2  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Need help in phala.network altcoin on: September 19, 2021, 03:47:51 PM
The token value goes down, and that means your $50,000 goes down. $200 is a pretty low drop and don't worry too much because maybe next week your amount will increase. That is the fluctuation of the token value of the project. You will still profit from placing your coins in the protocol.

www.lamdenlink.com
They already have a connection between the Lamden chain and the BSC. Convert TAU on Lamden to BSC chain and WETH on Ethereum to WETH on Lamden.
They just serve a few cryptocurrencies, expect next year to have more functionality and more tokens on various chains.
4  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Dollar supporters destroy Bitcoin ATM in El Salvador on: September 17, 2021, 03:45:48 PM
Those are stupid people. They have two payment options, either using dollars or Bitcoin. The act of destroying a Bitcoin ATM is vandalism and they will be held accountable for that. I believe these people have an organization behind them to induce them to do it.
5  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why Do Young Investors Prefer Cryptocurrencies? on: September 17, 2021, 03:41:25 PM
It's pretty simple. Investing in crypto currency is the easiest form of investment without much regulatory procedures unlike the centralized government owned investment which requires excess documentation. For Crypto investment all one needs is just the patience to buy a coin and hold until it begins to appreciate

This is what I love with crypto, high returns, easy account opening procedure and fast withdrawals.
Buying crypto and patiently waiting for the price increase is the right thing to do, but it also doesn't make sense. There are more shitcoins that we know of. Many people bought altcoins at high prices and they lost forever. Many people have been rich from 2020 to this point because they invested in a vibrant uptrend market.
The common mentality of young people when investing in cryptocurrencies is the desire for big profits.

7  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Does matic (polygon) worth to invest? on: September 10, 2021, 04:17:51 PM
Matic is a layer 2 blockchain and is growing in number of users along with great DAPPs.  Ethereum has chosen Matic's technology to upgrade to their chain as it transitions to fully POS.  So obviously the technology and everyone's experience is very good about Matic.

Doge is just a crypto meme and doesn't have the technology or number of users like Matic.  The future of Doge can be improved because the founder of this project is back.
8  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Interview session with store owner accepting bitcoin... on: September 10, 2021, 11:32:30 AM
Bitcoin is also not too picky about users as store customers pay with their Bitcoin regularly. The shop owner is also a business minded person. Surely he has made a good profit during the time he holds his Bitcoin.
Similar stories like this are happening in many places as far as I knowSimilar stories like this are happening in many places as far as I know The activity of accepting Bitcoin for payment has been going on for a long time in many parts of the world.
9  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why use the word CRASH instead of LOSSES on BTC? on: September 10, 2021, 11:23:04 AM
Why not use the word REKT (it's the same as WRECK).
Although REKT implies deep discounts of up to 50% or greater, I like the way it is pronounced succinctly and shows depth. An extremely powerful word for a big loss.
Every time Bitcoin drops in price, it is also an opportunity to buy in and enjoy short-term profits.

Really? Not so well-versed in crypto chad lingo (if I am even permitted to use that term haha) but I always assumed REKT was the equivalent of getting totalled. As in, absolute liquidation. Only guys I can imagine getting completely wrecked would be futures traders going long at over 10:1 leverage. That dip would have wiped them out in a blink, even with stop loss I imagine.

So yeah, if this relatively small dip Rekt'd you, well, can't say you shouldn't have known, hm?

I suppose Bitcoin can use REKT. Bitcoin still often falls deeply in price in a short time and causes other cryptocurrencies to fall several deeper drops. The word REKT, in my opinion, is for the whole market whenever Bitcoin falls sharply and deeply.

11  Economy / Economics / Re: @Deloitte: "The fiat currency will be gone in 5 to 10 years". on: September 09, 2021, 07:32:07 AM
Fiat will be gone in 5 to 10 years is a delusional statement. The Fed exists and will continue to exist. National governments will continue to issue their national FIATs.
CBDC is also just a solution for the economy and banks to manage money. The recession will continue for years to come and banks will continue to print money to bail out the economy.
12  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin 7-09-2021 flash sell-off who is responsible? on: September 09, 2021, 07:27:25 AM
Why don't people think Bitcoin's chart is at the strong resistance of $53000.
Another thing is that September is the month when the average price of Bitcoin decreases compared to other months (if averaging the years from 2013 to the present). So, accept the market and don't try to blame it.
Also in other news is that the SEC is suing Coinbase without giving a clear reason.

13  Economy / Economics / Re: Where to invest my 10,000 USD on: September 08, 2021, 04:36:59 PM
I recently got 10,000 USD after my FD (Fixed deposit) matured and now i want to invest all those in the crypto world as the returns are best here.
Please suggest me different places where i can invest these 10,000 USD in the crypto currency world as i never done big investement in crypto before so please give me some ideas.
Yes , The amount of $ 10,000 seems quite large for long-term investment projects. Currently , The NFT platform is a development trend. You can think about this new direction of investment , About profitable NFT games. As far as I know , There are AXIE , PVU plant , Crypto Zoon... these are the projects that I'm investing in . If you are interested , You can join me in investing in such projects.

Those are NFT play-to-earn projects, investing in these projects is quite risky if they don't know how to play games.
One piece of advice is not like this. You are intentionally putting others at risk.

To the OP, I would recommend choosing certainty by depositing money in a bank. Continue being a bounty hunter and enjoy the fruits of your work. Any investment should only work around the money you earn from this forum.
14  Economy / Economics / Re: Ukraine is the "island of crypto freedom" in Europe, what to expect ? on: September 08, 2021, 10:00:25 AM
Using Bitcoin can counteract the effects of manipulation and economic sabotage from outside the country. Ukraine's support for cryptocurrencies is a legitimate defense. Although the idea is like that, consideration should be given to including crypto in the framework. Maybe a few years from now, they will have a country that is adopting Bitcoin, El Salvador. If the results are good, they will embark on the adoption of Bitcoin like El Salvador.
15  Economy / Economics / Re: Are Renewable Energy sources the future? on: September 08, 2021, 09:31:32 AM
I think renewable energy is just a temporary solution to get rid of fossil energy and nuclear power. Humans will have to find a new form of energy to serve humanity to develop to a higher and more sustainable level. We are hoping for scientific and technical achievements.
16  Economy / Economics / Re: Tulip Mania 2.0 on: September 07, 2021, 05:03:11 PM
Bitcoin is the future of money. The history of Bitcoin has seen many people smear and slander, but its value still increases. Bitcoin has been recognized as a payment unit in many countries. Today, El Salvador officially bought Bitcoin and adopted Bitcoin payments across its country. It is a major milestone in the valuation of Bitcoin, proof that Bitcoin cannot be a scam.
17  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Marketplace (Altcoins) / Re: MEME coins are still cool? on: September 07, 2021, 04:57:18 PM
NFT is a craze, not a meme. Memecoins are not trending well anymore because they are short-term and talked about too much by Elon Musk before.
Let's look at the NFT and the crypto market. People are playing games, creating content through NFT.
Investing in the trend will give you good returns. Personally, at this moment Meme coin is not a good choice.
18  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Stocks Vs Crypto, Which is Better? on: September 07, 2021, 04:48:24 PM
Stocks are for long-term investment. You can still receive dividends each time the company distributes profits.
Crypto is more suitable for speculation and trading.
I find this is a good time to trade crypto instead of stocks because I know the crypto market is in a strong bull run.
If you feel unsafe investing in one side choose both.
19  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Reserves on Coinbase the Lowest Since December 2017 on: September 04, 2021, 05:04:56 AM
Coinbase has become the first crypto company to raise an IPO, and crypto-related activities come under increased scrutiny. Another factor is the wave of Bitcoin migration from exchanges to cold wallets. Not only Coinbase but most major exchanges reduce the amount of Bitcoin.
20  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How to manage losses? on: September 04, 2021, 04:59:14 AM
Have a clear strategy in trading like set Take profit, stop loss and stick with that strategy. That's the way to good risk management. Maybe you will get low profit because of frequent stop loss but it is better to keep your money safe than lose by a losing position.
