BITMAIN, are you working on a next generation Antminer with lower power usage per GH? I suspect a lot of your repeat customers are close to maxed out on power usage, so a product that uses under 1W/GH would be ideal.
I would love to buy more Ants, but I'm having trouble dealing with the amount of heat that is being generated by the existing ones that I already have.
From past history and knowing the sort of market there is here they aren't going to say anything until they have something in stock. It would decimate their existing sales if they announced a next gen miner.

just patched the ports issue and changed IP's and passwords.. still want to update the firmware
I wouldn't bother it just maxes out the CPU and causes problems. Also don't open ports from the public internet to your miners, setup a VPN to your firewall and network and do it that way. Don't mess about with this stuff half heartedly.

i looked at the mining pool a few minutes ago and one of my miners was offline... strange i thought, so i checked the miner through the web and someones hacked/changed my worker details are set to btcurl.ch4 they - off my other workers and this has been added to the ssh-keys ssh-dss AAAAB3NzaC1kc3MAAACBANPLYv0LbB5IrH4M897uha5h56/XUzkGnY3Rcclw2GO5RaVhaHI43jKBTaAJOVEfO2+9YvemcSXAvFOpvSKjmFSLdKoQMLvZnqQTtsM/Z30/jEDJIXCgJlYKC9yyuWHBk4gar0GOdCvTz6mX6AhnaKy3WG+E9MsIjXMmEmJicK5RAAAAFQCGbWk0HJG2YT/oc5djQxGUu6hNIQAAAIEAznZ2v7fhT4JkxOECq7oe6yKxfUMjVU11YPqIZSQjrT4btN5EVWMGLv1/rQcFIwHQiW1rP+hkS9gDvVlzb3/9tBqJE7tYaAHO8CUhOZiq0GJ/ebMTH7SY6f9DZ+BPjuXwcjPbD16Sp3ri/Bg1rUniPV33HDx+RQtARkNTOudW8UMAAACAFi+1zXYIZ2/I+sL9/nLD1knjRDkVYkZApqp90NF671pt3x0hO+iLfH4hp7eBAX+dG+d52zptdKcTOakK1vwxhjZ1V0j/iqkWIj68urHdzqFnKq4tZEQYr7xsyHAUtafpOWfvjfF9jOHVAmrs1mIOBgh66IaKdXSu8G8ur3jEbDs= btcurl0987@vm-0.btcurl0987.koding.kd.ioonly the miner on 192.168.x.99 was compromised, the only computer running on this network is a raspberry pi where can i get the latest firmware?? So you must have ports open from the outside of your network through your router to the miner.

Take a chill pill guys.
You ain't my guy, fella! I am not going to be happy that orders a WEEK after mine are shipping and I am left paying more and getting later. If they want me to be chill try shipping in order! SHIPPED!! damn they stay up late in China, THANKS Bitmain Looks like he was "your guy" after all, his advice was exactly what you needed to do, other than emailing or PM'ing them rather than ranting all over the forum.

You think leave it as it is
Hashing at 640 gh Code 211
And firmware 1.00
How did you overclock 1.0? The cgminer.sh file is different. +1 I have a jupiter October 4vrm to 247Gh using 221 firm 0.99.1 tune, I've updated to 1.0 and now firm not give OC, the lines are different from 0.99.1 tune. help please Surely you kept a backup of your overclock.sh or zzz.sh or cgminer.sh before you upgraded right? It should be in your /config directory like the original overclocking instructions indicated. You didn't modify the original cgminer.sh directly did you? I guess even if you did modify it you kept a copy just in case you overclocked too far and needed to go back or made a mistake and corrupted the original. Last resort is to flash back to 0.99 (non tune version) then start again from the beginning. Also FYI if you had kept the modified cgminer.sh from before the flash you can run it and it will overclock like before even with v1.0 of the firmware.

So, still no news about my 16th February order...
Pay Details Pay 2.9 BTC Pay Confirm 2.9 BTC Date 2014-02-16 16:06:29 No shipping update today, not like the last 3 deliveries and now the price is lower. So what was the advantage of paying on the 16th?? Ugh I think they skipped over the 16th orders. Waiting till end of week before head explodes. What is the deal BITMAIN?? For fuck's sake, i woke up at 3AM that morning to place the 'limited orders', now to find out that whoever ordered them two days ago, already got theirs shipped. Think this was my last order Bet yours is due on Thursday.

Legit attempt to start up a business. So far everything their claim can be proved and I did not come across any inconsistency when examining their Internet page. http://www.companiesintheuk.co.uk/ltd/hashrahttp://hashra.com/about/After we the founders (Simon and Steven) were continuously let down by suppliers for miners that never materialized or arrived on time resulted in us creating direct partnerships with suppliers in China for our own mining hardware. It wasn't long till we realized that our partnerships could benefit other Crypto miners and so HASHRA was born. Address 145-157 ST JOHN STREET LONDON ENGLAND EC1V 4PW (32,015 companies also use this postcode, this is probably a mail forwarding service address)Hey Simon why not put your actual physical business address on the web site?

They haven't been shipped yet (my mistake, it was the 26th and the 23rd but still in time for the shipment cut-off) They havent been marked as shipped, its normal for BITMAIN to ship before updating the web site. There are loads of examples of this already in this thread. They were all ordered before the 23rd cutoff date so they will have been shipped on the 24th and 25th. If, when you get the tracking details it shows they were shipped after the 25th then you will have a case for claiming a coupon and going by past history with BITMAIN you will probably get one.

It is interesting that $10K will buy you just under 3TH of Antminers delivered in the next few days. Much higher power usage than even a Jupiter but you do start earning faster. But with the drop of BTC value its a bit of a crap-shoot what to do. I'm holding for now.. hodling.. hodoring..

In the next few days, Bitmain will adjust the price of the S1 miner on a daily basis. We will reflect the shipping date difference, which means every time our website store manager deliver the order information into the shipping system at the 18:00PM of Beijing, the price will be adjusted. So please don't be pissed off if you buy the S1 then only 1 minutes later the price dropped a little bit. It only means that you have caught today's last bus.
That should be interesting to say the least.

“ In fact, since launched in January, more than 50 sets of JT Miners have been running stably in mining pools for half month without any crashes or hardware problems. The real life performance has been excellent: with 1TH/s hash computing power under low-power mode (can be overclocked as high as 1.2 TH/S under better cooling condition), the power consumption is 640W (ASIC consumption) when being tested on wall socket at 923W (can be optimized at 750W-830W in the newer version). These figures suggest that JT Miner is the most powerful and one of the most energy efficient Bitcoin mining devices utilizing the smallest silicon die area in the market. ”[http://www.jtminer.com/jt-miner-goes-live-for-sale ] Now we know who has been cashing-out all the BTC... So... mining since January... with 50THs+... Now you can't get reward, so you are "selling" your used hardware, since you contributed to the fall of BTC value directly. $6000 here in the forums, but your website you say $8000... And still pre-order. Yet, for less, everyone is selling those same miners, also as a pre-order. What advantage do we have by buying your over-priced used miners, or hope for the new ones that are pre-orders. I am not seeing the advantage here. You could make more just buying the existing miners, and reselling them. I suppose you might have a good china-base... But at those prices, the units are not any kind of advantage to anyone in china. Good to see you got them running, almost two months ago. Why didn't you sell them than. (Oh wait, I bet you did, and changed names. So you are using other peoples pre-orders, made a new company, get more pre-orders, change your name again, and have 2x more miners to dump on the BTC markets.) Might want to try e-bay... (Though, I am sure you are there selling too, the same 50 miners you already have running.) They are on ebay but not sure if resellers scam or actual Jingtian themselves.
