421  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Flooding in China effect on bitcoin on: August 05, 2020, 03:38:23 PM
I think floods don't affect bitcoin much. If we keep thinking that most bitcoins are mined in China, that's wrong. There are many other mines in other countries that continue to mine bitcoin and there are thousands of other wallets confirming transactions for bitcoin.
The flood only caused Chinese people to transfer their money to a safe place which is electronic money. I think factors like weather, floods, disease, and war will cause bitcoin to increase rapidly.

424  Economy / Economics / Re: You want to get rich, don’t pay taxes, don’t get married, don’t use bank, and... on: February 10, 2020, 05:21:11 PM
I think we should not think so negatively because this world has so many beautiful things waiting for us all.  No banking, no love, no marriage, no investment, and the consequence will be loneliness.  Everyone can live normally and accept them and overcome difficulties, me or you can do it.
Please accept and try little by little the same way our parents and grandparents did.
425  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Anyone still earning with bounties? on: February 10, 2020, 05:13:41 PM
The current bonuses of the programs are few and few have quality projects for all of us.
I think that if you do not want your efforts to be wasted, do your homework and decide whether or not to participate.

427  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: XRP Price to $14 - Any thoughts? on: February 10, 2020, 02:28:58 PM
$ 14 is possible if the capitalization of apple, Microsoft increases by 2-3 times in the next 10 years, or XRP has a strategy to burn off their remaining XRP to boost XRP growth.
With the current market capitalization of XRP it is already too high to look as XRP owners keep pumping XRP to the market every month.  I can only trust that XRP can always keep below $ 3.  We can't deny the technology of XRP, but predicting that XRP hits $ 14 is unthinkable.
428  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Top 5 most hilarious ICOs ever on: February 10, 2020, 02:06:22 PM
I miss SpaceKim and Space Trump.  They look like ICO scams and it's funny, in the time when ICOs were a trend I imagined that everything could hold an ICO.  In 2017 and 2018, there were many successful ICO projects and many of them are forever unable to grow.  I remember that MobileGO successfully organized an ICO and raised $ 70 million and now I can't see how far the project has grown.  I remember Tezos successfully raised more than $ 1 billion and after that many scandals seemed to stop working and Tezos was reborn and brought a lot of profits to everyone.
429  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What has bitcoin done for you? on: February 10, 2020, 01:59:30 PM
Bitcoin helped me better understand the currency and how banks make money from everyone.  Every year, the national central bank continues to print more money and our income levels do not increase significantly, while consumer costs and asset classes increase.  That means that the poor will continue to be poor and the rich will continue to be rich.  I feel that Fiat money is losing value faster and faster than before.
430  Economy / Economics / Re: What is the strangest Fiat currency you have seen? on: February 10, 2020, 01:55:39 PM
In Vietnam, all bills have a picture of President HO CHI MINH on the back of the bill and the front is a place of the country of Vietnam.  And the largest face value of the bill is 500,000 Dong. This bill is equivalent to $ 23

I kinda noticed that Ho Chi Minh is on every bill that the Vietnamese have during my stay in Hanoi. I kinda thought about the colorblind people for a sec but seeing how big those numbers are in the back and front, plus the unique design for each bill at the back, I know that they will be safe lol.

As for my pick, any currency that lets me experience being a 'millionaire' fascinates me. Here in the Philippines, having a million pesos is sufficient to buy you a used sports car, or a downpayment to a nice loft in the metros. In Vietnam, a million dong would get you a nice dinner, good haircut + shave and some more for booze and night life. In the US, having a million dollars gets you a nice car, possibly a nice house for 2 and a few tens of thousands savings in the bank.

I only experienced being a millionaire in Vietnam and the Philippines. I am yet to see visit other countries for my on-going field work. I wish I am also a millionaire back in Canada but.. Oh well.
Thank you for your experience of using money.  In my country, all the people are millionaires and the rich are those with more than 1 billion VND.  That amount is equivalent to about 83000 Usd.  Although the monetary value in our country is lower than in other countries, the consumption level is increasing quickly and I do not feel cheap at all.
431  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin is better than your bank! on: February 10, 2020, 01:41:22 PM
Bitcoin gives us more freedom with faster transactions and is not subject to the strict management of banks and governments.  But the drawback of Bitcoin is that there are no other banking functions like lending money or saving deposits to receive passive interest rates.  We can actually deposit money in a bank but we will have a more stable interest rate.  Pouring money into Bitcoin is not really good because based on what happened, Bitcoin peaked at 20k in 2017 and soon dropped sharply in late 2018. If anyone has invested in Bitcoin at the end of 2017, it will  Big losses in 2018.
432  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Waltonchain Completes Token Swap on Binance, thoughts? on: February 09, 2020, 06:05:04 PM
Look at projects being converted to Binance DEX.  Most of them have very low liquidity and are not able to generate good value.  How will previous exchanges support Wantonchain?  Will they have to organize a technological innovation just for a token or will they remove it from their transaction list?
433  Economy / Economics / Re: Corona Virus and The Effect on The Markets on: February 09, 2020, 06:01:16 PM
I have returned to my city after the holidays and I have noticed that economic activities have cooled down more than before.  That's not a good thing, the unflowing money flow won't create value and I'm feeling that people are stockpiling their assets or converting them to another type of asset for security.  If the epidemic continues to spread, there is a risk that the world economy will collapse in some countries and may spread to the whole world.
434  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: To All Bounty hunters on: February 09, 2020, 05:56:26 PM
In 2017 we made a lot of money through bonus campaigns but currently I'm not sure that the hunt for bonuses brings good income because the ICO projects are very attractive and not as much as in 2017. There are too  Low quality projects and very low bonus amount for all hunters.  I am finding it hard to hunt the bonuses for all of us.
435  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Can Binance beat Ethereum on: February 09, 2020, 05:52:12 PM
Binance is creating their own ecosystem.  It is possible that the value of Binance will be higher than that of Ethereum in the crypto capitalization rankings, but let's take a look at the popularity of Binance and Ethereum.  Historically, Ethereum has an advantage and has many users.  We can create a token at a very low cost on Ethereum but with Binance creating a token is much more complicated and costs a lot.
Ethereum tokens are easily listed on exchanges, while Binance's tokens can only be listed on Binance DEX.
Ethereum is more known, easier to use, and there are many miners watching Ethereum.  I think Binance is a rising star but it will be difficult to beat Ethereum comprehensively.
436  Economy / Economics / Re: Justin Sun gifted Warren Buffett bitcoin and tron on: February 09, 2020, 05:43:00 PM
Buffett is too old to understand technology but he knows how to run a company like Hathaway.  The conversation between the world's greatest investor and the owner of the world-famous Blockchain project will change the minds of a range of people who are active in the field of finance and technology.  The truth is that Economics and Technology have combined excellently.  I hope the Buffet will change its mind and soon invest in a Blockchain project or apply Blockchain in its business.

438  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: 100 Days Left before Bitcoin to be more Scarce on: February 03, 2020, 03:35:01 PM
I think Bitcoin is preparing for a rapid rally like they did in 2016 and 2017. Of course history will repeat but it will depend on whether or not the recession will take place.  ?  Bitcoin exists after the recession and it doesn't have the experience to go through the next recession.  Based on the halving history I will choose Bitcoin to invest more than any asset, of course I will spend a part of money on Bitcoin rather than all.
439  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How diversified are you in Altcoins in Q1 2020? on: February 03, 2020, 03:26:50 PM
The amount should be divided into 4 parts.  40% for Bitcoin, 10% for altcoins that hosted IEO in 2019, 20% for longtime marketcap cryptocurrencies like LSK, ARK, STRAT, XLM ... and finally 30% for USDT.  That would be a way to ensure my money was used to its full potential.
We may have great expectations for the market but also need a careful preparation before entering the market.
440  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: So this is what 21 million bitcoins look like. on: February 03, 2020, 03:20:46 PM
The banknote looks nice, but I wonder what the other side of the bill looks like?  This bill printed and put in a wallet or in an album would be great.
If the note represents 21 million Bitcoin, it should be a single bill.
