Can you make the ICO run at different times of the day? Your site does not even work 30 mins prior to the ICO. You look like amateurs now.

Due to the huge success of this project the website might be experiencing extrem traffic. This might increase waiting time as people invest thousand of $ to bring our website down over and over, this problem should be fixed befor todays ICO do not worry. That is also why people who bought HBC are not able to withdraw, we would like to apologize for that as we work on it.

The project is not only about the ICO. You need people to lend in your system for the coin price to rise. Your arrogance will not help you. It's better you ignore some people than to put off future users/investors/lenders who may just be reading this thread.
Go and check out the support of the best lending sites the way they talk instead of always comparing yourself with the worst lending sites and ICOs and saying you're better.
We are not arrogant but we know our woth, we grow about 6,000-10,000 people every day and people want to invest into HBC hardcore. So we meant what is written above and we do not want to offend somebody as we were always trying but if some people do not appreciate that is okay if they go. We are happy to have you on board but if you wanna leave the "plane" while we fly higher and higher you are free to do so.Do you always talk like this and ask people to leave? Server is down already? Is this joke? 3rd day in a row. Im waiting until I can withdraw BTC, I regret about register in that low unprofessional ICO.
So what do you want I do not really get it or your logic  :
A: A coin nobody wants so you actually loose your money but you get your coins every day and the website is always online
B. A coin everybody wants at the moment where you know it will get huge in the future but the site is down sometimes because thousands of people wait to buy it
Please withdraw your BTC after the ICO and go into another cheap ICO where nobody is on the website 
We got thousands of people waiting to buy so our price will rise wiht you or without you
People will make profits with or without you but the decision is yours!

Can you lower the price to 1.00 or 1.05 atleast? you devs are still going to make plenty if you are so sure that your coin will reach 25... why not put trust back in the community?
The thing is that there are too many people who want to get into HBC, that is why we need to raise the price  I know not nice for everybody but it won`t matter later if you bought at 1,25$ or 3$.Reduce the minimum purchase of coins from 100 to 50, please. The rate fell + raised to $ 1.25, there is no money. Let's somehow humanly.
To be fair we jsut rais the price from 1$ to 1,25$ other ICO were worse...we actually think that is fair if you just imagine where we will go! But i understand we can not make everybody happy!Can you name 1 ICO which was worse and raised prices? Why don't you focus on your own project instead of always comparing yourself with the worst ICOs? |

Can you limit to 1000 or even 500 per person for round 2 of ICO so that we all can atleast get some coins? i and many more were the first ones to register and we could not even buy.
There are always the lucky und unlucky ones i know! We are thinking about it, to be honest it is not a bad idea and i will let you know as soon as possible! On Monday the limit per person will be bellow 750 HomeBlockCoins and the price will not be over 1,25$ ! I hope that sounds okay to you already Don't increase the price too much and become greedy. The hype will go down and project will be jeopardized. Just decrease the amount available per person and also change the time the ICO starts everyday so all time zones can participate. |

Hi guy. I has an account in your site. However i can't enable Two Factor Authentication. I has used application Authy on IOS and when i scan QR code i see "QR code is damaged". So why?

Here's another lending site. ICO starts 4 Nov. There ICO plan is very similar to Hextra Coin. First day is unlimited per user with a 250,000 coin limit everyday. 2nd day has a limit of 5000 coins per user and then depending on demand they will limit the rest of the days just like what Hextra Coin did.
