The Player of the Match is Trent Boult for his outstanding bowling performance picked 3 crucial wickets by just giving 22 runs. Riyan Parag also batted well and scored half a century of 54 runs unbeaten from just 39 balls.

I don't think it is fair to say that Bangladesh bad performance is only because of coaches. Coaches do play a part in how well a team does but skills and abilities of individual players also matter. Non Asian teams are better than Asian teams in cricket for reasons other than when women cricket started in different places. Things like having good facilities money good coaches and programs to develop talent help teams like Australia and England succeed.
