261  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bankera..3 years after ICO...a money grab ICO??? on: June 18, 2020, 06:39:25 AM
This is not the only ICO project that turned scam after few years and they were successful from the beginning, these makes investors distrust ICO projects untill this day, now no one talks about ICO anymore, top exchanges makes IEO more stronger and reliable than ICO.
262  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Spread hopes, help the fallen to stand on their feet once again on: June 17, 2020, 06:04:35 AM
Sometimes we rise and fall and it become extra harder to rise again but trying over again might lift up higher than the past so why give up? Believe changes will come and keep working hard, your dream will be fulfilled only if you aren't a giving up type. Get to work
263  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: DONT MARRY YOUR ALTCOIN BAGS on: June 17, 2020, 06:02:00 AM
You can't keep some altcoins for long term or don't bother investing on such altcoins, if you hold exchanges tokens like BNB or top altcoins like Ethereum you have nothing to worry about because these coins have good future but still always take profit when they surge very high and buy back when they drop in price
264  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Will crypto really go to zero? on: June 17, 2020, 05:59:35 AM
Mass adoption haven't even started yet, let's wait for few more years, crypto isn't going Zero, only bad projects will die in short or long time, for now top altcoins are been used for means of payment in some countries presently, better time are coming
265  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Newbies take my advice on: June 16, 2020, 05:56:26 AM
Fear of missing out is what pushed many into loan for crypto and sooner they get burnt, FOMO is very bad, I was caught in the trap myself which makes me lost some money that I haven't recover till this day, when it comes to crypto its better to use some affordable money to take risks
266  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is CBDC a direct threat to cryptocurrencies? on: June 16, 2020, 05:52:39 AM
I read somewhere that the proposed Central Bank Digital Currency (CBDC) will possibly not be deployed on any of the existing blockchains but might possibly be issued on a permissioned DLTs. this way it gives regulatory bodies a central control over the digital asset. If CBDC goes to full-scale adoption, will it be a blessing or curse to the mainstream adoption of Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies?
Central bank digital currency will go full scale adoption, that's certain but for someone like me I don't have interest, using that CBDC you will be monitored by the gov, I'm 100% sure of that and secondly CBDC wont bring profits like bitcoin and other altcoins, meaning CBDC will be backed by 1:1 Fiat
267  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: The Future of Crytopcurrency on: June 16, 2020, 05:49:22 AM
To go fully into decentralization in crypto space centralized exchanges must seize to exists because not all crypto coins are build with anonymity or privacy in mind, if you don't want government interference then centralized exchanges must go, all we will have left is dex exchanges but imagine that huge volume controlled by centralized exchanges??? It wonts do any good than damages
268  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Mining crypto on TV on: June 15, 2020, 09:24:39 AM
There are some powerful Android TV devices that allows anyone to play graphically-demanding games with ease. For instance, the Nvidia Shield TV goes easy on heavy resource apps, as well as, high-end games. Such a powerful little device could make the perfect "miner" for crypto. Now, I'm starting to wonder how to do this, since mining options on Android are very limited (AFAIK). Coins that can be mined with GPUs like Zcash and Ethereum could be efficiently mined with the Nvidia Shield TV if there was a way to do it.

If it's possible to mine crypto on TV using said device, I'd like to know what hashrate I'd expect from it? If anyone has tried doing this before, I'd appreciate some advice, tips, or recommendations. Thanks in advance Smiley
And there is no good miners for Android that can mine Zcash or Ethereum at incredible speed, smartphones counterparts can't handle the power of mining coins yet, maybe this will be possible in future

You aren't going to get any good hash rates from Android TVs because their processing powers is the same with many high end Android smartphones, from quad core CPU to octa or hexa cores, nothing more
270  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Antivirus For My Windows PC that won't stop me from Mining?! on: June 15, 2020, 09:20:48 AM
Hi Gurus,

I just purchased a Lenovo Legion Y540 Nvidia GeForce 1660 Ti 6GB laptop which I intend to use for mining but the McAfee Antivirus that came installed on it has been flagging the T-Rex miner blocking me from mining. Please I need suggestions on which antivirus I can install that I can configure to allow me mine on my machine. Thanks in anticipation. Cheers
That is a very costly laptop, becareful you might end up shorting its life span, the issue with antivirus blocking miner softwares will happen with every single antivirus out there, all you can do is go into the antivirus settings and whitelists the blocked miner softwares or files
271  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Bounty hunters United we stand on: June 11, 2020, 01:51:44 PM
TBH bounty hunters don't care, the moment you said you won't join a bounty because of too many participants or lack of limited participants rules from bounty manager many will still join the bounty, this will be so effective if bounty managers can become one but .........
272  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Bounty Detective Community Populer? on: June 10, 2020, 03:34:51 PM
I'm fully in support of bounty detective, few of their bounty campaigns guaranteed rewards for bounty hunters like Ludena protocol and Arcs bounty campaign, I'm sure very soon this team will change the tide of bounty campaigns in this forum
273  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Watch out for the following on: June 10, 2020, 03:30:39 PM
Well McAfee has ghost token now and it does looks like a very promising project, this will have a lot to say about the man actually if there will be a space for him in crypto space or not time will tell, using well known people is one hell of a way to attract investors, I'm not against this
274  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Check our new OFFICIAL SUMO ANDROID WALLET and have a chance to get a tip :) on: June 10, 2020, 03:28:09 PM
Sumokoin is one of the few most popular cryptonight coins just like how dero had it's moments, Sumokoin on the other hand is way better, I will definitely give this wallet a try, thanks for doing this wonderful job OP..
275  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Am I wrong or right? on: June 09, 2020, 02:32:42 PM
If altcoins aren't dependants on Bitcoin price or value one altcoin would have over throne Bitcoin, if it was a different story that altcoins don't rely on Bitcoin bullrun I believe Bitcoin won't be the 1st today, am I wrong or right?
Still depends on trading volume and market cap, even If Bitcoin is the first and failed to maintain a high marketcap over others them it will lose its position on coinmarketcap, Bitcoin isn't the first because it's the first crypto coin but because it has the highest marketcap, well supported too
It's the real reason why many coins depend on Bitcoin movement because Bitcoin drives the entire Market with it's own marketcap been the highest, that's it

277  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Forget bounties and Airdrops on: June 09, 2020, 02:26:43 PM
The biggest money making slot in crypto space is to be

1. a developer
2. build crypto wallets for new projects
3. find bugs in the system of many new projects

yes some paid for security breaching and all that stuff, rendering professional services is the best way to make money in crypto space now
About finding bugs in the system not all projects pay for that, sometimes it takes time, I mean long time before you can come across projects that are doing bugs bounty, even if you are a pro in technology or you are a pro dev it's still good to join bounties
278  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: 5 promising blockchain projects of 2020 - an article by Bmag.io on: June 08, 2020, 07:02:17 AM
This article got delivered to my inbox today morning by Bmag.io. I usually don't look at altcoin projects but the article seems quite interesting. They have listed 5 blockchain projects that are worth taking a look,

1. Zelwin
2. Cryptwerk
3. ECOSC
4. CryptoCompare
5. Stox

While I don't vouch for these projects but I am definitely going to take a look.

Ref: https://bmag.io/2020/04/13/5-promising-blockchain-startups-in-2020/

What do you think about these projects? Will they be able to survive this economic situation?

I'm just hearing this names for the first time except Stox but that project is not so convincing for me after doing some research on the project, there are many other altcoins I wish I had already (still working on buying), I guess I had enough already.. I don't see Tezos, chainlink, theta
279  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Hacken ai IEO failed on: June 08, 2020, 06:57:19 AM
It's not the end for the project, the exchange the team choose was bad, I don't know how they expect good results from such exchange, I'm sure they've learned by now, the project team should choose better exchange for another IEO, that's the best solution
280  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / New projects willing choosing bad exchanges? on: June 08, 2020, 06:54:19 AM
What's up with new projects this days? Why are developers choosing p2pb2b, vindax and Latoken for there IEO nowadays? Every single IEO I see or should I say 90% of new projects are choosing these exchanges for fund raising even when they know there chance are slim....I don't just get it, are they willing choosing these exchanges?
