I'm only learning the Laws of Cricket, and I'm far from understanding all of them, but it looks like the Gods of Gambling want to encourage me on the way. Smiley Quite recently I won 2 multibets in a raw on Sportsbet.io 🏏 :

And I could not refrain from betting with these amazing odds for this game

Especially because they are 8.10 right now if boosted:

I also made this crazy bet

which is, obviously, not very likely to be a winning one, but I keep hearing something like "Of course, this being cricket, there are some delightful complications ...", and I hope they will play in my favour this time. Smiley

Only course of action for me is to let other people know that this platform doesn't pay up. Trying to do things involving legal action should only be a last resort and shouldn't be something that you should think of initially because this may even push the platform into not paying up.

They are not from Mars, aren't they? If they are doing something illegally and are likely to be facing legal prosecution, not paying up just because they want to "punish" you for reporting them is  hardly an option. This way they would only make things worse for them.

They will be scared and will even give you a harder time, so just let other people know of what's happening and that's enough since it threatens their business once people found out about it.

You should never be afraid of that. It's a possible scenario, but most likely they will be the losers in the end.
2583  Economy / Gambling / Re: Casino Game on: October 21, 2022, 09:42:30 AM
~ This is interesting. Can you tell more about this bot, please?

As for the artificial intelligence used for gambling I know it was used for poker, and pretty successfully, btw, in the case with Pluribus, but, as far as I understand, it's very costly. It's not just code for a gambling bot,  AI needs a lot of processing power and storage capacity.

Ah yes, there is a bot that was promoting on a casino site but that turned out to be false, a friend who is in the USA told me about it, more because there he was not allowed to register in any, so the bot once it was registered it, programmed it and played for the person, supposedly making large profits, but there a cousin of his paid and it turned out that he was scammed, then that bot was promoted by a strange site that did allow online play in the USA, but it turned out to be all a farce , this week I asked her and she told me that his friend had spent 800usd in total for the bot, but that in the end he didn't get anything.

That's what I thought! Smiley Gambling bots that can make you win for sure is scam. There are dice bots, and they are legit, but their creators don't promise you to win. You can use them if it gives you more entertainment, but your chances of winning remain the same as without using them.

~ Interesting experience. I think it's good that you didn't try to "be on their level" and bet big amounts in order to get their respect. I actually can relate to your story. I'm almost always betting very small money, like $0.10 or $0.20, and sometimes I have exactly this feeling of embarrassment you mentioned, when I post about me winning $15 with 150x of my bet win, while other people would bet $10 instead of 10 cents, and win $1,500 with the same luck. But I try to banish feeling of embarrassment because I know, there's no shame in not being rich.

Yes, you are right, for my part I try to see gambling as a business, but a high-risk business, but when very small bets are made there is a great probability of winning, but sometimes it is much better to leave with a positive balance than to lose, a loss will always be that, instead a profit, no matter how little, will mean more and that more in the long term will be much better and it is similar to how it is in trading, there will be very good ways to win, but as long as you have little capital it is difficult to achieve something that is quite relevant, only in the long term, if there is a lot of capital things are different, a bet like the one you say is always better, if you can bet 10usd it would be ideal, but sometimes the limitations are obvious to some of us.

Limitations is a good thing for all of us, no matter how much money we have. If you are a millionaire but you can't put limitations on your bets, you are likely to lose everything you have very quickly. Yes, there's always a chance to win big if you place higher bets, but the tragedy of losing all your money is grater than the happiness from adding, say, another million to your 10 millions.

~you are welcome @betwrong

I often hear sayings about money is evil coming from rich people, they indoctrinate us to still have no money, ~

I think it's more complicated than that. Only very stupid rich people can be telling us "money is evil" because, if you think of it, they need us to worship money and work hard to earn it. They would lose all their riches if we were thinking "money is nothing", and they would die of hunger because no one would give them food in exchange for their money.
2585  Economy / Economics / Re: How to save as food inflation jumps more than 11% in a year on: October 20, 2022, 12:15:28 PM
~ Yes, I like the tips in this thread too. They can be very useful in times like these.

From my own experience I can add that we can catch fishes if living close to a river, sea or pond. We can pick berries and nuts if there's a forest nearby. We, humans, were hunter-gatherers for most of our existence, so, we are wired for this activity, and that's why we like it so much.
These are not the type of tips that we need right now in the year 2022, when we are so close to 2023. The industrial age already happened, we should have incredibly cheap food all around us,

You are right, and we were having it in much of the world, till recently. A lot of bad things happened to our world in the recent times and that's why today many people encounter problems they couldn't imagine they would, like lack of electricity, food, water ... the basics.

It's not about abandoning achievements of the civilization, it's about surviving in times like these.

I'm sure, it's going to be a temporary problem, and humanity will find a way to deal with it sooner than various scaremongers predict. And instead of suffering during the hard times we can try to have some fun with fishing, catching shrimps, gathering mussels, picking berries and nuts in the woods, and many other things, depending on where we live.

I think it is better to be trying to find joy in life under any circumstances instead of just suffering and spreading panic.

Hi Guys,

How EPIC is this multi? and the story behind it is huge!   Grin Grin

I almost thought it needed a thread to itself!

One of our brave Brazillian Punters was on a huge roll until the Ceara v Cuiaba match, with his selection starting to fall behind.

An all-in fight broke out in the match and the Sportbet.io traders voided that match for all concerned, which helped this customer keep powering on through his 10-leg ACCA.   Wink Wink

Coming into the 10th leg, his selection started to fall behind and he took the opportunity to CASHOUT mid-match.  Shocked Shocked

The match ended up going against his pick and would have been LOST  Undecided

The customer was CHEERING with his CASHOUT turning 45 BRL  into a 26,824 BRL Payout!!   Cool Cool

WELL PLAYED SIR!!

regards,

Steve.
Sportsbet.io

That's epic, indeed! The guy won over 5,000 USD with that. And didn't he cash out just in time? Good job!

Yesterday I tried to bet with some crazy odds too, but got nothing to brag about:

But this failure won't stop me! Smiley I love betting with odds above 100, and I will continue to do so.
2587  Economy / Gambling / Re: What is a game you would like to see in an online crypto casino? on: October 20, 2022, 10:12:41 AM
I like all the suggestions here already, but maybe stop feeding a thread whose OP last posted over 2 months ago right? Don't think the casino they're promoting even did a single suggestion that was put forward either.

If I was going to do it, open a new thread for the suggestions listed, moderated to cut spam and hope casino operators out there see it. Actually, maybe a good idea hm Smiley
And on the contrary, it seems to me that it is worth continuing the discussion of options for new games in this topic.

The fact that the OP does not write in the topic does not mean that he does not read this topic and that BTT users are offering.  It is quite possible for OP to listen to the proposals of new games and even try to implement them in the casino.  Probably not worth opening a new thread.  There are already a lot of game suggestions discussed in this thread.  For example Ludo, and other games.
So I think it's worth continuing here.

I totally agree with you, mate! Instead of opening new threads with similar topics, it is better to use this thread, which has a perfect title, by the way, "What is a game you would like to see in an online crypto casino?".

It doesn't matter that OP has abandoned this place long time ago. Our replies are not for him/her individually to read, they are for everyone interested in what new games gamblers want to play. It can be old forgotten games from the past, or we can invent absolutely new ones and suggest them in this thread.

Its true we have a Double Up feature, where you can double your winnings but the RTP is always 96% never change, actually, here the player has the option to see the card of the dealer first  Smiley  so you can call or not. ~

This is interesting. Can you elaborate a bit more on this, please? Which Endorphina slot are you talking about? Sounds like Blackjack, but it's a slot, right? I want to try it out! Smiley

~ regarding the website, they don't have the new releases for 2022 but I will try to contact them

Wow! I just checked bitcoincasinokings, and it's not there anymore! You have contacted them really fast, mate! Smiley
2589  Economy / Gambling / Re: The History Of Gambling. on: October 20, 2022, 09:20:31 AM
Ancient Indian texts shows that gambling was a part of people's life.

Type of gambling may vary from country to country/people to people.

Gambling habit had started one of the biggest wars of Indian History i.e. Mahaabhaarata.

Here is an article about it if you wants to know more: https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC2910357/

It's about compulsive gambling, but probably in older times almost all gamblers were gambling addicts. That's because people weren't cultured much in the past, and hence they were greedy and envious beyond measure. They could put at stake their children and wife , they could easily kill out of rage. Only a few people are like that these days. Because of the education today we have higher level of morale than people used to have in the past. And that's why we can be responsible gamblers.

~
I'll say from my own experience. I play different slots with various RTP, including Mega Moolah with 88% RTP seeing it like buying a lottery ticket, and, with the exception of Mega Moolah, I have never felt the difference. I mean, high volatility slots still providing you with small wins, and the frequency of those wins are often higher than on low volatility slots. Just recently I lost almost 20 bets in a row on a low volatility slot. This never happened to me when I was playing Money Train 2, and I played that slot a lot.
Your experience is surprising because when the hit ratio is low it's very quickly noticeable for the players usually. Quicker than a low RTP IMO.

You're probably right, but I was talking about my experience with slots of high and low RTP. Hit ratio is something similar to slot volatility, no? On low volatility slots hit rates are higher, but, on average, you are getting lower payouts on your hits. On high volatility slots you are rewarded less frequently, but you can get some really big wins(my favourite kind of slots).

And you are right, my experience is surprising, but that's how I feel. Maybe it's just because of my expectations, when after playing high volatility slots I expect much higher hit ratio on low volatility ones than I'm getting in reality. Smiley
2592  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: 2024 Bitcoin Halving - What are Your Expectations!!! on: October 19, 2022, 01:55:36 PM
Like clockwork:

^^This is a nice one! Yes, it is expected that somewhere around 2024 Bitcoin Halving the price will start going up, but looking at the Bitcoin yearly trend we can expect the beginning of the process sooner than in a year. And why not? If you can afford holding your BTC for years, why don't buy BTC at $20k instead of buying at $40k a few months later, even though buying at $40k is a pretty good deal too?

This is what is called a 4 year cycle, everyone will wait for the Halving moment, and certainly will expect a lot with growth in all markets, even though we are in a bear market right now, here is my hope that in the coming year there will be no downturn in the world economic system,  because many large countries have been affected by the downturn in a very chaotic economic system, many companies are experiencing losses and not to mention the impact of the current inflation, demanding that all countries raise prices for the necessities of life, at least in the upcoming Halving in 2023 at least  The growth in the crypto market is not affected by the problems that are being talked about in all foreign media.

What media is saying about ups and downs in the crypto market is rarely true, if ever. When a rise happens, it's easy to make up some "causes" post factum, and that's what they are doing, basically. They are even more inventive when a falling happens, because bad news always attract more attention.
2593  Economy / Gambling / Re: Duelbits.com | Casino & Sportsbook | VIP | on: October 19, 2022, 12:02:25 PM
With so many online casinos it's not easy to stand out in a good way so that gamblers would prefer your site to others. And having a professional support team, with which all your customers are pleased, can surely help in that regard.
A very professional, quick response and have a great communication will surely make the gamblers respect the customer service and they will remember the casino is really solving their issues ASAP. I think promotion and bonus could attract me first to play a new casino, but when I already play more longer and I have an issue, customer service is the first consideration for me to stick with that's casino or not. I would rather choose a good representative among others including bonus.
I agree. In the beginning, I didn't really care if a casino had a good costumer support or not, but once you need it you really realize the importance of it. A fast response is important for live chat agents (nobody has patience lol) but bigger issues can take quite a while before the investigation is done and you get a reply back.
customer support has become one of the important things in a platform that provides services, especially the gambling business. it's not wrong to employ people who can respond to user complaints within 24 hours.
I have ever worked for 1 year in customer support in an e-commerce company, so I understand the importance of responsive CS. I'm sure duelbits developers and owners understand that.

From my experience, it's actually much less than 24 hours until you get a response on a platform where a costumer support is really good. You get a reply within 10 minutes, and your problem is solved within an hour , or even faster. But I agree that 24 hours is okay too. It's just shouldn't be longer than that.

I'm sure he won his golden tickets from wagering because a few months ago freebitco.in PR announced that the same user was leading the ranks on the Daily Jackpot:

Well spotted, mate! That's a valuable info, and here's a merit for that! Smiley

But I want to add that the guy who won the Lambo this time was one of the luckiest among all the winners so far. Check out the post by @hosseinimr93 below

BTW, it's bad winners of previous rounds aren't displayed on Freebitco.in. It would be interesting to compare how many tickets they had. From what I remember, they had much more.
The winner of round 1 had 185 tickets. [Ref.]
The winner of round 2 had 201,566 tickets. [Ref.]
The winner of round 3 had 1,626 tickets. [Ref.]
The winner of round 4 had 882,251 tickets. [Ref.]
The winner of round 5 had 473 tickets. [Ref.]
The winner of round 6 had 4,305 tickets. [Ref.]

Oh, and I almost forgot! Now we know who the guy is. Here's the very first post by him on this forum:

I just won $20 at FreeBitco.in!

I would get 3 out of 4 correct. But obviously the slip would be a losing one since Liverpool was able to kick City out from Anfield.

Fun fact, I am a Liverpool fan and this is first time after long long time I put something or even thought in mind that Liverpool was going to lose the match. But happy for the win especially against City. Considering the recent form we needed this win, so this win is special.

Same here. Just like you, @BitcoinGirl.Club, I am a Liverpool fan, and just like you, I thought they were going to lose to Man City this time. And when City scored it looked like we were right ... but no, not scored, because of the earlier incident when Haaland pulled on the shirt of Fabinho

And then, after Alisson's long pass through almost 3 quarters of the field, Mohamed Salah sent the ball into the goal.

Who else but Salah? But let's not forget, it was a brilliant pass by Liverpool's goalkeeper. They say, "Every time Alisson falls while passing the ball it's a goal". Well, I like this saying. It's almost always true. Especially when he assists to Salah. Smiley

Well, I wouldn't call it "going off the rails either"! It's just fun! But fun for people with money (or lots of money (multimillionaires or billionaires)) and people without money is not the same. I guess there's no cap when it comes to how much money can spend a group of friends for a weekend in Vegas, starting from booking the presidential suite or shity room in some motel to playing games with $1 min blind or $10k min blind... and then everything that can come between. Smiley ~

Yes, it is fun for people with money, and the guys in question are people with money, so they can afford spending those amounts of money on entertainment once in a while. They can't do it every day, especially Marcus Jordan definitely shouldn't do it often, but once in 5 or 7 years, why not? Smiley

My point is, Michael Jordan has not spoiled his son, as some people suggest.

Even though we do that, (which I find useful and very great as a fantastic reading resource for the community as a whole) it still remains to be said that even with our precautionary posts on this thread, there will still exist people who believe guys like OP who claim to know some secret, magic BS way of making money out of air. Its a bit sad, really. Especially for the complete newbies who have no idea what they are in for and might come to hate this forum just because they got duped by some guy like OP. It would be, in my thinking, a better forum if we actively started deleting and banning such posts.

I disagree. In my opinion, it is always better to explain why something is bad instead of banning/deleting it. If such posts will be not present on this forum, people will find them somewhere else, where no critical replies can be found, and will get scammed as a result. We don't want that, right? Smiley

~ For me the things that have been discussed in the thread are quite important, I would say that they have a lot of relevance according to the fact that if a novice sees all these discussions he has or could put together a mental scheme so as not to fall into scams, which is not something bad, i would say that instead of closing it, no matter what OP thinks, there is always someone who can get rich because of the thread, at one point i also thought that the best thing to do is to delete or close the thread, but it has had some relevance, and that's what matters, there are many things that I've read and that contribute, I don't see anything wrong with it, if the thread at the end helps even 1 person, I think it's fine.

I'm sure it will help not just one, but many people in the future. It's only a matter of time when people realize how much useful info can be found on this forum. Yes, of course, not all the info here is valuable, there's a lot of spamming here, yes, but in any great library there are many sh*tty books too, right? You just have to find the right ones, ignoring all the garbage.
