BTC does have non-trading use, as this forum should show (though I bet 95% of people just talking about BTC actually don't use it here but that's just my pessimistic outlook).

Btc won't really be "that" much volatile in the future if you ask me. I mean going from 5k to 10k was hard, but certainly not as hard as 500k to 1 million, or going from 10k to 5k seemed easy, but 1 million to 500k wouldn't be that easy. So in the future it may become a bit more stable if you ask me.

However, it's still a smart decision to not want an ATH so soon, it's smart to buy as much as possible and buy as much as possible when it's low, so we could make a profit when the time comes, it would really make more sense. This way you would be accumulating, even in this free faucet you could get so much, not because it gives out a lot right away, but when you grind a lot it makes a lot when the price goes up.

That's what I said though, it will be at a rather stable stage, but in comparison to today anyway. In fact if you look over the last cycle, we've seen Bitcoin lose a lot of the early volatility. Again this is comparing BTC to BTC, not other currencies.

If you check the WoF prize table, you'll see that users can win both 5k sats and 5k RP with the same probability. So 5k RP isn't the only rarest prize among the base ones, and it's just a random thing that you were able to win 5k sats instead of 5k RP. However, I would say that you were lucky in any case since you won 5k sats a couple of times in 2-3 months. Both prizes are pretty rare, and I wouldn't be surprised if I had no luck winning any of these prizes for 6 months or more.

Who is observing the current status of Freebitcoin site right now? Has anyone observed that they have high wagers going on as we speak. It's both quite similar, but also not exactly the same thing. In dice you have high and low as well where you have to guess if it will be higher or lower than a certain number when you roll the dice. At for example 50% chance, you have to say will it be under 50 or over 50 to win, quite similar to here.

So, there is really no difference to speak of, there is one where you are also gambling on numbers, and dice is not really a dice, that's the difference. Dice is something you should physically roll normally, in a world where "there are numbers between 0 to 100, set a level and say if it will be under or over that number to win something" is not really dice, and that's why people mistake them as anything dice related when in fact dice doesn't really have anything to do with it.

The Rolex is very rare odds, so I dont reckon its been won at all because its by far the most unlikely even with the extreme amount of attempts.   The other prizes wont be known often as people who play wont be coming here to say one way or the other or just because they dont speak/write English.   The website is very low effort hassle, going to the trouble of coming here to say I won unless theres a reward for doing which in some prizes there is I dont think will happen most of the time.    Even then people can be a bit lost and post random BTC address to this thread, was one the other day.

We had this discussion before and came to the conclusion that the odds of winning the Rolex are really 1 in 4.294967295 billion. For the other prizes it is just as easy as looking at the prize table.

After reading this post I decided to read through the details of how the spins are calculated. It says that the decimal is rounded down to the the nearest whole number. That would make the odds for winning the Rolex 1 in 4294967295 since there is nothing that can be rounded down to 1 billion and only the maximum 8 digit hexadecimal number is able to get a result of exactly 1 billion.

There was also a third forum user, Kryptoverdienst, who had only made a single post in the 'big wins on FreeBitco.in' thread over 4 years ago. His account shows he logged in a few days after winning the prize, I'm guessing he was probably getting a bunch of email notifications from forum users trying to message him.

Therefore, we have seen 3 Lamborghini winners in bitcointalk forum out of the 7 winners. That's quite surprising.

That’s a question though, would you rather get 5 lambo tickets, or would you rather get like 1 lambo ticket worth of satoshi directly? It all depends on the person and what they would normally do.

If I have just 1 lambo ticket, then all the other lambo tickets are useless to me, I do not aim at collecting a lot, I just like to have 1 so that I feel like I have a chance and then I don't want anymore, if I get it by luck like this that’s fine, but if I am offered even half of that as satoshi then I would pick that instead.
