Premined coins have often a short life. Do you think that a pump will occur? Or that's gone with the IPO/ICO... There will be no premine dump since *dev* has already stolen your BTCs, but beyond that why would anyone buy this scamcoin? The trend line is directly *down*, the only action on the books are sell, the coin offers nothing other than an historic pre-mine, and the crack crew who stole your money are already launching their next scam. Not sure why you would mine this either as the power has to cost more than the shitcoin is going to sell for. You guys who were silly enough to purchase shitcoins at 8000 sat. learned a lesson, don't make it worse by throwing more BTC down the shitter with your already stolen BTC. And for God's sake don't invest in anymore BitTrex scam ICOs. If you must buy those coins wait until the inevitable plunge and just buy them on the market at 15% the price. Yeah I learned a lesson bought 1 btc at the IPO and sold it at 11k. I don't see the scam. It's called play the noob, if you are fast you make cash, if you are slow and hold they pee in your face. This happens with all the other alts, just look at dark. So great so powerful it went from 0.03 to 0.009 last night. Is it a scam? No, it's the same game over and over. |

Just a quick observation... I have 3 small rigs, exactly the same (6x 270 Sapphire)...
So I wait until ICB get in full block reward and I put my rigs on three different pools (I would not name them for now)...
The results, after 210 minutes were... let say strange for me...
Pool 1 (current hash 87GH): 3.87 confimred + 17.98 unconfirmed = ~22
Pool 2 (hash 4.5GH): 10.11 + 23.54 = ~35
Pool 3 (hash 17GH): 24.7 + 24.3 = ~50
Any suggestions why is like this and is this normal?
Easy, in a short period of time if the low hash pool finds a block you'll have more coins in proportion to the bigpool. If you try the same for a couple days you'll see how the numbers will be closer |

I am totally confused with this initial coin offer thing on bitterx now. don't we have the fix price for ico coin and bitterx is the only seller? If this is ico, who is selling all those coins right now?
I actually agree with you, although it may be a blessing in disguise. The ICO was way overpriced (as I stated in previous posts), so maybe this early selling will scare away any new ICO investors. That being said, somebody messed up badly. It is completely unfair to allow trading during the ICO phase. Either Bittrex coded the ICO wrong and allowed it inadvertently or the dev agreed to it (stupidly). Maybe Bittrex just assumed that nobody would sell at a loss on a coin that hasn't even come out yet and just capped the offering price and let the bids (and offers) trade freely below 8,000. Whatever happened, it sure makes this coin look like amateur hour. Now, wake up people and demand better terms for your hard earned BTC. Or, probably smarter still, just don't buy these kinds of expensive coins on the ICO. For me it looks more like a single dude trying to create some panic sell to buy lower than 8K so he can sell back at 7999. Bittrex shouldn't allow this kind of trading |

I only said that you wont receive the coins, if you update your wallet you can recover it. If you mine on wrong fork, and then you return back to the right one, then the mined coins from the wrong fork will disappear, yes. If someone sends you coins and is on the wrong fork and then you return to the right one, then the coins from the wrong fork disappear. Its so simple, its like alternative realities. In the one (wrong fork), the transaction happened, in the other one (right fork), they did not. simple Agree If you send coins from wrong fork to right fork, they are lost. If you send coins from good fork to wrong fork they dont disappear - update wallet and they will appear. That all For example let's say you sent darks from and old fork to Mintpal. Those coins will stay like in Limbo until you update your wallet and import your privatekey. After a while they will disappear again and you'll find them in Mintpal. In your transactions will appear something like debit transaction. |

This is why you should never trust a fucking VB coder. Cryptographers are academics, and they have to be supported by developers who know what they're doing. A one-man-band that can't decide whether he's a developer or a "finance" guy is clearly not suited to cryptography.
The "fucking VB coder" put anonymity on the map of cryptocurrencies and is changing the landscape of crypto. You know why? Because those who can, do. And those who can't => teach. (these are the academics btw). He started a project that was, for all intents and purposes, quite difficult and yet he's pulling ahead on his own, when other coins have 3-10 people "dev teams" who code nothing. I ask these fantastic dev teams on their threads "oh you have a fantastic dev / dev team... right... so what have these fantastic devs coded?" The answer is nothing. Is Evan the next satoshi? No. Is he the best coder in town? No. Is he the best cryptographer? No. Does he have the paranoia that is REQUIRED to be in this business? No. He's quite aloof in that right, just coding his stuff and not giving a fuck. Does he appear more sloppy than your average coder? Perhaps, but sloppiness is a function of time and stress: 1. Time: People see stuff like version numbers, thread titles or OP not having the right info etc and are rightly upset, but a one-man-show fails due to the constraints of time when trying to handle more than is possible. 2. Stress: I could tell the possibility for an "accident" was quite elevated because my mind's pattern recognition spotted a lot of syntax and context errors in some of his latest messages which would indicate that he was stressed a lot and had fragmented attention. But the error doesn't appear to have come from that, as the code was already running on testnet, so without bugs appearing there the coder doesn't have issues to fix. The coin got the attention earlier than DarkSend's final launch and hence a lot of pressure to deliver when it's still in development. This has elevated the stress levels due to the press spotlight and contacts, due to pm's, due to emails, due to the coding that must be done for the next phase, due to the monitoring and communication with the community in irc, bitcointalk, darkcointalk, due to the time that it is required to run a pool / answer tickets, and then he also has a personal life that he probably doesn't really enjoy right now due to all the attention. He also has to protect himself from future government invasion, planning contingencies. Of course he knows that all this is not without a reward (his DRKs value are directly related to his work) so he deals with it but he'll need assistance. If you are slightly paranoid on the project you must select your assistants carefully or you'll have an issue, so "centralization" of responsibilities until you find someone that can assist is of real importance. Hiring extra staff or coders (which he knows and trusts) would probably not be a bad idea, not in coding the main code, but assisting in peripherals or future ideas perhaps. Yet, given that he is "the man" in charge, a lot will still go through him. All this pressure is actually not necessary if the development time span is spread over a longer duration, but it's all about the fucking pressure due to coinmarketcap #3. Don't waist your time. Some people lost the train and can't move on. |

I met with one member of the team 3 days ago at the bitcoin round table of Madrid. And I'm pretty confident. This last week they are starting to do noise. This Friday night starts the 1st giveaway of rotos with new stuff. Then there's the story with phillippe troll of trolls he wants to go to big brother Spain and another member of the dev from Valencia is contacting Phillippe.. The thing is here in bitcointalk you come to the thread and you only see people arguing or trolling. You go to fc and there's people building sites, mobile apps, merchandising and stuff. If you see who is mining the coin is just small miners, people mining with cpu and laptops, people mining in the shadows. Look at the thread of casinocoin I asked embicoin(member of roto's dev ) if he could help us because I've been supporter of casino since november and he helped them to hardfork and add digishield to their coin. Now you have people from casino helping him to build the betting system for the worldcup. Is nice to see brotherhood in this hostile cryptoworld. There's news and development but when people come here to mess around it's hard to see the development |
