This sounds like a very interesting project, I'll definitely do it. I'll post my conditions, requirements and a brief RFC tomorrow before going to meet with gavin and some fellow bitcoiners in Paris.
I'll add a $100 USD pledge to this project.

Not ready to give out too much info yet, but a couple of the projects are almost done and we can start showing them.
We specialize in marketing, monetization, advertising, community building, sales & biz dev - so what we'll be using the BTC for might not make sense to someone without this sort of background.
My goal is to help spread the message of bitcoins, introduce it to more average internet users, and of course acquire currency along the way.
cuddlefish - great job on raising the BTC for ubitex, and great job with it! Have you connected with the others who have similar services to see if you guys could work together some how?
error - what are you working on now? Your last couple of projects are very interesting, I bet it's something good.
memorydealers - email sent. Thanks for reaching out.

Gavin, are you guys incentivizing participation in bug squashing with federal reserve notes? If so, where do I mail them?

... The xbox 360 has TERRIBLE hardware for such a thing. I'm not a hater. I JUST got off L.A. Noire on mine. But your computer no matter who you are is better than your xbox. The xbox doesn't need to run an OS or.. anything other than the disk it requires very little hardware.
nice youtube vid! You gonna be doing more bitcoin vids?

If you have the money, I highly recommend putting a project up on 99designs if you care about the look & feel of the site.
Projects start at ~$500, and unfortunately they don't accept bitcoins yet =)
If someone needs a coupon I can problem get them $80 off, I know I had one laying around just send me a pm and bug me and I'll get it for you!

You shouldn't wait to get involved in bitcoin projects! You have a great mind for what's needed and what people like! I'm still very interested in Bitcoin and plan to continue working on Bitcoin projects. The Bitcoin ecosystem can change a lot in a few months. When that time comes, I'll see what needs can be met and go from there.
If you still have that anti-fraud software available, I'd love to talk to you about licensing it for some of my bitcoin projects to save us some time on that end. Send me a PM! Brad

Awesome project!
Not sure if it's been discussed, but you should at fbconnect and fb like buttons - good way to get the work out, and as more mainstream users start coming online, fbconnect will be valuable for that extra social growth and friend sharing.

Very well designed site, great job!
Have you been connecting with the other users involved in these types of projects?

So if someone with a lot of bitcoin were to delete all those accounts, could new bitcoins be created, or would there be less that many bitcoins in the system forever?

The budget that we have available (USD) for the projects is going towards paying the designers, programmers and marketing/advertising to get the word out to more average internet users.
We've spoken with a few people already who have expressed interest in this venture. Thanks for all who have sent PMs.
Thanks to the trolls as well =P

I'm wary, but intrigued. After what happened with the Bitcoin Credit Union, well, I'm suspicious of everything that is announced by a member with only a few posts. But I'll give you a chance What happened with the bitcoin credit union?
