261  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is Dogecoin real or a meme? on: November 04, 2019, 04:59:07 PM
doge is real, but from the start nobody really took this coin seriously. they call it a joke coin, and on average they use doge for tips. however, almost all exchanges today support doge. and the DOGE trading volume is large enough for a meme coin. this can't even be compared to altcoin shit. and I like doge, because it's cheap and the price is quite stable.
262  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Litecoin at the end of 2019? on: November 03, 2019, 03:31:52 PM
if at the end of the year there is a pump, maybe Litecoin will be one of the altcoins that will experience a high increase. After halving Litecoin yesterday, LTC has not yet increased in price, but there are still many people who believe in this coin. So it means if there is a pump, there will be many people who will go back to buy LTC because ltc looks profitable.
263  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is BAT the DOGE killer? on: November 02, 2019, 03:16:17 PM

Basic attention token also allows to tip content creators. But it offers much more than Dogecoin (e.g. a new advertising system).

What do you guys think? Can DOGE and BAT coexist (e.g. due to different user groups) or will BAT make DOGE obsolete?

BAT offers more than doge caused by there was an active developer are still developing the BAT platform while doge has no developer to continue the development progress to create an innovation use doge
That doesn't make sense to create a comparison between doge and BAT. But doge seems to be a winner in this case caused by even without the support from the developer and so many people are still using it. Doge and BAT have a different purpose and both can't co-exist.

BAT will not make DOGE becomes obsolete and the fact that most of the people are still using doge as a crypto to be used to tip others or something else. You must not create a comparison based on how its platform is supporting such a token but you must consider all of the aspects.

from the beginning doge did not have serious development. Initially these coins existed only as jokes for bitcoin. so we won't be able to compare coins that have a serious team and goal with coins that are just for fun.

but even so, I agree with you that the doge will never be obsolete and irreplaceable.
264  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: What is happening with ETHEREUM Now? on: November 02, 2019, 02:11:49 PM
I want to know the opinion of all crypto friends in this forum about Ethereum, because the price of Ethereum is currently unable to rise beyond the $ 300 figure. ethereum prices are only between $ 150 - $ 250. and this incident makes me wonder, why did this happen to Ethereum ??

there are many reasons why that happens, but the main thing is because the ICO hype is over. many people have started to stop investing in new projects. and another reason is because there are already many Dapps platforms today such as Tron, ADA, EOS, Waves, Stellar, and others. this is what makes the interest in ethereum has begun to fall. plus the ethereum platform is now quite obsolete compared to its competitors, many are disappointed to date ethereum has not adopted POS and the scalability problem also has not found a solution.
265  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Ethereum 2.0 rollout report released by binance on: November 01, 2019, 05:02:02 PM
if binance believes that ethereum 2.0 will have an impact on the market, maybe we should also believe it. I hope this prediction is appropriate later, do not need 2x, the most important thing is there is enough increase for me. the current ethereum price is not up to standard and it is very influential on all projects that use the ethereum platform.
266  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: BTC&ALTS price direct proportional? on: October 31, 2019, 03:50:59 PM
not always directly proportional. because when bitcoin goes up, usually altcoin is red. You can see it for yourself, when bitcoin is pumped all altcoin has decreased. so almost never both of them go up together. there will definitely be a pause, every time there is a pump on the market. either the silent bitcoin, or the red altcoin first.
267  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do you believe that blockchain would empower the systems of the future? on: October 31, 2019, 04:31:04 AM
We have been seeing news about major industry players dabbling into blockchain technology since Bitcoin rose into popularity. Are they merely hyping the technology, or is it really worth all the media attention that it gets?

it certainly deserves attention. blockchain technology like the internet when it was first introduced. many think it's not very useful, but in the end it becomes irreplaceable. and I think in the future everything will be decentralized, because the blockchain has changed everyone's mind.
268  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Will Initial Model Offering(IMO) replace Initial Exchange Offering(IEO)? on: October 30, 2019, 04:55:04 PM
I think this is a good way, but if it isn't done by a large exchange the results will not be maximal. same as IEO, if IEO is not in a big exchange, in the end it will only be one failed project. so if a large exchange routinely launches lunchpad such as binance using this method, maybe projects that partner with it will become projects that are of interest to investors.
269  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: China can easily launch a coin while Facebook is having a hard time on: October 30, 2019, 02:28:55 AM
yes you're right China is being supported by the government, maybe this is what distinguishes it from the Libra project. When Facebook was looking for support, China began developing crypto coins that would shake the world. but even so until now it seems that the country is still anti-bitcoin. this might be a dilemma for all of us. We hope there is a new season, but when there is hope. hope that's not good ...
270  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What do you do when a project fails you as abounty hunter or investor on: October 29, 2019, 07:36:40 AM
I suggest that whenever this situations arise, rather than telling the whole world how you messed up, tell yourself never again and pick up your pieces, go back to the drawing board and never repeat 🔂 that same action that lead you to following and supporting a failed / scam project in the first place.

No the best method to avoid falling for this worthless promises is by been very skeptical about any project you come across. Been skeptical is one of rhe many qualities you should develop as a cryptocurrency Investors, more qualifiies can be found here; Qualities worth developing as a crypto enthusiast (Investor). Instead of relying merely on the promise of project and invest via ICO or IEO you can keep tab on the project, monitoring it then invest once it successfully delivered what it promise on the WhitePaper.

This strategy would prevent you falling victims to scam projects although there's a little price you would pay, which involves not benefiting the total ROI if you had invested during the early days of the project but still it's a safer option then relying on just promises without seeing any working product.

I agree with you, we better see them work first before investing. investing while still in IEO/ICO is not the right choice because it is very risky now. it is better to invest when the project has been running for 3-4 months or when the project has completed several stages in their roadmap. this looks promising and is proven to be safer. but maybe for those who want to get quick profits this way seems very slow and too much time wasting.
271  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] [IEO] CurioInvest - Bringing collectables into the digital world on: October 29, 2019, 03:00:47 AM
now I see prices falling in the market, I still hold their tokens and hope to go up again after all the Bounty distribution tokens have been distributed, but I still doubt they can return or even maintain current prices, will they register new markets or not?

There are talks on the main telegram group about CurioInvest getting listed on Binance dex next month but this isn't official yet. I only read it on the main telegram group just recently.
The CTO Vladimir Kislinskii made this comment. Check it here: https://t.me/curiocarQA/29516

"Isn't official"? Sounds like the admin right up promises listing it next month, and since it's not up to him/her, but up to binance chain validators, that promise is lie already.
Can we see that proposal request on the chain? I highly doubt that they have money for the listing anyway because they still haven't shown how many tokens has been sold;
None would be my guess but they can easily prove me wrong if they want.

yes you're right, as long as binance hasn't made a statement about this. hard to believe in their promises. everyone can say anything just to convince someone. as well as the curio team, maybe they say that so investors are a little calmer. so it's better not to get their hopes up.
272  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do people still create new ERC20 tokens/projects nowadays? on: October 28, 2019, 02:47:15 PM
for now there are still many. but going forward, I doubt ethereum will survive. there are many good Dapps Platforms, and if ethereum does not have fast or slow progress many projects will migrate to other platforms or even create their own blockchain. one of the problems at ethereum is their slow development. This is not a secret anymore, but many are disappointed with the ethereum team because of this. for this reason many projects are beginning to rethink whether they continue to use ERC20 or not.
273  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Asia can be the biggest crypto market on: October 28, 2019, 02:10:39 PM
Asia, especially China, is indeed a potential market for crypto. Many investors come from there, and Asian countries are quite friendly with Crypto. Japan, South Korea and Singapore are quite friendly with the crypto community. and recently Chinese president Xi Jinping, during a speech said that the blockchain is an important technology for technological progress. and I think that's an implied statement that he's enthusiastic about blockchain and crypto.

275  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: ANALYST: ALTCOIN SEASON has almost arrived on: October 25, 2019, 04:26:51 PM

 Grin Grin Grin Grin
oh shit, that's right. but come on let him be happy first, it might be a painkiller from losses on the market.

Things like this keep happening every time Altcoin goes up 5-10% on the market, many people say the Alt season is almost here. and see nothing has changed. LOL...
276  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: What is your opinion about MinexCoin on: October 24, 2019, 08:20:38 PM

Dear Community

I want to know now is right time to buy/ invest MinexCoin ?

Thank's

Keep away! It's a failed/scam project. Boris never delivers the promise card. I personally lose my Minexcoin using their wallet that I download on their website.

Check there ANN thread: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5090539.0
Minexcoin Official Bitcointalk Account: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=894070

They are pro scammer!

yes you're right, the project was a scam. don't invest there. the project team are all bad guys, I curse them. those that cause prices to fall until they are no longer valuable.
277  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: who else think Litecoin will go huge? on: October 23, 2019, 03:25:32 PM
I think as long LTC still stable in that price, or maybe not dumped very much it already good for me. Sometime when i want to send coin between exchanges, i use LTC because it have small fee and if the price increased it will be better then.
low fee.. this is one of the strong reasons that make Litecoin in great demand, I personally move assets from one large exchange to another large exchange with Litecoin and Stellar.

yes you're right, litecoin transfer fees are quite cheap and therefore many use it to transfer their funds. besides since halving them a few months ago, the number of ltc circulating in the market slowly began to decrease due to the reduction in rewards per block. so Litecoin actually has all the reasons to be able to recover. just because of several factors cause ltc is still sideways today. I think it's only a matter of time, so I will continue to believe until the time for ltc comes.
278  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What kind of Altcoins have a future? on: October 23, 2019, 02:48:55 PM
The market for Altcoins has been bad recently, and many Altcoins have died and lost a lot of money. What kind of Altcoins do you think will die?thanks for sharing
altcoin that has no real use will die. at this time maybe we can't be sure because the market is in the cold season. but when the market starts to improve, we will realize that potential coins are altcoin which has real use and their platform is already operating.
279  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: WHAT HAPPENED WHILE I WAS GONE? on: October 22, 2019, 08:03:55 PM
You haven't missed anything, because nothing has changed since the beginning of the year. only bitcoin began to show good performance, but now it has stopped for several reasons. but despite that the price of btc is still quite good now and is stable.
280  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Bitcoin SV vs ETH on: October 22, 2019, 05:09:43 PM
Is investing in Bitcoin SV will be more beneficial as it haven't shown full potential yet or ETH will still be dominating in the time to come and should hold onto it ??
I think both are good. but if we talk about the short term ethereum is much more profitable, because soon we will see ethereum 2.0 released. and there will definitely be a lot of speculation that makes the price of ethereum pumps. therefore ethereum is much more profitable for now.
