2561  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin explained by 3 year old baby Lily on: February 17, 2021, 06:31:37 AM
As watching the video, I don't think the 3 year old baby was really or fully understand what bitcoin is, but it is her parents who force him to memorize those phrases and words in order to get fame and post it into the social media. This video was created just only for money and for fame so that many people will be able to watch it and look it cute, but if other 3 year old baby will watch this none of them would be properly understand what this cute little girl is saying. Lastly, I didn't understand his voice though it is not clear yet but it's good because there is a subtitle.
2562  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What happens to my bitcoin if I die today? on: February 17, 2021, 05:48:02 AM
The lease thing to do is to let your very close people to know your private keys or passwords in order when you die they can manage your bitcoins. Just like giving it to your partner, family members or closest friend, just pick so that when you die there are someone who will be able to open and manage your accounts in order for them to use it for your burial perhaps. There's a lot of ways in which you can able to give your account and someone will used it. If you didn't give your account before you die then your bitcoin and wallet will be forever there and no one will be able to access it.
2563  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Fastest and safest way to buy bitcoin with debit card on: February 17, 2021, 05:08:01 AM
Can you guys help with purchasing bitcoin or another coin with a mc debit card. Also how long generally before i would receive the coin? I have a coinbase account but they don't accept mc debit card for some reason. I am in the USA also. Thanks
Actually I've already tried to link my debit card to Coinbase account and it looks successful because I've already buying cryptocurrency anytime and anywhere, what you just need to do is to go to your coinbase account and sign in then link your debit card to coinbase and make a KYC in order to prove that you are the person who is trying to have access on the debit card, and wait for atleast 2 days and your coinbase account wi be able to buy crypto. Just link your account to your debit card and it is already done.
2564  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why do ordinary people feel afraid of Bitcoin? on: February 16, 2021, 08:46:30 PM
Maybe it is because those normal people doesn't have any chance to invest in bitcoin? Meaning they don't have the budget to buy and the thing is that they are afraid to lose because if they lose they can't buy back again, that's what I think the main reason why normal people are having doubt or scared on bitcoin meaning they don't have room to lose when they enter bitcoin. Another thing is that the lack of knowledge that they have because knowledge is power and this power will give you the things that you want, what I am trying to say is that they doesn't have enough knowledge on what bitcoin is.
2565  Economy / Speculation / Re: BTC HIT $50000🎯 on: February 16, 2021, 08:18:07 PM
Wow, another achievement unlocked which indicates that BTC hits another ATH today. $50000 is a huge now and it is already visible and breaks all the previous history. The great day is my cryptocurrency life which will be remembered and the thread will work as a reminder.

Are we going to see another ATH soon or the day will be remembered?
I am pretty sure or else I believe that there will be another ATH again and can't wait to see when it would be happen, maybe tomorrow? Next week? Or next month? We don't know but one thing I know is that there will be again a new ATH aside from what bitcoin hits right now, but what we are sure right now is that this day will be remembered as the very all time high that has been made in the history of bitcoin. This will really brought a new hype to the people and also to the market.
2566  Economy / Speculation / Re: BTC All Time High $50,000 reached today, Tuesday 16 Feb 2021 on: February 16, 2021, 07:44:19 PM
I didn't doubt that the bitcoin will really make a new all time high, as I mention before there are so many people who are getting hype of this bitcoin and many people are still buying it although they know that the price of this is very high and it is because of the hype that was bring by different famous people who accepted bitcoin. Great run guys! Again if it breaks the $50,000 then probably there is a chance that it may go over $60,000, let's see when it will be.
2567  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Why do gambling websites start investigating accounts only after big wins? on: February 15, 2021, 04:39:53 PM
Many online gambling websites create conflicts with their customers when that player wins a big bet. The owner of the gambling website then starts investigating the player's account to see if there is any evidence so that the player's account can be blocked without payment! And they block many accounts without paying the winning money to the players. And the most used reason to block the account is the connected account. For a player this creates frustrating situations.

The biggest question here is, if the gambling website starts investigating that player's account after a big win, then why doesn't the gambling website start the investigation when that player starts losing money? I think a solution to the problem should be found. Because those who are experienced can get their money back by posting on Bitcointalk and various places but there are many inexperienced people who can't tell their problem in the right place so they don't get their money back anymore. So this seems to me to be a big problem for gamblers.
One of the main reason why they are doing this is because they are checking if the account is a bot or a real player, meaning if the account is not using any machine or applications that might help them win or they are checking if the player is playing with their rules and regulations and etc. That's would be the main reason why they are investigating them after winning and also they are investigating because they need to know if the player is the real one who will withdraw the winnings and not other players.
2568  Economy / Economics / Re: Here is why btc will die as a crypto on: February 15, 2021, 04:06:47 PM
Bitcoin did not made just because of the speed on sending bitcoin to another address but because it is made for the permission less in which you don't need to have any problem on sending high amount of money just like going to bank and etc, the use of this is because you can make big transaction without any problem or waiting but there is also an fee whenever you are making a transaction, but it is good enough to use than waiting for so long right? This is why bitcoin made the resistance and security is already here.
2569  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Tesla buys 1.5 BILLION worth Bitcoins !! Good or Bad ? on: February 15, 2021, 03:27:15 PM
I think it is good that the Tesla buys 1.5b worth of bitcoin because of this happening the bitcoin arise and set a new ath and due to this happening many people gets more interested on bitcoin. The mass adaptation that has been brought by buying 1.5b of bitcoin by tesla makes the new all time high of bitcoin and still the hype of it is there that's why the bitcoin is continuing to pump up. Overall I am seeing this as a good thing, because this become an eye opening to everyone.
2570  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin is in the final stages! on: February 15, 2021, 02:46:21 PM
No one knows the future for sure, and reading price movement with only market candle stick as a reference has been proven wrong by the Bitcoin market so many times.  TA without proper FA has a huge percentage of having an error, that is why we always see Analysts always have this "if" statement because even they know that the market can go either way.  Final stage.. I don't think so, the hype is still strong, and we have seen a correction in between surges already to prepare for another push of the market.
Not necessarily that the reading of the price movement has proven wrong, but this is because no one really knows when would be the price will up or down. There are also some predictions that goes correct but still there are also a lot of predictions gone wrong. The hype of bitcoin is still there and we all know that this is already a part of the correction on what are happening to the price of bitcoin. The next peak or the next trend that will break will be $60,000 and I believe it will continue as the hype on bitcoin continue also.
2571  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: UBER will start to transact with Bitcoin? on: February 14, 2021, 04:09:01 PM
What I am seeing on that context was the UBER company will accept bitcoin or cryptocurrency as a payment method for their consumers or customers when riding behind their service and also including here was the delivery of food and etc. UBER doesn't have any chances of buying bitcoin as stated on the announcement of the ceo but what they just want to do is to add this cryptocurrency and bitcoin as a payment to their services.
2572  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Manny Pacquiao offered $10 million to fight Terence Crawford on: February 14, 2021, 07:35:55 AM
It would be a great chance for Terence Crawford to fight one of the legendary boxer in the world and also the world champion boxer, and also if he will be able to accept this fight it would be an honor to fight Manny Pacquiao during his career because we all know that Pacquiao was really a great boxer and also it can be the fight of the year I am clearly seeing s good match between those 2 especially Crawford has a good K.O every match he is fighting.
2573  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin before and now on: February 13, 2021, 11:08:22 AM
We have seen a massive surge in bitcoin price since we enter into 2021 almost same, trend happen in 2017-2018, only there is a big difference, in a situation today before, I think it was just a pump, but there is a big difference in this year's price rally things that are notable are the following, the influence of Elon musk, Visa considers to enter to cryptocurrency, Paypal decided to open to cryptocurrency, banks, and other institutions open its door to the possibility of using it, suddenly this year pandemic helps cryptocurrency get into the spotlight in the positive note, although there is still negativity being thrown, I think most institution study it and they realize the possibilities and important of blockchain overall.

Actually the difference is just because many people and big companies are seeing the importance of bitcoin that's why they are considering it right now. Including on the big companies are Tesla who owns by Elon Musk and made a big impact of them by buying 1.5b of bitcoin, and PayPal who is now accepting and decided to open cryptocurrency and lastly the Miami's mayor who accept bitcoin as a payment method to their employees. Many reasons why the bitcoin surge and soar high this year and these are the primary reasons that I've seen so far.
2574  Economy / Economics / Re: Is Bitcoin ready for world wide 1 currency? on: February 11, 2021, 02:19:53 PM
I ask this because of the corona virus where people are too scared to hold money.

The issue is that we value btc against the usd and other fiat currencies. If fiat currencies were no longer how would bitcoin be valued...inflation etc? Can't get my head around how it would work.
Just because of the reason that people are scared to hold money or paper currency doesn't means that we must use bitcoin in every transactions. There are online banking in which you can enable to make a payment and transfer without holding your paper money with your own hands. Bitcoin will never be ready to be a world wide currency because no matter what happens, bitcoin will be always second to fiat currency and never will be the top 1. If there will be no fiat currency like USD then probably bitcoin will be no value that's very simple.
2575  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Does knowing your sport and teams really make you better at betting on them? on: February 11, 2021, 01:43:23 PM
It is more factor that you know the game that you are betting at because how can you bet on a game that you didn't know how to play? How come that you may understand and says that this team is much better without knowing the game itself that they are playing? Knowing the game and rulea itself will help you to analyze on which team you will bet because the more you understand the game the more you know which team is better.
2576  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Lost phone with bitcoin wallet on: February 11, 2021, 12:27:33 PM
I was very unfortunate to have lost a phone that had bitcoin sitting in the wallet. I was foolish and did not back the wallet up. I am wondering if there is any way to get my bitcoin at this point? I should also mention that I lost this phone 2 years ago and the lost bitcoin is now worth about 60k so whatever I could do to get it back.

Any advice is extremely welcome.

It is really sad that you've never backup your phone, O feel you brother. I've also lost my phone way back then and didn't back up all of my necessary files including my wallet that has a ethereum that if we will convert it right now it is almost 28k but still I forget it and move on. If you can still login your email or you still know the email that has binded to your wallet and accounts then maybe there is a chance that you may recover again your wallet. But I think it would be hard for you to recover it but still hoping for you to get again your wallet. The moral lesson here is always back up your wallet and phone every time.
2577  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The Bitcoin adoption isn't stopping on: February 11, 2021, 11:52:47 AM
Well I guess it's enough to say Bitcoin adoption isn't stopping since. As you notice every year Bitcoin was gradually increasing its value even before the 2017 ATH and 2021 ATH.
This year is different because big investors like institution and billionaires realized how Bitcoin was so successful and it's continued adoption and popularity.

Bitcoin adoption really don't stop even way back then, many people are adapting the bitcoin and cryptocurrency because they see that there are so many famous people who is using and investing on bitcoin just like for example Elon Musk who is the richest man in the world invest in bitcoin. Many people are starting to adopt this bitcoin due to many people are currently accepting it as an investment form. Soon billionaires and millionaires will invest in bitcoin and also will adopt it.
2578  Economy / Economics / Re: Coronavirus is very harmful to fiat currencies, not bitcoin on: February 11, 2021, 10:46:24 AM
You're correct Corona infection isn't hurtful for bitcoin rather it encourages the bitcoin to develop more.
At the point when the infection happens numerous business goes down and people groups begin remaining at home.
All the stocks market shut down and individuals begin thinking to put resources into bitcoin and digital currency, which changed the bitcoin market.
Presently bitcoin cost is higher in contrast with the most recent year cost.

Coronavirus was really harmful to the fiat currency because we can see that due to this virus many people are intent to use digital money like buying things online and paying it online to avoid physical contact or physical money when payment is there. In my country, they are already using paymaya and gcash as a mode of payment because they are avoiding the spreading of viruses that might get in the physical cash or fiat. Not just only numerous businesses have been going down but almost all of the businesses become bankrupt due to the lockdown that has been happened to us, we can see that the stock market was in a red situation and also going down due to this coronavirus.
2579  Economy / Economics / Re: After 1 year of Covid 19 Virus on: February 10, 2021, 04:48:09 PM
After 1 year, covid19 will be just become a normal virus that everyday is there. After 1 year of this pandemic I am hoping that those people that has been affected and businesses that has been closed due to this virus, will rise again and soon it may open again. Hoping for all the good opportunities to all the people who has been really affected by this pandemic.
After all of this, the sun will shine again towards on us.
2580  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why do people follow Elon Musk? on: February 10, 2021, 04:10:19 PM
People follow him because he is the biggest man in cryptocurrency What he says happens. Is one of the people and when he speaks it is clear and easy.
He is a successful man in cryptocurrency The coin he talks about gets his price up. a few days ago he tweeted about dogecoin and check his price where are you. I think that's why people follow Elon Musk.
No he is not the biggest man in the cryptocurrency, the reason why people are following Elon Musk is because he is famous and he is the founder of the spaceX and simply because he is one of the most intelligent man in the world, he is the only one saying that Mars will be eventually inhabitable by man. People called him "Alien" because of the mind that he has, aside from this Elon Musk was one of the biggest reason why doge and bitcoin is pumping up. Imagine he buys 1.5b of bitcoin that's why many people are following him right now.
