Aaaaaaaaaand, it's dead!
Let this be a lesson to all future altcoins, going away for a two week hiatus at your coins peak (even though the internet is accessible from everywhere) is not a good idea.
Kudos to the CRF for capturing the devs scam coins and breathing what life it did back into the coin but unfortunately the quarkbar market never materialised, the android app is broken, qb didn't premier it's own algorithmic innovation because it was given to (absolutely worthless) frycoin instead, most exchanges have now dropped it and those of us who remain are here in the hope of seeing a high of 600-800 satoshi again so we can dump our coins and get the hell out.
Hell I'd accept 400 at this point.

It will be nice when this relentless selling whale runs out of via and goes away, amazed at how effective this strategy is at lowering a coins value, definately stimulates me to look at creating my own bot to use on other coins.

I could see Zynga doing a similar maneuver that Overstock did. They could hire the Via and XCH team and build
...

I think it would be better for them to use clearinghouse if it is possible that way, imagine if each company wanted to build their own decentralised ecosystem, what a lot of work and complication. Clearinghouse is a great platform, would be a shame to not use it. |

Anybody comparing XCP and XCH as in apple to apple fails with his logic miserably. Even more fail with a derivative VIA vs BTC comparison.
Research again both protocols, and repost then.

I do believe in VIA but comparing it to BTC right now it's a mistake. BTC is the most valuable crypto.

Via is to Xch what Btc is to Xcp, and it's Btc with the higher cap by far though? VIA/XCH are connected in 100%. IF VIA will go up so the same XCH. This is interesting because surely zynga would create their own token assets within clearing house rather than using xch, and since you can create a pretty much unlimited amount of tokens from a small amount of xch and trade assets directly for via on the clearwallet exchange, why in this scenario is xch so valuable? Also via would be used by any other platforms that are built upon the blockchain which cannot be said for xcp. So are you saying xch has almost no intrinsic value (minus the creation of other assets)? I'm not sure why Drak would have created it and allowed free market trading if it was so worthless. Either way xch is clearly undervalued. It's valuable because it's rare and you need it to create assets, the original question was which is more valuable, and in the case of btc and counterparty the answer is btc. |

I dont understand any of that my friend, why would they be scammers for creating their own token? It makes sense to create your own token, to lock the amount, make it callable, pay dividends etc |

drak, you know when counterparty had to modify their protocol because of the OP_RETURN change, does clearinghouse use that OP_RETURN option the way counterparty initially intended it now that the option is there?
Would it be right to say that clearinghouse is what counterparty intended to be?

Let say true: this coin is dead as 99% other altcoins. Unfortunately...  Forget it son, if you want to troll this thread you're going to need to do it with more finesse than that. I remember you were enthusiastic in the community, but now it is not older you.  Do you get free epeso, just get it, if Philippines government adopts this coin, VIA/XCH will go to the moon! haha, yes we are both old timers of this brand new coin, i also remember back then (last week) lol I also got my epasos but Im still unsure if it is legitimate, the op states that they hope the coin will be adopted by the government... I hope it ihappens though I'm still enthusiastic, Via is may favourite long term alt, half my capital is still locked in it but I read darwins theory of evolution, nash's game theory and nakamoto's reasons for creating bitcoin in the first place so I suffer no illusions of 'for the common good', this exists only in fairy tails, we are individual selfish evil human beings and everything we do is for ourselves though it is unfortunate that reality is constructed in this manner I still hope to see the price reach 10k |
