Just started my transfer. In the field you asked for timestamp of transfer. I realize that I wrote my local time and timezone. Do you think that will be a problem? I am asking because I do not know how your procedure works.

If it goes lower now I will risk 1k$. No, I can't afford to.

Oh OK, so that means you agree with the ACtM strategy to produce a 'sub-optimal' chip in a fast turn-around process that gives huge cost advantage and bulk manufacturing capacity in market that is time critical and with purchasers deciding on profit over outlay not theoretical chip spec? I think we can leave that there then.
I think this possibly actually can give them the 28nm before everyone else.

Anyone have any insight on the price difference between bitfunder and BTCT?

In Bitfunder there is people that bought at the original AMC IPO at 0'0005 so they are probably more willing to sell at 0'004x that people on BTCT that started buying at a higher price.
You may be right.

Anyone have any insight on the price difference between bitfunder and BTCT?

I've always been under the impression this was due to volume differences between the two exchanges.

But volume shouldn't affect the price like we see it does. I believe the price should change slower than a exchange with higher volume. But the price has been around the 0.0053-55 mark on BTCT for some days now. That is what makes me wonder.

270  Bitcoin / Mining speculation / Re: ASIC Mafia, Mining HW Ponzi scheme on: August 18, 2013, 04:33:12 PM
Do you think that is like that? Is this the begining of a bitcoin mafia? In the case that finally this is proved to be like this, is there any way that this could be illegal? As they are dealing with virtual currencies there is very little legislation regarding this...

No one is stopping you from starting your own ASIC mining hardware company. If there was someone trying to stop you, or regulate the creation of ASIC mining hardware out of existence, THAT would be the mafia. No, it is still a free market as far as I can see, and very competitive.
^This. You are absolutely right. There is no Mafia. The vendors can't afford to go forward with the marketing OP suggested anyways. We wouldn't buy their ASICs.

272  Economy / Securities / Re: Who is BTC Garden scammer? on: August 12, 2013, 07:27:32 AM
This is true. No, you have to manipulate someone enough so they will report your false info to the police. As this market would be in grave danger as a whole if this action weren't taken.

To answer your question, banks will be obsolete. As every individual is in control of their own economy there is no need for banks.
