261  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Big market crash has started! on: June 22, 2018, 02:55:02 PM
The only way I see any hope now is forming a double bottom at $6k and bouncing from there which is still not a guarantee that the downtrend is over, but might give some little time for an upward movement before going lower in the short term.
I already saw this coming immediately we broke the wedge formation which is assumed to set us on a lower trend and we will just have to wait to see how each support as we go down plays out. I would rather wait it out to see how the market would play out than try to jump in looking for the best value. We are going to be in some huge downtrend in some days and could be a pretty quick one. Altcoins are already beginning to drop very fast as well, which I am not surprised!
262  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: When the World Cup ends, will ETH and BTC rise? on: June 22, 2018, 02:35:57 PM
I really do not see any correlation between world cup and the rise of cryptocurrency and I simply do not know where people are getting this idea from. The market will rise at its own time when there is demand and smart moneys start kicking in. We are in a downtrend, so trying to attach every event to the movement of the market sounds vague.
263  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Bear market end or not? on: June 20, 2018, 01:53:25 AM
Difficult question. Personally, I thought that the beginning of the summer will be a turning point and the market will be bullish. But looking at the graphs for the last day you can see the opposite, which is very sad. It looks like the bear market never left us. What will be further difficult to predict.
There is nothing difficult about the question. Bear trend cannot last forever, however, no one knows exactly when it will end and when it will not, but one way or the other, every downtrend will always end and then uptrend sets in. The thing is a lot of people always feel a trend will just keep continuing, either up or down, but we have to understand that market will always reach a point of being oversold and overbought, irrespective of the time frame which eventually leads to a trend reversal.
264  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: I'm getting tired of this! on: June 19, 2018, 02:24:46 PM
I have actually experienced this like twice and that really can be annoying. In this case, the only thing anyone can do is just to send a DM to the manager in such case with your account, and at least, that is enough proof that you own the account, which automatically solves the problem. Most managers now are sorting that out by dropping a proof of authentication on the bounty thread during application.
265  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Features to favor ICO on: June 19, 2018, 12:45:43 PM
very many features that support ICO and of course it all can make the ICO will be successful in the future. Therefore ICO feature is very important for any project if you want to project that do ico program want big success. That is the key of all.
The most feature that makes an ICO successful is actually the product and how it is going to be perceived in the long run. Obviously, I do not expect any ICO with a good product not to end up coming with a solid and ready to work team. As long as it is an enticing product, and a lot of demand will be created for it, that is what favors them and that is what an investor really want to see. Sure, you also want to be certain the team will always keep delivering and they have all it takes, but at least with a very solid product, sometimes, it can be worth gambling on the team even if you do not have complete assurance based on their being known in the industry.
266  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: ICO BENCH IS ASKING PAYMENT FOR "EXPERT" STATUS! on: June 19, 2018, 12:11:19 PM
Yeah those big ICO rating websites are making serious cash, shouldn't be trusted.
I am not sure how that should be related to being trusted. The fact that they are making a lot of cash or the fact that they are not screening what they are putting on the website? You guys should leave ICObench alone, and I do not know why we keep criticizing them when some are paying for their services. If no one is paying for it, I can bet it would not take them long to reduce their fee but it is what it is and trying to take pain killer for someone else's headache is simply not my thing.
267  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Coins kept in exchange, are they safe? on: June 16, 2018, 08:07:18 PM
You are getting it wrong. What you should be afraid of is a centralized exchange having an attack or some problem which can make you lose all your funds. The fact here is that you do not have the full control of your funds and that makes it more like you have nothing at all. If you are looking for good security of your funds, then either go the cold storage way or get a hardware wallet. If you are not trading, never leave your assets on an exchange and even if you are trading, only leave what you are trading with on an exchange.
268  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Can an Altcoin below ICO price rise again after falling? on: June 16, 2018, 07:07:26 PM
About the same thing happened last year when btc bull run started and a lot of people started dumping alts for btc which made bitcoin increase its dominance hugely. Most ICO got beaten in value but that does not stop them from doing well when the whole market started recovering earlier this year. As long as they are good project, it is your chance to get them more like a bonus than what the team even gave you.
269  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How risky to invest in cryptocurrency? on: June 16, 2018, 05:52:01 PM
Crypto currency is very risky, because crypto-currencies are very unpredictable, the volatility of crypto-currency is very often very risky and very dangerous, it is necessary to remember and know this.
This is extremely important, and we need to keep in mind when investing in cryptocurrency. But in the future, cryptocurrency will be stable and will not fluctuate when the government controls the cryptocurrency.

That is actually more like the normal risk which anyone should understand, but the necessity of having some real basic knowledge of how things are done with respect to security, opening of wallets across board, what differentiates coins and tokens and other tokens from each other and so on. I said this because I noticed a lot of people do not usually equip themselves even with all these little knowledge first and they end up making a huge mistake and fall victim to hackers or making wrong transactions and so on which on its own is a huge risk.
270  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How the Bitcoin price on next week? How the trend of crypto market? on: June 15, 2018, 07:55:34 PM
I would not advice you rush to invest in any altcoin now until we see bitcoin switch to at least an uptrend or show sign of consolidation or side ways movement for a very long time. The market is uncertain at the moment and the possibility of seeing rapid fall out of panic is still there, so I would rather stay careful than rush into the market. However, it is your call and really, no one knows what next week is going to be like until we see how events unfold.
271  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Are you an idiot, scumbag and fooling around others report? on: June 15, 2018, 06:30:31 PM
Is it just that? These days I have noticed some will even try to use your bitcointalk profile to apply for bounties and try to get away with it. I do not know how some people think, but it sure seems the art of cheating was born with them and it is hard to get away from. The managers are smart to know this anyway and they try to blacklist such people immediately but just that sometimes, act like that can end up implicating you as well.
272  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: All Altcoins dump again? on: June 14, 2018, 12:29:26 PM
All Altcoins dump again. What is the reason? What happen crypto market in this time? What we need to do for this?Any suggestions...
Chill out mate! It is normal to see this happen which is one of the reason why you should either be a trader and know what to do, or be an investor and as well know better not to panic. It is a season and it will pass when the bulls will take over again, it may take a while, but just look forward to it, while buying the dips if you have enough to do so. Everyday cannot always be rosy, and this is one of those days.
273  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Another bull run in the making. on: June 12, 2018, 12:10:30 PM
Another baseless prediction. You have just asked us to check coinmarketcap, but what is there to check out for? A market that is down? You guys should stop all these your baseless speculation.

If you are holding, just keep holding, and if you are not, you can opt out or go learn how to trade. There is nothing depicting any bull run even from technical analysis. Although there is a form of divergence for most of the altcoins, but at least, I believe before we can start saying anything, there should be an uptrend formation first.
274  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin is down, Altcoin is UP !! on: June 11, 2018, 03:12:22 PM
I would not really rely so much on someone who is a centralized freak with a fishy project's word. We may say some of the altcoins get beaten badly by the movement of bitcoin, but simply because they have no support and all that they are is just nothing but speculative coins with no products and it is obvious that those with huge support and products are doing pretty well till date when compared to historical price, since they are not just some pump and dump shit coins. Except for few, most of the coins in the market are shit coins with no real community or value, so putting the whole thing on bitcoin's dominance is absurd.
275  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Maybe the crypto market will never take off! on: June 11, 2018, 02:51:09 PM
Like I am surprised to see topics like this coming to light all in the name of a downtrend. It is funny that people will just never reason accurately since all they are so bound to expect is huge short term gains and they are the reasons why we keep getting to see FOMOs. The run last year was obviously a fake pump and nothing warranted such a huge demand, and this is the consequence, so better get used to it now or eventually miss out in the long run with your claim of a failed market.
276  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Being aware of SCAMS on: June 11, 2018, 02:34:30 PM
If there is a SCAM project, what contents do you expect from its social media accounts and bitcointalk thread?

We can just take care of our self from scam projects, we can't stop them to scam people, as long as still many people who less in awareness, scammer will always be there.
So, keep safe.
Obviously, there is absolutely no way we can stop them from popping up but if the awareness is created as to how this can be avoided and a lot of people follow these rules, I can bet the scammers will eventually get frustrated and move out of the space gradually. It is just unfortunate that a lot of people are too lazy to make some diggings and research on that which is important to deduce the possibility of being in a scam project or not, such as the availability of product and majorly the team.
277  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: The comeback of the coins. on: June 11, 2018, 10:45:32 AM
One of the reason why you should stop listening to people and focus on what you know and what you see. A lot of people in the community usually assume what happened in the past will always repeat itself again in the market. Of course, sometimes it happens, but it should never be a basis for any form of prediction but better to stick with the trend and let things work out the way they want to. The coins may come back before the month ends, they may not, but that does not mean the market at large will be in a downtrend forever.
278  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Crypto market is drowning from tokens. on: June 08, 2018, 12:26:52 PM
Welcome to the world of decentralization bro where nothing is regulated. That is the only solution as far as I am concerned. It does not stop the coins or the space from being decentralized, but if the activities are controlled, from ICO to what exchanges should be accepting on their platform and the implications of coming up with shit coins or helping one into the space, then I am sure a lot of things would change.
279  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Knowledge is the foundation on: June 08, 2018, 11:46:05 AM
We all learn in our own different ways and while some are so smart enough to lay the solid foundation for themselves and learn before making any move, some are always just stupid enough to think they can just hop in and start learning as they move on. Unfortunately, they do not usually know that the latter takes more time, because you end up making silly mistakes out of ignorance and even losing so much in the process while you would have been able to avert that if you actually did see the need to learn first.
Nicely said OP, but I just hope people can realize that in everything, proper learning and continuous one is always what would set you apart and help you make the right decisions in any goal you want to achieve in the long run.
280  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Knowledge for Newbie on: June 08, 2018, 06:25:16 AM
Learning is always important before even deciding to make any move at all when it comes to either earning or investing. There is so much to know and most especially the basic things before you can start earning. You should understand all you need to know about blockchain technology, how wallets and securities work, what makes each wallet different (centralized and decentralized), much about ERC20 tokens and wallets, most especially if you want to thread that part and so much more. This will allow you to at least limit any form of mistake when you start earning.
