2583  Economy / Gambling / AnyChance Of A New Bitvegas Minecraft Casino? on: August 25, 2015, 02:02:31 PM
some people may not know but awhile back there was a quite popular minecraft casino ran by a fella that went by the name of MurderScene
After sometime he kinda just vanished without a trace, supposedly he had emptied the hot wallet and ran, he also seemed to be the owner of
a scam website https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=499972.0 bitads.net , i see that the site was being revived after his disappearance https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=573278.0
but nothing ever came to be of it. Anyways i was just making this thread to see if anyone had anymore light to shed on the subject... or had any knowledge about it's revival

the house will always win in the end, but if your lucky, you can hit it big off dice, or just get a really good set of wins playing blackjack and win xfold your money
but that goes both ways, you can end losing it all in seconds  Grin

I'll just head to sleep and hope for the best in the AM.

For what it's worth, I now have 2 withdrawals pending, around 8 BTC total.

Waiting on a withdrawal for over 8 hours now for 3.1 btc ... also created a ticket without a response.

How's this considered #1 site for crypto when they don't even have instant withdrawals?

Send FJ a Pm He's normally really quick with replies, but it seems he's offline atm he may have headed off to bed...
well that's great been having a good night it seems? Im sure he will get back to you first thing in the am, goodnight man have a good one!

We are firm on the ending time of 8 PM EST. There will be no delays.

So that was a lie...

It doen't matter if it was an exchange withdrawal or something else, the deadline was already over according to the block chain.

it was from an exchange, so it was sent minutes before it actually showed up, and the countdown on the ann thread was showing 57seconds still.

lets just agree that it will help the coin. i mean we only have a 2k usd market  cap, lets just move on to distribution.

If you promise something you should stick to it(-> ICO over at 8 pm means no funds will be raised after that, even if it's only 3 min).

If you wanted to invest, you could have done that earlier, the ICO was over.
i personally don't see a problem with him accepting a investment that was 3 minutes late, the ico funds raised aren't that big of a deal the 1.4btc will help the coin more then not having it so why do you have a problem with it?

//stuff about pizza parties and freerolls

Essentially, there are three groups of people in the crypto world:

1) 99%: those who want to get rich for free/by doing nothing (aka "I'm going to exploit the crap out of everything I can to make an extra penny because it'll make me rich later!")

2) 0.7%: those who just do freerolls because they aren't good enough to play for real money and/or find that most players are so ridiculously loose/donkeyish that you can't do anything without going all-in and hoping they don't suck out on you

3) 0.3%: those who play ring games/paid tournaments

The hard part is landing #3s. And I'll be the first to admit I fall in #2. I like poker, it's fun and all... but I'm not good enough to take part in paid tournaments/cash games because there are far too many donkeys. I managed to win a bit on Betcoin the other day but that's because someone who kept going all-in every single hand (and had gone from 4 chips to 33 by doing so, winning random hands people called him on) pushed against my KK and lost.
ya ill agree with you on that one, i fall into the #2 i love poker!! but i just can't seem to win at it everytime i pay to join a tournament i always come close to the paid places, so most of the time i just have fun and do freerolls i managed to win a 100mb free roll a couple months back, was fun times i think i might download betcoin again and try my luck a few more times Cheesy

2598  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What is your favorite type of gambling? on: August 24, 2015, 06:44:33 PM
poker, and leveraged trading are my two forms of gambling i've really been enjoying trading on poloniex with 2.5x leverage the swings you can get are crazy, but if you make the wrong call you can be  drowning faster then someone with a brick tied to their ankle!!

2600  Economy / Lending / Re: Looking for loan 0.7btc (with collateral) on: August 18, 2015, 03:20:43 PM
hold on, and no that's not me that's my dad's lol, i found the address in my history it wasnt posted in a post it was posted in a picture of my mintpal account

has any1 gotten anything back from mintpal it's been so long =/ i don't know what to do

They are gone, most of the stolen alt coins were moved over christmas and dumped on the markets, the BTC has gone in Ryan Kennedys pockets. Doubt any of us will ever see that money again even if Kennedy gets punished for his crimes

In that case it's little doubtful, I personally wouldn't take an account as collateral with a message signed with that address. The fact it's on an image and yours is not the only account that controls its private key (at least your dad hashmaster1 does too) don't help at all.

Anyway you haven't responded to the comments regarding you're offering insufficient collateral. You should increase the collateral, lower the loan amount or lock the thread.
yes i'll be doing this in a minute working out a deal as we speak with an escrow involved
