almightyruler - go to the first post and get the bumbacoin client. Somehow you have the old version. The coin went from a scrypt POW to a POS. The old POW chain is done with, the correct bumbacoin addresses should all start with B. If you happen to have any old coins from before the switch over they can be converted to the new ones easily.

Some projects are coming online soon with bumbacoin.

New Bumbacoin showed up after a convert... shiny
264  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: [Poolerino.com] 0% fee - nothing less! Information and QA thread on: September 15, 2014, 12:37:45 PM
I can't sent email via the website as it keeps saying the token is expired.

Clot appears to be stuck. I had a few million on account and the auto payout has stopped working. I tried to manually withdraw but either I forgot my PIN or the site is having issues.

265  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] [BBL] BitBlock - 15 ROUNDS OF SCIENTIFIC HASHING - LAUNCHED on: June 26, 2014, 04:10:42 PM
Anyone have problems with Hashharder?

i'm only getting 38.1775 Kh/s but on the miner as 200KH/s + 108KH/s + 108 KH/s

XxaiDasoaC9pmu3BjtHQVcpqsctKnHUubq 47 0.032% 38.1775 Kh/s 2014-06-26 17:06:39

I've had the same issue, the rate will change while watching it. I'm being paid out well enough so the share math - which is all that matters - seems to be fine.

Combining some of the best things on the Internet :

BumbaCoin and Porn

www.ClotPorn.com now exists.

It's a faucet that gives away free clot. It also shows some porn everytime you use the faucet.

Enjoy

270  Economy / Computer hardware / WTS : 42 XFX 290x cards. $325 each, will sell single on: May 27, 2014, 05:50:51 AM
I have 42 XFX 290x cards I wish to part with. I have been scrypt mining since Feb with them and they run fine. However summer heat is getting here and these are hosted in my home. Soon it will get far too warm for me.

I have been using MSI Motherboards with 4 gigs of ram, 2 GPU per system, running linux and they've been rock solid. It's not worth the added expense of sending a complete unit so interested in selling the GPUs.

These are XFX 290x which I'll repackage in original boxes and mail.

I'm in Southwest Michigan, 2 hours from Chicago. If anyone is local and wants to pickup if you buy 2 GPU I'll toss in the system as a whole with MB, CPU, Ram, 850 PSU, and case for $100 more.

I prefer Bitcoin, will escrow.

271  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Pools (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][POOL] ipoMiner - Profitable multipool targeting new coins on: May 10, 2014, 08:02:20 PM
Could you check that the password/PIN recovery emails are working? It's not been accepting a PIN for adding a withdraw address and emails haven't shown up (Using gmail).
272  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: CoinTerra announces its first ASIC - Hash-Rate greater than 500 GH/s on: April 13, 2014, 01:06:15 AM
I'm surprised there hasn't been a class action against Cointerra.
273  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Cointerra's history of fraud, lies, and deceit on: April 13, 2014, 12:53:17 AM
You may want to reconsider a refund. With cheap BTC at the moment you can buy more bitcoins than you'll ever mine with these pieces of crap.

I'm an early Jan owner, got mine end of Feb. Already had to RMA it because I lost 1/2 the processors. I've made a whopping 5 btc
274  Other / CPU/GPU Bitcoin mining hardware / Cointerra warning paper now included on: March 23, 2014, 11:31:46 PM
I received an early January Cointerra end of Feb. I had to RMA it, got another unit 19 days later.
The RMA unit had something the early January batch did not, looks like an attempt to cover their butts.
It's a one page paper with username, password and networking information.

It also has a bold print box saying This unit performs ~1.6THs and if you plug in the unit you accept that, otherwise do not turn it on and call within 1 day to get a refund.

Wow, bait and switch much?
275  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: Cointerra CTA1 went down, suggestions? on: March 04, 2014, 11:35:46 PM
A self followup in case anyone else has the same issues.

Cointerra released a new firmware. It somewhat helped. CTA1 is now working again.. at half the speed of CTA0.

I'm doing 75% of the hashrate that I was before the problems started.
276  Bitcoin / Hardware / Cointerra CTA1 went down, suggestions? on: March 01, 2014, 06:12:10 PM
Machine showed up Monday.  Today CTA1 is not mining at all making the machine 1/2 dead. I've contacted support... voice goes to a voicemail, email I'm in the queue.

I've rebooted, unplugged and waited awhile to plug back in and no luck.
PSU lights are all green, it sees the board yet shows 0 voltage to the cores.

CoreFreqs7   850

   CoreVolts1   0
   CoreVolts2   0

   CoreVolts6   0
   CoreVolts7   0
   Volts3.3   3225
   Volts12   1210

Appears to be running latest firmware.

I see they shipped their 1000th cointerra unit. Am I one of the lucky ones to have a problem pop up? Their moderated forums are slow for any postings to show up and well, they're moderated.
277  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: Amazingly cheap FPGA miners on aliexpress - scam or not? on: March 01, 2014, 06:03:08 PM
If it's aliexpress and you pay through the website, they have a complaint compartment so you can get your money back if something is a scam, not delivered, etc - supposedly. I've never had trouble from any aliexpress customer so not sure.

Alibabba where you deal directly with the manufacturer I have been scammed though.

278  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: Cointerra: Why are you not honoring your hashrate guarantee? on: February 26, 2014, 03:13:50 AM
I just received my Early Jan miner yesterday. 7 1/2 weeks late as Jan 15th is the cut off for Early January. After a day of running I'm averaging about 1.6 TH/s.

I contacted customer support and asked when they would be sending more equipment to complete my "a minimum of 2 TH/s" order. Will post the response.
279  Other / CPU/GPU Bitcoin mining hardware / Re: Cointerra running at 80% ???? on: January 26, 2014, 10:46:27 PM
It looks like 80% is the best the first group of Cointerra customers can expect.

Quote
Our production lines are assembling units and we have submitted for certification simultaneously. The production units that we have assembled and tested so far are running at between 1.63TH/s and 1.72TH/s with power draw at the wall between 1900W and 2100W – typically 20% higher than our anticipated target of 1650W but still sufficient to operate in a typical US home (110V) plugged into two outlets on separate 15A circuits, or in a typical European home (230V) on a single circuit.

The first-batch of TerraMiner IV units shipping to customers

Is easily the most powerful high-performance Bitcoin miner available today. It smashes the 1TH/s barrier by a huge margin
Is the lowest cost per gigahash of any Bitcoin mining rig on the market
Achieves the highest density of Bitcoin hashing power in its compact 4U enclosure

We will continue tweaking the firmware and any updates will be posted to the CoinTerra website.

Additionally, we have begun a board redesign which will enter production when fully tested and approved. It is anticipated that the board revision will offer further hardware optimizations and power efficiencies and based on the initial simulations it will permit us to hit our initial performance target of 2TH/s.

I wonder what sort of discounts they'll give since they're delivering late and under powered? I'm not happy waiting knowing my new machine will be slower than expected.
