 13 poorest country in Asia. They are even behind their small neighbor country Bangladesh. More than 68% of indias total population live under poverty whose daily wages is only 2$. 30% of them earned 1.25$ daily. Source Link.

Really brother, still you think India is not economically poor?
I've just based my opinion on the link that I've read and when it comes to the economic status of a country, there's the basis that it had shown. But I'd like to thank you for that link since I don't really know a lot of things about them and if there is new information that's being shared with me, I'd be happy to extract and accept it and well, that's convinced me that sad reality.

And based on this article for their technological stats: India jumps 2 spots to 46th rank in Global Innovation Index 2021

Only 54% of indians have mobile phones and from which only 24% have smart phone. Source Link.

It's almost half of the total population of the country.
In 2020, the population of India was around 1.38B, that's the number that will show if you use keywords of India's population on a search engine. And on this article from the same website: https://www.statista.com/statistics/558610/number-of-mobile-internet-user-in-india/
It says about 749 million have access to the internet and 744 million used to access their smartphones. You're right that it's half of the total population but I'd say that it's still a big number, 744 million people and it will just grow overtime.

Honestly, every country that sees a great source for the living of their people and for the government, it's what's matters to them. But I'm more confused about the news that has become trendy there last year about RBI banning bitcoin.

I think Indian officials don't know what they should do. They ban crypto then again unban it now they are saying they want to regulate crypto. I think they do not understand crypto very well and how they can be benefited from it.
Yeah, it's confusing. But with what I've read the latest, it is like that they're going PRO with bitcoin/cryptocurrencies and looks like the positive development starts there.
2568  Economy / Economics / Re: Crypto in Indian Economy? on: January 31, 2022, 09:18:25 AM
How is it possible to raise so much awareness about crypto in a country so technologically and economically poor
I don't think economically they're poor. Based on this link, they're #1 in GDP(PPP): https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_Asian_and_Pacific_countries_by_GDP_(PPP)

And based on this article for their technological stats: India jumps 2 spots to 46th rank in Global Innovation Index 2021

will this current crypto enthusiastic generation of India could build up the future Indian economy to prosper or will it adversely affect the country's economy?

2569  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Russia is bullying Ukraine, but can it really hold? on: January 30, 2022, 03:39:34 PM
China is the best example for modern day invasion, they invade most of the countries economically and make them to pay for their country forever by giving lucrative offers in the beginning, but later they will take control of everything with the puppet rulers so any country wants to dominate should follow them. Its immorally wrong but that's the strategy. Roll Eyes
I agree. That's the debt trap.

It's a simple economic strategy, making friends with other countries, giving them as many loans as they can until they can no longer pay due to the interest rate that won't stop anytime soon.

And if the "friend" of theirs can no longer pay, they're going to pick some area of that country to invade a little by little and they'll inject their people on it, invade through their products until they make it almost as centralize as the main land.
2570  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Prediction on: January 30, 2022, 12:35:12 PM
Well, there's no need for any website to have that prediction because almost everywhere you're going to see people predicting the price of bitcoin 10 years from now. And if that's not enough for you, just ask a certain coin in the altcoin discussions and how much it would be, you'll receive many answers about their prediction on that coin.

You'll get to see the same people like you who own that coin that you're asking for a prediction. But to tell you frankly, 10 years from now no one is sure about what the market will look like.
2571  Economy / Gambling / Re: Very immoral marketing strategy. on: January 29, 2022, 08:42:25 PM
This is how marketing strategies work,  everything can be soooo interesting and also worthy to take when seeing from the advertisement and promotions . They will not care about what they use,  they only want to get more people to use the platforms.
There's no reason for them to care, all they care is about the marketing and how effective it is.

And that is why we are ourselves that must be aware about it,  smart,  and also careful about that kind of promotion.  They will seem so legit. And many people become victims.
And if they only care to get more customers, what we should care about is all about ourselves. If you understand what marketing they use, don't be indulged with it so that you won't be the one that they're targeting.

Those people that understand that this marketing really is unlikeable to them, just shun it.
2572  Economy / Economics / Re: Meta’s cryptocurrency ploy all but dead with Libra/Diem seeking to sell assets on: January 29, 2022, 07:42:14 PM
I thought that Libra has already been stopped when the congress starts to call out Mark and addressed some issues then, later on, he has launched or renamed the project into Diem and hired professionals that are knowledgeable in blockchain.

So, Meta's metaverse project which I've seen is likely they're going to continue instead of this stable coin that they are trying to develop. And from the very start, those companies that have cut their ties to the project probably have seen already some internal issues with the project's management.
2573  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Best strategy for crypto trading on: January 29, 2022, 06:36:16 PM
The best for me is just to do the Dollar-Cost Averaging. It's not going to pressure you at all to trade but you're just going to keep on buying the crypto you think is good for stacking.

If daily trading doesn't work for you then you do the other strategies that might be effective to you and that's why I think DCA would be ideal for you. Based on what you've said, your win rate isn't that much. Doing this strategy requires your patience and this has been proven not just by me but the others as well.
2574  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Still not satisfied with crypto games on: January 29, 2022, 12:31:13 PM
It's maybe the taste of games that you want to play.

Most of the games are good but if you don't like the gameplay despite being profitable, you're not going to play with and even you have the budget in doing so.

Spending time with your xbox or any console really is enjoying and I would love to have my own PS5 too and of course with the games that I like as well. Maybe for this year, there would be more interesting NFT games and hopefully no more scams and rugpulls.

I don't think that your wish of no more scams or rugpulls will not happen. Because as scammers learn how to exhaust money from the new hype, they will always try to screw naive users. That's actually their job, to find ways hot to extract money from unknowingly users.

But I believe, the OP can always find a good game, he just needs to look around. I recently saw new project that is free to play to earn their tokens. So if he got bored with crypto games, why not look for other games. Everyone has their own turning point when it comes to what they are doing, I agree with that. But it is your own self who will look for other avenues how to make your time valuable. So if you are not satisfied with your current activity, you always have the prerogative to look for a new one.
I know that it won't happen but let's just hope for the best. They won't be fully eliminated but hopefully this year, there will be fewer of them so that people are free and there will be fewer victims.

As for the P2E that's free, I think that there are only a few of them. Because most of them, the reality, you won't be able to earn well if you're going to just rely on their free play. But if you invest, you'll be entitled to have the privilege of earning good amount of their tokens.

Getting bored with crypto gaming projects, I'd like to make money out of something fun to play but with crypto games it's really about the money you will make out of the games, I've not seen real good game Devs utilizing the power of blockchain or maybe it's my taste of games that im used to, I just still prefer spending more time on my Xbox than crypto games because it's more fun than crypto games

2576  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: If football is Legal in most countries why is Gambling Prohibited on: January 28, 2022, 01:09:17 PM
The answer is already there and given by many and there's the distinction between a sport and gambling. Football is a sport and in gambling, there can be any other activity that can be applied to it.

Plus, it also depends on the country that prohibits gambling. If they're a Muslim country then we can easily understand that it's about the belief and that's the same with other countries that prohibits it.

Correct, you can gamble on whatever including politics, economics, etc. The distance between football and gambling is equal to the distance between the Earth and Mars.
That just sets the boundary and difference of it.

It's entirely different and we're just used to the type of gambling with sports and we always see bookmakers and that's probably why when it comes to sports, the first thing that comes to our minds is all about gambling.

Because for a long time, it's always associated with it but not just because there's a sport, it's always connected to it, it's not like that.

2578  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling In Crypto on: January 27, 2022, 11:39:36 AM
it will be fair for us gamblers if a casino put a notice if they require kyc or not and us gamblers we need to make it a habit to check the terms and conditions because  they sometimes include it there  .
In most cases, it's visible and already there before someone sign's up.

They're putting that already in their FAQ and terms and condition and that's fair to everyone. It's the responsibility of the user to check the terms the casino he's playing with. I don't think that will consume a lot of time just for the checking in.

The problem for some gamblers, they don't check it and when they're asked to proceed for the kyc, they complain but they haven't read the terms when suddenly being asked.
2579  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Looking to install crypto related mobile apps in my laptop. on: January 27, 2022, 10:09:01 AM
I've tried Bluestacks but even it's reliable, tried and tested. I wouldn't choose to use it and install an authenticator on it, you'll never know if there's a backdoor or someone's watching you through them. Well, that may sound paranoid but if it involves your fund, I'll do more extra care in using and choosing apps that I'll use. I also tried another android emulator but I think it's worse and BS is still the top choice if it's about android emulators.

Based on my experience (spec: windows 10, ram 4), Bluestack is not running well, crashes and sometimes deletes the login data of all apps by itself if you don't open it for a certain period of time. The higher the emulator version, the higher the required device performance.
Updates eat space of our pc and I think OPs laptop would be one of the latest and this won't be a problem to him. As crashes happens, there's some reason like lack of space and no more space for the files that needs an update.

Life goes on.

While some countries are still dealing with covid-19 surges, the others are just going on with life and have accepted that they have to live with the virus and continue their lives.

Meanwhile in Europe: WHO Says Europe Is Moving Towards the End of COVID-19 Pandemic Emergency Phase

I know there were a lot of them that have dealt of it as early as 2022 and reading news like this gives me hope honestly. That someday, we're going to be back with our normal lives and there's no need to worry about any threat. But as of the moment, I'm still taking precaution when I go out.
