261  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Be a wise investor on: October 27, 2020, 05:36:03 PM
In the process of trying to be a future whales you could lost everything, trust me this got me no where and I realized that I've lost tons of money because I was never contented, be smart and always take advantage of any project that brings you profit, do not stare at your wallet and say 'im gonna be rich in 3 years later' this is 1% out of 100% chance that it's ever going to happen, remember, been rich isn't the most important part of our lives but living a good life is.
We all want a good life. To get that we have to work, create value to serve our own lives. Investing is a way to increase the amount of money we have, but it is also where we lose the money we made. There is a need for a pre-investment plan to minimize undue risks and bring significant returns.
262  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin could destroy economy on: October 27, 2020, 05:31:19 PM
I do not accept blaming Bitcoin for illegal activity as most illegal activities use US dollars or other national currencies. Banks help money laundering criminals billions of dollars and deserve condemnation.
Bitcoin has blockchain technology so it is not as simple as the traditional banking system. We can put Bitcoin in regulation and make Bitcoin legal.
Bitcoin has worldwide liquidity, and that gives bitcoin holders the advantage of making payments without any difficulties. Bitcoin helps its owners avoid economic fluctuations such as currency collapses, wars, terrorism ... I think Bitcoin has more benefits to the economy than harm.

264  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: An additional 6 billion Tether was minted October 21 on: October 26, 2020, 04:23:16 PM
By the time the market capitalization reached ATH (more than 800 billion USD), the market cap of USDT was only 1.5 billion.
Currently, USDT's capitalization has increased 10 times along with many other stablecoins, but the market capitalization is only nearly half of that of ATH. So maybe a big bull run is coming?
That is happening, Bitcoin is having a strong chart, there is a lot of USDT to buy into Bitcoin. In 2017, there was too little USDT to buy Bitcoin and I found that 1USDT was about 20% more valuable than 1USD . That shows the huge market demand for Bitcoin.
Every time Tether issues more USDT, Bitcoin increases in price to a higher level. Along with the chart, we can see that USDT is supporting Bitcoin on its way to a new ATH.
265  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Vs Altcoin on: October 26, 2020, 04:16:22 PM
Take a look at the Bitcoin and Bitcoin Domain value. The change of Bitcoin Domains will help us to make the next judgment about the fate of Altcoins. I predict Bitcoin will rise first, then Altcoins turn. At this point, it is advisable to keep Bitcoin only because the possibility of price increases is too strong. After the Bitcoin Domain is reduced, we will consider which Altcoins are good to buy. I recommend owning the top 30 altcoins as they will usually increase in price before the rest of the altcoins.
266  Economy / Economics / Re: China is looking to get rid of the US dollar on: October 26, 2020, 04:09:07 PM
US dollars are valuable since they get the Petrodollar deal with the Middle Eastern nations. As the world expands its economy and energy into other forms, the oil will decrease in proportion. For the US dollar to stay strong, they will need to find a place to liquidate their currency.
A common currency is a good idea, and now I see it as Bitcoin. It has global liquidity, is limited in quantity, and is community-owned.

In the distant future, we may witness another fiat currency replacing the USD as the world's reserve and trade currency. But I am sure that it is not going to be Bitcoin. I don't think that any of the countries would back a decentralized cryptocurrency to replace the USD. All the major powers want their own central bank currencies to overtake the USD, not some cryptocurrency.
No currency can replace the dollar if it is FIAT. The US influence is so great, they will kill any country that wants to topple the dominance of the dollar.
Why don't we use Bitcoin? Bitcoin has global liquidity despite the old Bitcoin blockchain technology. We can wrap them up on other blockchains to speed up transactions and prevent congestion.
267  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin will replace oil and Gold on: October 25, 2020, 06:10:36 PM
I understand that you are saying more money flows into Bitcoin, but there is a long way to go to replace gold and oil. The roles of these two assets are very important in industries. Gold is a store of value, it is also used in industries and everyday life.
Petroleum creates a variety of industries behind it such as thermal power, gasoline, oil, asphalt, fabric production ...
Bitcoin may be poured with extra money, but it is difficult to replace oil and gold because of these special uses.
268  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Unacceptable attitudes from new project teams on: October 25, 2020, 06:03:52 PM
I have found that recent bounty projects are mostly run by beginners who do not understand the market and always blame bounty participants for devaluing and underestimating work the hunters did.
They turn bounty hunters into beggars, which is just unacceptable. The long-term managers have high experience and reputation. I appreciate their expertise as well as their professionalism.
Mandatory margin is a great way to combat the disruption of bounty managers' work and ensure their performance is on par with their responsibilities.
That may be difficult for new managers, but it is essential.
269  Economy / Economics / Re: China is looking to get rid of the US dollar on: October 25, 2020, 05:55:26 PM
I don't think the US dollar will survive in the very next few decades. Lots of things are going to happen, and one of them is world being more global. With it, most companies might be from US, but the concept of nation as a whole will continue to fade away and with time we will see how the dollar loses its value as a currency from particular country. We might see a common currency being accepted throughout the world!
US dollars are valuable since they get the Petrodollar deal with the Middle Eastern nations. As the world expands its economy and energy into other forms, the oil will decrease in proportion. For the US dollar to stay strong, they will need to find a place to liquidate their currency.

270  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Will you buy BTC from PayPal now that they are letting people do it? on: October 25, 2020, 05:45:16 PM
I won't buy Bitcoin through Paypal because I know there are simpler ways to own Bitcoin.
Paypal has ridiculously high fees while I can participate in P2P transactions at reputable CEXs like Binance, Houbi, Okex ...
Currently, Paypal just supports Bitcoin for US citizens, when reaching the world, they will need more laws.
271  Economy / Economics / Re: Government slowly open the economy, will it make the pandemic worst? on: October 22, 2020, 05:19:22 PM
The more they try to bring the economy back to the government the more countries suffer from the pandemic. I have not seen any signs of a pandemic decline, especially in European countries where their people are freely traveling to other countries.
The number of COVID-19 infections across Europe is at high levels and there is no sign of reduction.
https://news.google.com/covid19/map

Countries should close their borders and practice social isolation until the number of out-of-community cases is completely reduced as Vietnam and China did. That is the only way to get rid of the epidemic and get the country's economy back more efficient than risky.

According to the map, Europe is seriously affected and has many epidemic zones. It is inevitable because the people of the European Union bloc freely travel together without difficulty. The whole European economy has organic relations between countries and it is difficult for them to close their borders because they need to trade in some important areas.
The next thing I noticed was that the anti-epidemic policies differ from each other in Europe and that's what complicates the epidemic.
272  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: An additional 6 billion Tether was minted October 21 on: October 21, 2020, 11:47:52 PM
I've never recognize this during the 2017 bull run.

There were series of printing by that time and with the hype of initial coin offering, it made easier for bitcoin to reach the peak of $20k. It is contributing to the increase that we are experiencing.

But one major reason that we see is the adoption, a real adoption is happening like the Paypal news.
In 2017 Bitcoin increased in price due to the more money pouring into the Crypto market due to ICO activities, investment funds began to pay more attention to Bitcoin and pulled the price of Bitcoin up. Bitcoin's value at that time was more FOMO than when people first learned about Bitcoin in the media.

Relationship in Tether's expansion and Bitcoin's appreciation in the Tweet below.
https://twitter.com/filbfilb/status/1313262658825715713

Paypal has good news and helps Bitcoin to rise in price quickly but I am looking into stabilizing how Bitcoin's price rise is organically related to the release of more Tether.
273  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / An additional 6 billion Tether was minted October 21 on: October 21, 2020, 05:11:47 PM
Tether is being printed out in large numbers since March this year. Before printing 6 billion Tether more today they released 15.6 billion Tether. We currently have 21.6 million Tether.
I think the more Tether there is, the easier it will be for the price of Bitcoin to go up.

274  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: The defi era is over? on: October 21, 2020, 02:42:07 PM
I think the DEFI era is just beginning, right now DEFI is being impersonated and hyped like the ICO of 2017.
In the future, DEFI will be reorganized with other forms to bring more reasonable and sustainable profits. Several DEFI projects are using cryptocurrencies to make real-time investments and pay annual interest based on the protocol they have established. I think DEFI will develop organically with good projects.
275  Economy / Economics / Re: China conducts one of the biggest public CBDC tests! on: October 21, 2020, 02:33:26 PM
Despite the criticisms we hear about China (mostly from the USA), there is no denying that in some respects they have moved far away from most of the more advanced countries in the world. A few days ago, a crypto lottery ended in which 10 million yuan (CBDC) was distributed, which is approximately the value of $1.5 million. 2 million people applied, and 50 000 were given the opportunity to get CBDC that they will be able to spend on 3000 merchants located in Shenzhen province.

It should be emphasized that this is only one of the steps preceded by several tests, but that this is the largest test so far and perhaps even the one after which the digital yuan will begin to be used across the country.

They have a population of 1.4 billion people, and careful preparation before launching a digital currency is essential. Shenzhen is a high special economic zone, it is compared to Silicon Valley of America so it is the best place to test this coin.
The free distribution of digital currency to the public is also a way to advertise its technological value.

What exactly will the CBDC mean for China, how much and how will it affect their economy, will it be accepted by some other countries close to China, and whether it will weaken interest in Bitcoin, which has been banned from trading for years.

The CBDC was created to prevent the influence of other currencies on the yuan. CBDC is backed by RMB so it has real value. CBDC helps users to transfer money more quickly and continuously, minimizing complicated confirmation from the old banking system. People can transfer money anytime, anywhere without any congestion.
China's foresight competes with the dollar globally by paying with its digital currency.

277  Economy / Economics / Re: Waiters/Waitresses/bellboys etc just lost their jobs on: October 20, 2020, 04:03:08 PM
Services are one of the three industries that account for a high proportion of the economy. With the major economies in the world, with the majority of services contributing more than 40% of the economic structure, a pandemic will cause the industry to suffer many losses, and the number of jobs lost is also very large.
I do not find it strange that many people working as waitresses and flight attendants lose their jobs. Restaurants, cafes and eateries have been closed due to the pandemic. Everyone consumes at the supermarket and dine at home.
Unemployment is not the worst because they can live off the money they have saved earlier. For the homeless, the epidemic was even worse.
278  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: bitcoin and altcoins bull run every 4years. how many years already? 🐂🐃🦈 on: October 20, 2020, 01:58:06 PM
I'm watching Ivan on youtube on another tab and he was showing this graph. (Ivan on tech youtube channel)

Every market have mostly followed a multi year cycles, around 4 years for most. This afterall is about possibility, there no reason or proof of it coming true.
But with so much buying and holding of bitcoin by corporates and less and less new bitcoin hitting the market, as well the change in mining rate of Ethereum and people storing Ethereum for the future staking system, there are many positive things that could launch crypto prices to moon.
The chart is nice, but it will take a lot of money to bring Bitcoin to a higher price point.
I have faith after the US government releases the economic stimulus package large corporations will buy more Bitcoin. It is also the driving force that could help Bitcoin increase in price soon.
By the way, I only expect Bitcoin to reach $ 20,000 by the end of the year.
279  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin vs the US Stock Market: "The Breakup" on: October 20, 2020, 01:48:02 PM
The US stock market is being hit hard by who will continue to be the next president in the upcoming election. Both businesses and investors are preparing their own capital allocation plans. They are cautious at this time, so US stocks are showing signs of hesitation and decline.
Bitcoin is completely different, Bitcoin has liquidity around the world and is affected by many different factors, according to technical analysis Bitcoin is easier to value.
All the above is just my guess, every market has uncertainties and it is difficult to know exactly.
280  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Time that there will be no new altcoin projects anymore on: October 19, 2020, 02:11:19 PM
The crypto space is growing, and with more new technologies being created, we will have more tokens than before.
Need to accept the past where many tokens have died because they were crap, deceiving. The tokens are susceptible to manipulation and mispriced so they are discarded. Only the use of the project remains. If that is the law of the market we need to accept it.
I realize the value that comes from blockchain is the implementation of good and profitable DAPPs that everyone using DAPP should bring to developers. Lamden is doing that, 90% of DAPP tx belongs to the developers. They just need to create good DAPP, no need to generate other tokens.
