As a native speaker, I can say that very few translators met the translation standard, and most of the translation was done by Google Translator and later edited a little bit and reposted. Have you reported that to the creators of the original topics as those are usually the ones that give most of the merit to them and as far as I know, they usually mention that use of automatic translation tools is forbidden. On top of that, its also against forum forum rules. 27. Using automated translation tools to post translated content in Local boards is not allowed . No, I didn't. There are so many of them. Translation should be done when the necessity of that topic arises.
The more I look at this situation the more I see that motivating on a translation of some topics usually doesn't lead to what is expected. Right, there appears some translated text, but if a translator is not really interested in what he translated, then he doesn't support the topic, has nothing to unswer on appearing questions, etc. And the topic goes down, meating with very few interest and only on the start. For a topic to be active it should be kept up. So the OP should be interested in what he writes (or translates). Even if some topic is really infortmative but is not kept up, it will be forgotten really soon. The positive result of any topic including the translated one is when it is talked for weeks, months and even years. And not when it was only translated once and forgotten right after that. As I have mentioned, most of the translators are using it as a loophole to rank up. Most of them have no interest in creating value from their translation. It seems they have found a easy way to attract some merit source. If global members stop sharing merit on translated topics, I bet the translation rate will decrease to 90%. TBH, I don't have any problem with the translation, but the way they are using it. It is not hard to differentiate between a translation done by Google Translate and an organic translation if you are a native speaker. |

নিউজ কপি পেষ্ট এর বাংলাদেশ দিলেও মন্দ হবে না। এগুলো নিয়ে গ্লোবালে অলরেডি আলোচনা হচ্ছে। অনেকের মতে এইসবের জন্য আমাদের বোর্ডের সুনাম বাড়তেসে। আমার মনে হয় ফোরামে একটা অটো ট্রান্সলেশন এন্ড রিপোস্ট বাটন রাখা উচিত। ফোরামের সুনাম বৃদ্ধি আরো বেগবান হবে। যারা এসব করে দ্রুত রাঙ্ক আপ করেছে তাদের অনেকেই আর বোর্ডে দেখা যায়না ফুল মেম্বার হবার পর। আমি আমাদের বোর্ডে একটা ইনফোরমেটিভ পোস্ট যে করবো সেটা কতগুলো নিউজ শেয়ার পোস্ট এর নিচে পরে যাবে। কেউ একটা টপিক নিয়ে পোস্ট করলে সেই বিষয়ে আলোচনা করার চাইতে সবাই নিজেদের টপিক সামনে আনতে বেশি আগ্রহী। ছোট হয়ে আপনাদের সবার উদ্দেশ্যে বলছি আমাদের কমিউনিটির নাম চেঞ্জ করতে হবে না বরং এখানে সকল গঠনমূলক আলোচনা করায় যাবে।

কনস্ট্রাক্টিভ ভালো উপকারী অনুবাদ মূলক পোস্ট হলেও এখানে কোন সমস্যা নেই কিন্তু সেই অনুবাদগুলো হতে হবে মাসে অথবা 15 দিনে বা সপ্তাহে একদিন কিন্তু প্রতিনিয়ত এরকম অনুবাদ আসলে আসলে একটু বিরক্তি কর লাগে যা নিউজ শেয়ার এর মতোই মনে হয়।
যদি এখানে অনুবাদ মূলক পোস্টগুলো নিয়ে আলোচনা করা হয় তাহলে এখানে সকল প্রকার আলোচনা করাও যাবে। কেননা বাংলাদেশ থ্রেড শুধুমাত্র বিটকয়েন নিয়ে সীমাবদ্ধ থাকবে না এখানে রাজনৈতিক অর্থনৈতিক সামাজিক ও আন্তর্জাতিক বিষয় নিয়ে আলোচনা করা যাবে। মাঝেমধ্যে খেলাধুলা নিয়ে পোস্ট করলেও খারাপ হবে না কেননা এটি বিটকয়েন ফোরামের একটি গুরুত্বপূর্ণ অংশ।

Obviously this is different between traders and holders. How the complexity of traders who have to use several other tools as well as the mind to read chart patterns, analysis, fundamentals and emotions and much more to do in trading, not to say the heavy category but basically there are people who prefer to trade than hold because they have the skills and want to earn short-term. A holder is actually simple, he holds as long as possible he will definitely get a profit, well actually this is not easy if they are people who really panic when they see prices drop dramatically, basically a holder can only practice patience. Holding is not as simple as you are trying to claim it to be. Holding can be extremely dangerous if you can't figure out the right strategy for how you will accumulate your holding assets. Also a holder needs to be visionary, as he needs to predict the future of an asset in the long term. If he fails to do that his time and money can be in a basket that doesn't have a floor. |

There are traders that want to do calculated risks and for some reasons, there goes the others that does the opposite.
They don't calculate their risk and they don't manage the risk that they're taking. But what's new? They are unskilled and that's why they will mostly commit mistakes.
Because if they are skilled, they're not going to make or it's just minimal but it's normal for a starting out coming from being unskilled into becoming skilled.
It is natural to make a bad decision which can cause massive losses for your portfolio. These types of circumstances decreased over time as our trading experience increased. So we should have a stone craved money management strategy that can assist us in minimizing our losses in case our trade goes bad. A newbie can not control his emotions and can make bad decision but he can not ignore his money management strategy. This can be his best savior from his bad trade. |

There are no experience mate you lose as a beginner to become a stronger trader  so for everyone out there thinking of QUITTING QUITTING is not the option here just keep learning till you can say "Gone are those days " It's a great idea to keep learning by keep losing but who will compensate for the losses in the process? It is not advisable to keep your trading activity alive if you keep losing trades. If your situation is not improving then you should stop trading and keep analyzing your old trade record to find out what's wrong with your strategy. Perhaps you should think about using a demo account to test your strategy again and again. |

আমাদের বোর্ড এর নাম বাংলাদেশ না রেখে বাংলাদেশ অনুবাদ বোর্ড অথবা বাংলাদেশ নিউজ শেয়ার বোর্ড রাখা উচিত। অনেকেই শুধু নিউজ শেয়ার করেন আবার অনেকে শুধু মেগা পোস্ট গুলো অনুবাদ করছেন। এসব করা খারাপ তা বলছি না তবে যে বিষয় টা শেয়ার করতেসেন সেগুলো আমাদের বোর্ড এর জন্য উপযোগী কিনা সেটা ভেবে দেখেন না। @Z_MBFM ভাই অনেক কষ্ট করে সুন্দর একটা অনুবাদ করেছেন কিন্তু এটা আমাদের বোর্ড এর মেম্বারদের কি কাজে লাগবে সেটা কি যাচাই করে দেখেছেন? এতো বড়ো অনুবাদ পোস্ট এর জন্য আলাদা টপিক করা দরকার হয় যাতে সহজেই এটা কেউ খুঁজে পায় কিন্তু আপনাদের এই সব অনুবাদ তো অনেক নিচে চলে যাবে। আপনাদের কষ্টই বৃথা। কথাগুলো আপনাকে মেনশন করে সবার উদ্দেশে বলা যারা এরকম করছেন। আপনার কাজ কে ছোট করা উদ্দেশ্য নয়। আপনার একটা অনুবাদ পোস্ট ইমেজ সহ এত বড়ো হয়েছে যে স্ক্রল করতে করতে দিন শেষ।
আমি জানি যারা এসব করছেন মেরিট এর জন্য করছেন। আবার আপনারা অনুবাদ করতেই পারেন যদি আপনাদের এই বিষয়ে দক্ষতা থাকে কিন্তু এ জন্য গ্লোবাল বোর্ড এর সব টপিক অনুবাদ করার কারণ দেখিনা। যেসব বিষয়ে নতুন মেম্বার রা বার বার সমস্যায় পড়তেসেন বা অনুসন্ধান করতেছে সে সব টপিক অনুবাদ করেন আর আপনাদের নিজেদের গ্লোবাল বোর্ড এ কোনো টপিক থাকলে সেসব টপিক দরকারি হলে সেসব অনুবাদ করেন। আমাদের বাঙালিদের যোগ্যতা কি খালি অনুবাদ করা আর টুইটার নিউজ শেয়ার দেওয়া ?

অনেক নতুন মেম্বার দেখতেসি ফোরাম এ যোগ দিয়েই টুলস খুজতেছে কিভাবে মাল্টি একাউন্ট খুঁজে বের করা যায় , আবার অনেকে অনুবাদ করার টুলস খুজতেছে! এরা যে কেমন নতুন মেম্বার তা বুঝাই যাচ্ছে। আমাদের লোকাল বোর্ড এর বিষয়ে যেটুকু আশা ছিলো একসময় এখন মনে হচ্ছে সেটা কোনোদিনই পূরণ হবে না।

It's a mind game, and whether you like it or not playing chase can help a person improve their critical thinking. He can be calm in a situation of panic and his mental ability improves over time. Being smart and making a profit with trading are two different things. To conduct successful trading activities a person needs to have extensive knowledge of finance and essential factors related to trading activities. I do play Chess but I also do not see this to be helpful in trading, but maybe applying Critical thinking and planning will be able to make success in trading. What I like in Chess is that I get to play the king of a kingdom and see what could the other kingdom do to defeat me. So proper decision-making and defenses will be planned before the strike happens. A war in medieval times is how I see Chess. more like the Game of Thrones So you would like to be the king who is the weakest on the board. Queen is the most powerful player on a chess board if i am not mistaken and chess is not all about war.
