For my own opinion,Bitcoin is the number 1 in terms of Store of Value,Services in money transfer,Convenience,Security,Investment and etc because all of these things are contained in bitcoin.We all know that bitcoin is most popular when it comes in investment and etc.So people will choose the most popular cryptocurrency so bitcoin become number 1. Indeed! And also, its all about money! Ofcourse, its circulating between the numbers. |

Its even impossible to restore lost private key, how much more taking lots of numbers and letters.Thats why private key is designed like that to secure your wallet from thief.If thats possible you need a long time before you got the right private key.

I think it is pretty obvious. Would Microsoft recommend you buy Apple? Would Amazon recommend you to buy on eBay? Would authorities and central banks recommend you to use Bitcoin?
It's in the best interest of governments you don't use Bitcoin for obvious reasons - they can't control you if you use it.
Yeah, i think so too and i also think that government has this fear if they were legalized or recommend the digital currency what will be the future of it? like they have this thought that, will it be worth it? and will it be a negative or a positive impact in the economy. |

Hi, have you ever thought this? You know that, to import a wallet you need the private key or your seed. Taking as example the private key (the 52 letters key). It could exist the possibility someone create a software whose function was to try thousands of times to find the private key till it is be done.This would be like the process to find the new block in mining, anyway you can try the times you want in order to find it. I think this could be a weakness, correct me if I am wrong. Or comment if you have a kind of solution for this... Regards! If you are not careful then they can steal your btc. But making a program is almost impossible and it just takes so much time. Hackers are more likely to get lucky making phishing sites or keyloggers and get btc that way I agree to this, and i think hackers must face the consequences if they do that. Bitcoin heads will surely find its way to solve the problem if ever that happens and yeah, you should be careful. because if you're not then i think its possible to someone somehow stole your btc. |

I think in the future banks around the world use bitcoin for transactions between countries. its normal for bitcoin going up and down and this is probably the best time to invest in bitcoin right now there are alot of downs that's been happening lately. its also not healthy to keep rising for a long time see what happen on january that's what happen when btc price keeps rising without some downs resulting it to crash.

I can't escape to notice that many users here on forum have terrible rebbelious fear of governments. Like government is some evil devil that will destroy Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies. But is this realy so, do such claims have any reasonable ground at all?
To my opinion the cause for something like that is again ignorance. I think that regulation that is mentioned in many countries is often mixed with centralization which is something that is not natural to Bitcoin because it's functioning totaly different than fiat currencies. Also some warnings to people that Bitcoin is volatile and risky investment that come from national banks are often interpretated as hostile behaviour towards Bitcoin and attempts to make people not to use it.
Is there any hope that Bitcoin users and governments will find the common language and help Bitcoin together to be more accepted in economy, especialy by businesses and to become more "legal" everywhere?
I believe there is a room for btc and gov to work together in the future once there is more adopters for btc, gov will slowly feel the pressure either from users or companies and the gov will have to think of ideas to incorporate btc into the long term plan. So am i, its business. If you are business minded you care about how it will gonna work in the future. you will set aside the negatives. all they have to do is to trust and if they're having a second thought. they should try it first like, invest a small amount and then if it will work. Then, the problem is solved and for me in the future when bitcoin is highly secured. Government and bitcoin users can work together. they don't have to fear anything. |

Yes of course i have an alternative investment there is an altcoins that is why there will always be an alternative one. And besides bitcoins is not givung me that fast profits so i need another one and besides if bitcoins fall and that is the only investment i have then i will lose all my money buy when i have a lot more different coins in your watch then you will not mind those bitcoins of yours falling down because you have a back up plan a reserve in this type of cases. |

When i have save up enough bitcoins for this day i am gonna say that i am planning to buy some mining rigs and i am not planning for just one for at least two or more mining rigs for me to gain a lot of money and that long wait is gonma be eorth it because of course i have been working from purely signature campaigns and bounties and i wanted to have my own mining thing and i know that those cam cause me a lot but i am willing to take the risk and i did not spemd just to afford those things |

The biggest disadvantage of bitcoins is of course them being volatile and as well as they are decentralized yest it is their advantages but those are also their weaknesses because not all the time it is a good thing especially in decentralization because if the government are not involved there are some bad people will took advantages to that thing and they will use the bitciins to be a currency in crime and illegal transactions because they are not traceable at all.
