261  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] PRESALE LIVE 🔥🔥🔥 Loyakk: ICO with existing Blue Chip clients 🔥🔥🔥 on: March 07, 2018, 05:06:50 PM
With so many ICO's coming daily, and many of them are scam after collecting investors money. is there any way i can check legitimacy of Loyakk?

You are true about your findings about ICO's.
But Loyakk Vega is backed by a team who has on ground presence, it founder Salim Ali has experience in Blockchain (since 2015), Enterprise Applications (CRM, ERP), Big Data Platforms (SAP HANA), replication/backup and systems management applications.
Rest of team members are equally talented. You can check there profiles at the site.
With a team having on ground presence makes a trustworthy ICO for investment.

I just checked the site and its very impressive to see that Loyakk will bring distributed network of an enterprise that include its partners, vendors and customers in an ecosystem. In other words, it will be a single platform for an enterprise to do its entire distributed communication. This will be something very interesting.

Yes you are very right in your analysis. Loyakk is aiming to form a community where communication can be done in a secure and efficient manner between all stake holders and it will be a big revolution. ICO will kick from 15 April 2018

good design. but what are your plans? when will the output of the token on the exchange? And why on the site I can not find information about how the sale is going?

ICO will start from April 15, 2018. Its a whitelist ICO. You can find details of the token sale progress as soon as ICO will kick off.

269  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Goodbye Bitcoin Hello Blockchain on: February 14, 2018, 05:02:49 PM
I believe that we are witnessing the setting down of the bitcoin sun, and similar to the sun on the north pole, which does not really sets down in the summer, so that is the Bitcoin sun.

The bitcoin was a great locomotive to the crypto industry, but it's time for it to step aside and let the technology take the lead.

The blockchain is the underlying technology of bitcoin and is the reason for the vast mainstream interest in this part of tech.
The mainstream has a lot of biased feelings toward Bitcoin, and god knows, there are definitely good reasons for that. But, unless the mainstream will be able to feel comfortable with using the tech, there will be no mass adoption and this beautiful technology will go to waste in the hands of speculative traders and scammers.

My personal opinion, don't shout  Roll Eyes

CC is just one application of Blockchain technology. Blockchain has frontiers that are yet to be discovered by the human mind. Currently, the dominated thing on blockchain is CC but in future, we may see other things coming up.
270  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: !Western Union announced a partnership with Ripple! on: February 14, 2018, 04:54:45 PM
One of the largest payment systems Western Union (NYSE: WU) confirmed that it began studying the technology of crypto currency XRP. This was announced by the financial director of the company Raj Agraval at the conferences on February 13, reports Bloomberg. Rumors about the cooperation of the two companies were discussed at the last last month. Yesterday Agraval confirmed that the company evaluates block technologies and tests various joint solutions with Ripple.

Ripple is a regulated CC that is accepted by banks and other financial institutes like WU.

271  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Daydream Believer on: February 14, 2018, 04:48:12 PM
Sitting at my desk today the song "Daydream Believer" played
on the radio by The Monkees and it actually got me thinking of BTC.

I realise now that I am a daydream believer. I believe BTC can
transport me from my mundane poor pay dayjob to something
I can never achieve from the daily grind.

We all have experienced a taste of what is possible and I sit
here dreaming of a time when we can really say goodbye to
the control of the banks in our lives because of BTC and crypto.

Just a few lines to lift the spirits at these times of opportunity
when the time is right to get your crypto portfolio fattened up  Grin

I believe in dreams, as dreams do come true.
if you dont have dreams, what are we chasing in life Huh?
272  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Indonesia bans Bitcoin on: February 14, 2018, 04:38:41 PM

We should start seeing CC as something beyond government officials, governments all around the world have zero benefit in CC as it brings transparecny and taking control away from few big giants.
Despite ban by so many governments, CC is still progressing which is a positive sign.

273  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Will Bitcoin Die Because of China? on: February 14, 2018, 04:08:34 PM

I guess the best answer to that question is of course a BIG NO! Granted, China is a big contributor for the rise and adoption of Bitcoin and they are primarily the country involved with Bitcoin mining due to very cheap electricity cost.

Now, the Chinese government has its own agenda and I think in the long run Bitcoin can be running against those agenda so they are now thinking of slowly disengaging and disconnecting their citizens away from the cryptocurrency platform.

I know that whatever China will decide on the impact can be heavy on the market and this is shown with the recent decision banning the ICO projects and the unconfirmed total ban of Bitcoin exchanges though it is still a rumor and nobody would want to confirm.

Can cryptocurrency still go on and have a very optimistic future even without China as part of the equation?

China boycott has already given huge space for Japan to come up as CC leader. It was after China ban that in Dec 2017, BTC touched 20k USD. It doesn't matter whether some country is in favor or against CC.
274  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Can we survive without Bitcoin? on: February 14, 2018, 03:58:46 PM
Many of us may have read that 2018 will be game over for bitcoin.Every now and then have seen that every Tom, Dick & Harry Coin claims that their blockchain technology is better than bitcoin and they will solve the real issue with bitcoin network but in reality no one is even close to that.

Is there a alternate to bitcoin to replace it?

Can this crypto economy survive without bitcoin?

No matter what area of life it is, evolution is inevitable. There are new blockchain generations that coming to solve short comings of 1st and 2nd generation blockchain. But decade after its launch, despite all odds BTS still rules CC market.
275  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin to eliminate unemployment. on: February 14, 2018, 03:44:31 PM
Almost every country has unemployment problems. There are many young boys who are working unemployed. But the days of settling their turn are over. Now, if you wish, you can earn a lot of money sitting in the house. Bitcoin can earn their unemployment by earning. It can be possible to improve the country by improving their lives by earning bitcoin. That is why Bitcoin among all Habetahale to spread the knowledge of the second day will increase the demand for Bitcoin.

BTC is a new innovative concept but please dont take it as a solution to every problem that presists in society. I find it hard to link unemployment with BTC or with other CC
276  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: bitcoin prices have decreased sharply on: February 13, 2018, 04:27:50 PM
whether the cause of this is happening, is it something to do with the decision of the south korea government?

crypto market is taking a correction. we saw a massive jump in the price of every crypto last year. Correction was inevitable after that massive jump.

278  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why Governments Might Join the Cryptocurrency Craze on: February 13, 2018, 04:02:09 PM
https://www.bloomberg.com/news/articles/2018-02-12/why-governments-might-join-the-cryptocurrency-craze-quicktake

Quote
With crypto mania sweeping the world, a handful of countries have stirred at the possibility of issuing their own virtual currencies based on blockchain, the technology behind Bitcoin. For now, the idea seems most popular among autocrats looking to evade or undercut international sanctions that are enforced, in part, through the global banking system. But advocates of government-backed cryptocurrencies (so-named because they rely on cryptography for security) say that if the movement takes hold -- which is by no means assured -- it could irrevocably change the international monetary system as we know it.

Russia’s central bank plans to talk to countries including Brazil, China, India and the five former Soviet republics about creating a supra-cryptocurrency that could cover countries with 40 percent of the world’s population. People’s Bank of China Deputy Governor Fan Yifei wrote an article broaching the possibility of a digital currency it would issue with Chinese commercial institutions. In Sweden, where use of cash is vanishing, the central bank is investigating issuing its own digital currency, the E-krona, out of concern that widespread use of other virtual currencies controlled by private actors could harm competitiveness.

This is indeed a very positive development, so far news coming from central banks regarding crypto are not very encouraging except Japan.
279  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What do you do with your crypto? on: February 13, 2018, 03:35:18 PM
I mostly mine and hodl, but my friend day trades and says I should start getting into it. What do you prefer to do and do you think there is a better route to take? I personally think it's all up to personal preference, I'm new though.

I think its better to HODL. As there is long way for CC to go. Although people have earned huge profit on daily trading. choice is entirly on u.
280  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What happens to your Bitcoin when you Die? on: February 13, 2018, 03:03:10 PM
Did you guys teach your family members on how to access and use your Bitcoin in case you will die?
Do you want to take your Bitcoin with you when you're gone?

Let me hear it from your own opinions...

thats very valid point. unlike banking system where legal heirs get the amount on someone death, there is no such concept in BTC. We must share our private keys with our parents/spouse or childrens to access BTC in case we are no more
