261  Economy / Lending / Re: Looking for a $20 BTC loan on: November 02, 2015, 08:06:41 PM
Do you have any collateral to offer for getting this loan ? If yes, then I can do it.

I'm not sure what I can offer. What type of collateral do people give you?

Altcoins are usually preferable. As usual, you should probably try reading stickies before asking for a loan.

262  Economy / Lending / Re: Need to get $15 bitcoins today, so we can renew our domain name. on: November 02, 2015, 12:47:03 AM
let me get this straight, I'm totally mistrusted because I'm a newbie but I'm supposed to transfer a domain to someone I never met, I'm sorry guys but trust is a two way street, besides my wife would never go for that

If you don't trust a loaner (like me) with the domain name + website, then you can use a trustworthy escrow around here to hold it.

A list of escrowers.
263  Economy / Lending / Re: Need to get $15 bitcoins today, so we can renew our domain name. on: November 02, 2015, 12:34:10 AM
I didn't read it sorry, I was writing. Ok I'm not entirely positive so I'll sit this one out. Bitcoin revo has a good idea if you accept that and plenty will happily renew the domain for you.

Yeah, it's probably the best idea for now. I would see about loaning you if you would tell me how you plan to repay the loan.

Also, how are you planning on repaying the loan? Ad revenue? Paycheck coming in?

EDIT: Never mind.

The only problem with this loan would be that if you potentially defaulted on the loan, I'd be stuck with a perfume website and Twitter account. Those aren't really too high-demand to sell. Smiley
264  Economy / Lending / Re: Need to get $15 bitcoins today, so we can renew our domain name. on: November 02, 2015, 12:00:18 AM
Well at present we have items for sale on etsy and ebay, some worth more than, but we haven't sold anything in a while, we also have my wife's cookbook for sale on her blog. The other thing would be the domain itself, which we still own till midnight tonight, but I"m pretty sure it's worth a lot more than $15, and my wife will not be willing to lose that. Jeez it's like having to hock something at a pawn shop, which we never have had to do yet. It's truly sad how mistrusting this world has become, time for a major global reset. Oh and here is our domain name, I was reluctant to post since I didn't think the rules would allow www.notperfume.com It's her baby and she doesn't want to risk losing it. I suppose we can create a page on there today to explain the circumstances, should only take a few minutes, thanks for the suggestion.

You can blame the scammers that have practically molested the forum for making us (as a whole) mistrusting of everyone.

265  Other / Meta / Re: Insane sig spam in gambling section? on: November 01, 2015, 09:09:11 PM
Posts like this: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1232896.40 are proof of what im talking about.  He asked a simple question and many people in page 1 answered, now there are 3 pages of posts saying absolutly the same thing over and over again. Im not even mentioning the other posts like the dice strategy one which is full with the same spam, people knows there is no strategy on dice, what is the point of that post then?

I would personally lock the threads but i'm not entirely sure how to report them or if i should report each person so im posting it here for some feedback.

That's pretty normal around here, and I'm disgusted by it as well. Check out Beginners and Help, Off-Topic, Bitcoin Discussion, or pretty much any other board. Thread starters have a simple question and people answer it millions of times over.
266  Economy / Currency exchange / Re: Selling My Paypal for Your BTC on: November 01, 2015, 07:01:18 PM
Rate is 1:1 Bitstamp
hmmm that is hight rates. because it is paypal.

Huh?!?!?

Stop being so greedy. 1:1 is a good deal for both parties; most people do +15% for PayPal.

And since it's PayPal, the rates should be even higher, IMHO. You're lucky the rates are low.
267  Economy / Lending / Re: Need 0.0005 small loan. on: November 01, 2015, 06:59:05 PM
I'm sure he will not pay it, congrats gampher you just bought a newbie account, which you can make account with free LOL  Grin

Lol. And i'm sure you're wrong.

This is exactly the pessimism that the BitcoinTalk forum is famous for. The loan has already been done, so your opinion isn't needed.

And those kinds of comments aren't exactly helping chances that he'll repay it.
268  Economy / Micro Earnings / Re: Bitcoin | Rotators | Easy and Free on: October 31, 2015, 07:05:46 PM
rewards are below 1k .ive no time for it

And that's precisely the wrong mindset.

Worst case scenario, there's a faucet that pays 500 sats. That's still a very decent amount; just claim twice instead of once.
269  Economy / Lending / Re: Need 0.075 Btc on: October 31, 2015, 05:43:30 PM
No i know what i am looking. But still tnx

Then why do you want to get a loan if you could easily exchange it into bitcoins and save hassle?

TBH, you insisting to pay 50% of the profit is a bit suspicious. Much easier to exchange it into bitcoins and then use it + save a 50% fee to a loaner.
270  Economy / Lending / Re: Need 0.075 Btc on: October 31, 2015, 05:23:40 PM
Hello there.I am in search for 0.075 btc if someone can lend me offcourse.Since i am not a respected member of the community i can offer as a collateral my skrill account which has 100% of the lend value i ask.I can repay the loan in three weeks with interest of 50%.If anyone can help send me a message or just leave a reply

I think this is the section you're looking for. (Currency Exchange)

Just exchange the Skrill to bitcoins, and then once you get 150% of the amount, keep it.

Loan Amount: 0.00025 BTC

Term Length: Week

I really, really, really, really, really wish you aren't trying to scam 8 cents. You could literally use faucets for that little amount; what's the item for you to be short of 8 cents?

Haha funny, minimal deposit for some coins is 1 mB and i am short 0.250 mB so thats why I need that. Send me a link of that faucet Cheesy

So how are you planning to repay the loan (get the funds to repay)? I have no problem in funding this loan if you can answer that question with a good answer. And just use a couple different faucets for a day and you should get it.

Honestly no idea, probably these faucets? how much i have to pay u back?

Just find a faucet rotator and make that amount then, shouldn't be a need to get the loan.

Well yea send me link, i asked you already, check quote

This section is dedicated to faucets and rotators. Check it out and see what you like.

You should probably lock this thread if you're going to do faucets/rotators. It's on the bottom left.

Best of luck!

274  Other / Meta / Re: should we restrict gambling from major advertisement? on: October 31, 2015, 02:58:34 PM
Its just fine as it is at the moment, they bid for those and mostly their the highest bidder so thats why they have the most ads here and its not like they know the stuff and thats why their ads are all over the forum ...they got what the payed for and in this case, their respective ads are shown here

Okay. I'm not really seeing your argument here.

What's wrong with most of the ads being related to gambling?

Collateral: this account

Declined, sorry. I know you have paid a few loans back previously, but I don't really like the no collateral loan you tried to do back when you were a newbie.

Username: Small
Loan Amount: 0.02
Repayment Amount: 0.023
Duration: 3 days
Reason: Buying some goods online
Collateral: Nothing
Bitcoin Address: 17xBX2mxjGbqfAgn5BXYwmmGg58HCiPGji

Why do you have two loan requests, one here for 3 days, and one in whywefight's thread for 7? If they're the same loan request, I'll fund it.
