I dont think BTC will ever get dump. Not now or in the near future. There are downs but it will definitely rebound and downs are just a part of the market. So being dumped is still far from happening.

All of the major exchange site such as polo, kraken. But you can try to use middle tier exchange such as bittrex livecoin and liqui. All of them are legit sites in my experience. I don't ever have a problem with once of them. They give limited daily trade for you if you don't wan to try to verying your self. |
