21  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Which upcoming DeFi projects would you recommend? on: February 11, 2021, 09:34:12 PM
Cartesi is good and there are many more good DeFi projects out there, for example DIA, Chainlink, DOT, UNI, and Avalanche, these are big boys of DeFi platforms, they mean strict business and they have good reputation to protect too
22  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Trust wallet vs Atomic wallet staking on: February 11, 2021, 09:29:28 PM
ROI from the two crypto wallets varies, it depends on the coin that you plan to stake so you will need to do research on both staking coins on the wallets yourself, I heard that Atomic wallet takes the upper hand when it comes to ROI but few ones are good on trust wallet too
23  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Mining A to Z - Start in 2021 on: February 10, 2021, 02:32:16 PM
Hello,

I'm new in mining, and i'm starting now. I think crypto gonna be a part important in our future society, so i want to talk here about everything that people need to know on mining.

After lot of researchs, i think i'll start build a rig with rtx 3090 nvidia GPU.

Is there somewhere where i can learn about wich pool or miner is best to use ? And wich crypto to mine ? I'm wondering why on https://www.stelareum.io/mining/profit.html it says that benefits with Ether are around 13$/day
and if mining monero its 8000$/day, same for Zcash 5000$/day.

Thank for your helps guys,

I'll put some photos of the rig when its build.
Never heard about this mining calculator before, it's better to use https://whattomine.com or https://minerstat.com/hardware/nvidia-gtx-1660 , these are the best mining calculator around right now, also presently Ethereum is the most profitable coin to mine

24  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: ETH vs competitors - 2021 performance graph on: February 10, 2021, 02:29:09 PM
So ADA is even better in performance  Shocked than DOT? And they say the performance of DOT will beat ETH soon? People need to stop dreaming nonsense, it's true that many new projects prefer to run on Polkadot right now but many are still using Ethereum blockchain, DOT still have a long way to go before catching up with Ethereum
25  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Constant struggle with Radeon VII on: February 10, 2021, 11:41:14 AM
This is the third time my radeon VII died with error 43. Started the RMA and hopefully they would send a new one.
My question is if they send a new one, should I use it  or just resell as it probably is best time to sell GPU.

Then why did you keep taking radeon VII back? It's been three times already you should understand that the problem is with Radeon VII graphic cards, opt to RX5700XT if you can't handle Radeon VII because I believe that heat is the culprit that's killing radeon VII
26  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / What is the Max safe Temp for Nvidia cards on: February 09, 2021, 03:19:40 PM
Guys I'm getting 62°C on my GPUs today, it's kinda sunny over here are everywhere is hot, this is the first time I would see my GPUs reaching 62°C, they always stop at 58°C max even when mining 24hours a day, is this temp safe? What is the Max safe Temp for Nvidia graphics cards?
27  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: How long can this BULL run last?? on: February 09, 2021, 03:13:12 PM
That's a question that no one can answer correctly, I've invested alot in crypto mining equipment and this bull season is the only way to get be half way faster, I do hope it stays around for longer, probably going to be the longest bull season since the beginning of crypto and blockchain technology race? Only time will tell
28  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Nicehash vs other pools question on: February 08, 2021, 10:14:01 AM
Yes nicehash pool is less profitable than others but some prefers nicehash because it pays out with btc and also very easier to use, if you don't like just change the software and try them out, they can win your heart who knows? Try betterhash or Minerstat software
29  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Gpu mining temperatures on: February 08, 2021, 10:07:53 AM
It's why I don't invest on RTX3080 and 3090, I am from a high temp country so it's a big no for me, the oy solution I can think of is to buy small fans that can be powered with usb cable and direct it at the back plate of the gpu, there is no other way than this, honestly only RTX3060ti interests me
30  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Stay away from new POW coins on: February 08, 2021, 10:05:31 AM
New altcoins can be profitable at times if you can do good reviews research on them before pointing your mining rigs to them, I could remember how profitable ETN was in 2017, I made some money in a week before the mining difficulty grows bigger and become less profitable
31  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Bounty hunters are getting axed harder on: February 07, 2021, 03:28:32 PM
Bounty detective team are the only one using escrow till this day, another project that pays weekly is Amepay token but unfortunately the price have gone down and not worth is anymore, the only advice I can give you is to keep doing good research, without research you will do more mistakes when choosing bounty projects to promote
32  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How much loose from ico 2021. I got rekt on: February 07, 2021, 03:24:36 PM
I won't dare invest in any ICO because 98% of ICO projects today are nonsense, if you invested that money in IEO from top exchanges or in any polkastarter project you would have double your invested money, ICO isn't good in 2021, you made the wrong choice sorry
33  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: I Feel Confuse !!! on: February 07, 2021, 03:16:44 PM

when I looked at the gas content in my ERC 20 wallet it was not enough to send the alt I had to the exchange, because the gas fee were very high.
do you have a cheaper way to send tokens ??

share your opinion ,,please
No there is no cheaper way to send tokens since the tokens are running on Ethereum smart contract, you can either wait till gas fee goes lower or find a way to get more Ethereum to complete the transaction, right now Ethereum network is discouraging

Buy such a raiser and a 600 watt power supply.
I did not find in the specifications which power supply you are using now, but a power supply less than 400 watts will not be enough for your farm.
As a rule, BIOS setup is not needed.
I'm using 750 watt power supply and I believe this should be enough for up to 4 different gtx 1660 super or even 5 because each gtx1660 super are using only 82 watts per card and they are same brand with Micron memory

First pic down the page shows it.

It is screen printed right on the PCB.  Usually white print.
Dell optiplex 390 is different from 790 Small form factors, I guess graphic cards with no 6pin plugs works well in SFF Desktop PC, but it's better to use powered risers like many suggested too, pcie x16 watt is limited but OP said only two GPUs have problem running on the motherboard, I'm guessing the other ports aren't pcie x16
36  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: STP Network to Launch STP 2.0 on Polkadot on: February 02, 2021, 03:00:40 PM
With the way things are going with Polkadot I think many more projects and developers will prefer to use Polkadot network in near future, if this happens well Polkadot can really gets on Ethereum tail, I've been neglecting every smart contract projects that aim to defeat Ethereum all along but not this Polkadot
37  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: KYC for bounty hunters on: February 02, 2021, 02:57:17 PM
Kudos to bounty manager @julerz12, this BM is very good at getting cheaters and banning them straight away, he is a strict bounty manager and that's all a bounty project needs not KYC verifications, I don't joke with my national identity information, this days online crime keeps growing and you can be a victim of anything if you give your identity information away easily
38  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: AME Token TRADING LIVE ON BKEX EXCHANGE on: February 02, 2021, 02:52:55 PM
last night AME coin price dump at $0.00370!! WTF! The current price is $0.00676 per AME coin. Weak hand AME coin holder sold out that I believe. 24 hours trading volume at Bithumb is $23,619, and it's deficient volume. Volume decreasing day by day, It's not good for a project. But I will hold the rest of my AME for the long run.
Yes, we really need to survive this, the community sells its tokens and this is bad, although the project team is doing a lot to stabilize the market.
I'm guessing there are weak hands among the token holders that's why the price kept falling but today amepay token start recovering pretty fast, this morning I was shocked when I see the recovery back to 0.0079$ per token, maybe the dump was all about substitution of weak holders with real strong holders? I don't know
39  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: How to Choose better Bounty Projects? on: January 29, 2021, 08:49:57 AM
The only way to find a good bounty is to choose an ico project that organizes an IEO in exchange.
Too many ICO scams, and investors prefer the IEO.
Such IEO fundraising will surely failed because the project team decide to use small exchanges that lacks high number of users due to lack of maintaining good reputations, you know what I'm talking about, p2pb2b like exchanges won't bring good results for new projects
40  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: How to Choose better Bounty Projects? on: January 29, 2021, 08:46:42 AM
I find limited participants to be the most important after doing research on the project, even if the project isn't that of high quality the reward you will get will still be fair enough, if a project is high quality and there are over hundreds of participants that participate the reward will surely be lower
